Phenomenal work!! The aluminum railing was way more attractive than we could have imagined. It is extremely well made and the installation was professional and neat!! Great company to work with. Such nice people!

After going through multiple quotes I purchased 23 windows for my home from Aladdin Inc. The owner Gerry came to my house, gave me a no pressure quote and was very thorough in answering all of my questions and concerns. His bid was not the lowest that I received nor was it the highest but I felt extremely comfortable with him, his knowledge of the product and the industry in general.When I called to check on the delivery of the windows both Terry and Barbara were very helpful and kept me informed on the progress of my order.On the day of the installation, Frank, Bryan, Rob and Ryan arrived on time and immediately started the installation process. Once again I felt very comfortable with all of them and was very impressed with their craftsmanship, knowledge of the product and quality of work. The windows look fantastic and there was no clean up necessary.Do yourself a favor and hire Aladdin Inc.. You will not have to worry whether or not you made the right decision.

Aladdin replaced sixteen 1936 windows for us in June. What a difference! Our house looks like new, and its a delight to be able to open and close the windows without effort. Jerry was a pleasure to consult with, listened and advised, and got us modern windows that look like the originals. The crew was efficient and friendly, and cleaned up thoroughly. We could not be more pleased with the experience of working with Aladdin and plan to use them again to replace exterior doors.

I purchased a fiberglass entry door. They did an excellent job explaining me what kind of doors they sell, the specs, the time to get it installed, the cost... When they came to install it, the process was flawless and they did an excellent job, including honoring my request for an additional security chain. Had Aladdin and others come to quote on 3 awnings. Gerry came promptly and was great. Explained everything including options and also made great suggestions. They also had a great price and warranty. He said we should have it in 4-6 weeks and he was exactly right. Sunesta had so many fine fabrics to choose from and are of an outstanding quality. On the day of installation, the 3 guys arrived on time, were professional yet fun to work with. Extremely patient during thetweeking of the awnings. Everything was done perfectly in about 2 hours. They also were extremely neat and careful of the house structures as well as to not damage any of my landscape plants. They were meticulous in cleaning up every area they touched as well as killed a wasp nest and caulked the hole in an area where they were working. I recently had my entire house replaced with Majesty Windows from Aladdin. Besides the quality and competitive price for the windows, the true value was from the professional staff at Aladdin. Franks installation team was professional, friendly and took pride in the work done including cleanup and disposal of all of the previous windows. We had a new front screen door, we picture window and back slider installed last Friday. Aladdin was nothing but professional from initial consultation to installation. I had originally asked for a quote for all windows to be replaced but was told that most of them do not need replacing. I appreciated this honesty in that the company wasnt just trying to take advantage and make a buck. Bryan and crew who did the installation were great to work with. I left them at the house to do the work while I needed to get my dog out of the house while they were there. I cannot say enough good things about how the replacement window process went with my house that was built in 1752. The rep, Gerry listened to our needs, gave us a reasonable estimate, measured every window we were replacing (18 total) gave us the options available, and aided us in deciding what would look nice for the period of the home. Today the team came out for install, walked through and verified what they were doing today and informed me that we will need to touch up some paint on the inside and outside trim, which I was fine with. They carefully removed all of the storm and original windows and installed all 18 in less than 7 hours! They chalked, cleaned up after themselves, treated my home as if it was theirs, careful not to damage anything. Afterwards, I inspected the windows... hardly ANY damage on the trim! I was expecting to do a lot of touching up, but only a few spots here and there. Would fully recommended them, so glad I did not use Anderson.

So happy with the work Aladdin did on our house! We had all of our windows in our house replaced but this was no ordinary job for them as we have one window that is 11’8” wide! Frank & his team really went above & beyond. Watching them take the huge window off the truck was nerve wracking but they handled it like the pros they are. After they were gone they left behind virtually no mess & you almost wouldn’t even know they were here, except for the amazing new window they left behind!!

I am a very satisfied customer! We purchased a Sunesta awning from Aladdin on March 23rd after a site visit from Gerry and a visit to the store in Hamden to make fabric and style selections. We were given a 4-6 week window and to our surprise had the unit installed on April 14th (about 3 weeks) . Extremely happy with the entire process. Installers and office staff were very pleasant and professional. If you are looking for an awning, you need to include Aladdin in your bidding search.

