Great customer service, hands 🙌🏾 down! I have been with them for years, they treated me like family and it is good to know that they are caring and kind! Before COVID, they used to have candies🍭 and at times that they would offer it to me, of course, I would grab a few🤩! I missed those days, also they adapted to me that they know what I came there for, like a money order and etc, I felt love! Eric works at this branch worse customer service ever ! He continued to hang up in me and my husband face after we were trying to speak to him. If you go to this branch please know Eric is not PROFESSIONAL AT ALL . Please avoid him at all cost

Deposited my settlement check from Florida. They put a seven day business day hold ( which is ACTUALLY ten days) on it, without mentioning it. Ive called every day trying to resolve this problem, and I was basically hung up on by the branch manager. I was told that I signed paperwork and was given a copy of it, which. No... I wasnt. The money is in a lawyers trust account... I really dont understand what the problem is. My account has now gone negative, and they really dont care. The second the money is released by the SYSTEM I will be closing the account. ( which I was told costs $10, by the way) Just be warned... theyre rude and misleading.Well, its been ten days since I deposited my check. STILL no access to it. Now Im being told the hold wont release until midnight! Seriously!?! Im waiting on the manager to call me back, who is supposed to call and try to have the hold released. Yeah... Ive heard this before. I can assure you that if I dont get my money BEFORE the end of the day, Im filing a complaint with the federal reserve! This is absolute nonsense!

Customer service is ubiquitous throughout best kept secret in banking. I almost dont want to refer them so they they dont get to busy but I do recommend them highly. Sat & Sun hours are unheard of in the industry. Finally a bank that the hours are not designed to keep you away from your money.

I just opened an account . They were so kind and friendly I could not believe they make your debit card right in front of you . No wait . Very satisfied so far .

They should post online that they close from 130 to 2 said they were open came to cash a check on break . Seems like a corner store more than a bank . Its only real purpose is for Walmart employees.

I had a third interview with a regional manager, for a Teller Position. He was asking inappropriate interview questions, one of which was, are you married? I replied that I was engaged. He inappropriately replied that I was probably living together & that I was putting the cart before the horse.That was just for starters. I ended the interview after 10 minutes.

Tellers are very helpful. Hours are great. Hometown bank feeling!
