Well ... it isnt a fluke; after my first experience with Shaun I can say I will absolutely not go anywhere else for any computer issues I have.Shaun managed to bring my Macbook Pro back from the dead after I knocked a lot of water on it (!). He had me come right in (even before he technically opened for the day), dried out the internal components, got all of my folders backed up, and managed to the get the computer working again. I was pretty shocked, to say the least.As a person, Shaun is not only extremely knowledgeable, hes a ridiculously nice guy with the patience of a saint. So many computer shops you go to just radiate this no bleeps given vibe, and that couldnt be farther from the case here. I recently bought a gaming pc and tried to build it myself. Everything was going good but at the end of the build some components failed to turn on. First I brought my laptop to Best Buy in order to find out what the problem was.. That turned out to be a big mistake. They couldnt help me because I didnt have an appointment and because they wanted a crazy amount of money for just a diagnose. I was lucky to find Quick-Tech. Shaun was great and is very knowledgeable!!He talked to me and asked me questions to figure out what was going on. He told me what to expect based on the information he had. And he also offered me very competitive pricing. He was able to fix my computer and save all of my files (which was my main concern). Also he had a quick turn around time. Recently started having problems with my Dell laptops keyboard. I really wanted to get it fixed but didnt want to send it away to Dell or bring it to a chain company, like Best Buy. So, after some online research I found Quick-Tech. I called and spoke to the owner, Shaun, on the phone and explained my problem to him. He said to bring it by so he can take a look at it. A few days later I stopped by with my laptop and Shaun gave me a quick consultation. He was honest and knowledgeable. I decided after meeting Shaun and getting that consultation, that I would go ahead and have Shaun fix my laptop. He ordered the part and about a week later he called me to drop off the laptop. The laptop was fixed and ready to pick up 2 days later. I picked it up and it worked great! I am so happy that I decided to choose Shaun & Quick-Tech to fix my laptop. Also, Shaun was very reasonable with the pricing. He asked me to pay money up front, then I paid the rest when I picked up the fixed laptop. As a customer you usually dont like paying money upfront before a service is completed, but I trusted Shaun and understood his reasoning behind doing this. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Shaun and his company Quick-Tech. They offer a variety of different computer services and at the end of the day you know that you can trust them and the work that they are doing. I agree with the other positive reviews. Shaun helped me out with my computer and I appreciate it. He is knowledgeable, professional and reliable. He performed a diagnostic test of my computer and within 1-day contacted me about the results. I asked him to move forward with the repairs, which he completed by the next day. He answered all my questions and advise me on the overall status of my computer. I would use Quick-Tech Computer Repair again.

I dropped off my PC at Quick-Tech with Shawn this morning, paid a princely sum of $31.91 for a diagnostic charge, and got the PC back before 6 PM, all fixed. It turned out to be an issue with the video port. And there were no additional charges! So I recommend Shawns work for sure.

I have used Quick-Tech 5 times in the last 5 years. Each time it has been an emergency situation ranging from software to hardware issues.Shaun has saved multiple hard drives, recovered data that other places told me couldnt be recovered and has salvaged projects from hardware that had no business being accessible or fixable.This most recent time I took him a Mac after visiting Apple who claimed it was a hardware issue rather than software and there was nothing they could do.Shaun, dug deeper than just a diagnostics test for an answer and rather than just accepting that the laptop was a dud the way Apple did Shaun fixed it in less than 3 days for an incredibly reasonable price for all the time he put in.I have consistently used Quick-Tech and only ever recommend a business after several usage trials. I have never been more panicked when I visit Quick Tech and Shaun always seems to be incredibly calm. I recommend it to all my friends and as someone who uses my laptop and external drives constantly, I wouldnt trust anyone else with handling my computer issues.

I had a problem with my PC, it was making a very loud noise. I googled PC repair places and found Quick Tech, which was less than a mile from where I live. I talked to the tech there, Shaun, and he told me to bring my PC in.Shaun went out of his way for me completely, he replaced my PSU and cleaned my heatsink for me (Which I didnt even know was the problem, since the noise was coming from the PSU). He even stayed later so I could pick up my PC on the same day. He was nice, understanding, and fixed my problem in the same day where other PC repair places would have taken probably more than a week, if not longer. Would definitely recommend him and Quick Tech if you have PC issues.

Unquestionably the best computer repair services I have ever experienced.

I had Comcast working on my computer laptop remotely for several hours and they tried to bill me for services not performed ($49.95 for computer tune up and if not fixed no charge... they said it looked like a virus and charged me $131 for it and then said no virus just a tune up but still charged fo r$131). Took it to Shaun at QUick Tech Computer Repairs and after 10 minutes he said my hard drive was about to crash and Comcast almost crashed it fo rgood. Shaun replaced the hard drive and downloaded all the software and docs... that I had on it previously and even offered to stay late at night to keep his promise of delivery that day. I told him I could wait till the next day and it was ready then and for a very reasonable charge. I would highly recommend Shaun and his company.