Great awning products, great prices, and great service! I purchased a 24 foot wide Sunesta awning and love it. They also offer SunSetter. Aladdin was very helpful with information for selecting my options and triple checking the order for accuracy. Even though I installed the awning myself, they gave me detailed instructions and even came to the house for some adjustments I couldnt figure out. I should add that there installation costs are very reasonable if you dont want to do it yourself. Highly recommended!

We had a retractable awning moved by Aladdin. The 3 men Frank, Ryan and Bryan did an awesome job. We needed to have our awning moved ASAP they were very accommodating. We could not get an awning company to even all us back. I will recommend Aladdin and use them in the future.

Just a huge thanks for the professionalism of the crew who came to install the new sliding door. The gentlemen who installed my windows were very professional and timely. Arriving promptly the each went about their jobs without hesitation. Instilation was complete in about 3 hours for my 8 windows and they cleaned up completely.I would recommend them highly.

A great experience from start to finish, purchasing a retractable awning. Their recommendation, quality, pricing, communication, and installation were all A+. Everything went off without a hitch. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Aladdin. We had considered an internet purchase with a do-it-ourselves installation. I have used Aladdin on and off for years. First time was for canvas awnings on my newly bought home. Over 38 years, I am on my third set and I had Aladdin do all three. I had them install replacement aluminum awnings, storm windows and doors and do a particularly difficult picture window sill replacement -- which they did perfect. Theyre always prompt, friendly and industrious. I would heartily recommend them.

Since we lean toward a more contemporary look, we were unsure whether or not we would like the look of an awning on our deck. However, since the sun beats on the deck from late morning through the afternoon, we decided to take a chance. I cant tell you how much we love our awning. We are able to enjoy sitting outside so much more now. It looks beautiful. This was one of the best decisions we made. We are thrilled with it. ALADDIN INC sent their techs to repair my wind broken aluminum awning that I had installed years ago by someone else. AWESOME JOB!! Good quote and quickly done. You cant even tell it was broken! I highly recommend using them for anyone and will definitely use them if I change awnings or add more!!

I have used Aladdin for replacement windows in 2 homes over the years. I have always found the staff to be courteous and professional. This last time I called looking for replacement windows in my basement which were broken. Jerry came out and told me that he could save time and money just repairing the current window. He called his shop and had the window repaired that same afternoon AT NO CHARGE to me. What a wonderful surprise! Highly recommend!

Outstanding service, fair prices, expert installs for our window replacement and new basement slider. No hesitation recommeding

They need to have better communication between the company and the customer. I have had at least three jobs prior to this one with Alladin and every thing went fine. This latest job left me feeling unimportant. The gentleman came out to the house to take measurements and discuss what was desired. I have not seen him since. Have not heard from him since. I called at least twice and did not get responses. When I did connect with the office I was told then that after receiving the downpayment it takes 6-8 weeks before install of a railing. This had not bee discussed at the time I submitted the downpayment. Two men show up at my residence to take measurements. Did not know they were coming. Next day they show up for the install. Still, no knowledge they were coming. I am satisfied with the workmanship and railing, however I am not satisfied with the lack of communication and will have to reconsider future purchases.

2ND TIME IVE HAD ALADDIN DO REPLACEMENT WINDOWS IN 5 YEARS, BOTH TIMES THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB AT A REASONABLE PRICE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We had a horrendous experience with Aladdin. I am so very disappointed that they pulled an absolute bait and switch on us. I actually liked the people I had met. They really screwed us though, gave us our money back for fear of bad reviews but I will also be contacting BBB and making them aware of them selling low quality doors and calling them ProVia doors. Im glad I called ProVia and found out how to tell if its a fake. BEWARE!!

I would NOT use this company - Aladdin, Inc. in Hamden, CT The owner is arrogant and not trustworthy. The receptionist is snippy and unorganized. At first we thought they were great. We had a storm door installed and they did a good.job, so we wanted to use them again. We ordered 2 storm windows and a window for another property. We never did get the window for the 2nd property b/c it was backordered for 6 months, so we eventually asked for our deposit back. They never communicated to us while we were waiting for the window and when we called them they were unapologetic. As far as the 2 storm windows - they ordered the wrong windows and installed them b/f I was on the premises even though I asked them several times to wait until the scheduled time. Then the owner had a different story every time we spoke about why they installed those particular windows and about remedying the situation. Additionally, we had the wooden stops on the windows replaced and they used scrap wood, that was unsanded and which gave me a bad splinter. They charged us $200.00 just to install 2 window stops. Lastly, they pretend that they are giving the customer discounts when they really do not.
