Ryan was prompt in providing his estimate of services and explaining the work he was quoting. He educated us on what had been done previously and why each service was needed to make the wood look as good as possible. He was clear up front about pricing and about the busy schedule of the summer. Work was completed today and it is beautiful. It was well worth the value of having Ryan and his team do the work on our front porch instead of figuring out how to do it ourselves, especially since the prior owners had clearly refinished it several times incorrectly. I will be using this company again in future years! Clear expectations, patient education, and quality work.

We had our entire upstairs painted including knock down ceilings. Our family room downstairs was also painted including the hallway. The front of the house was power washed and then painted. Every thing looks fantastic, we couldnt be more pleased.

I highly recommend this family run business. Schwartz and Sons painted the interior of my house earlier this year. Ryan gave us a very fair price that included a lot of patching and preparation. Heidi and her crew did an exceptional job. The painting was perfect (Im picky) and done quickly but carefully. It was actually fun having the crew here because as they worked they laughed and joked with each other all day without wasting time. We had Schwartz & Sons paint the exterior of our house and couldnt be more pleased with our decision. We had Schwartz & Sons fix our knockdown ceilings which were cracking on the sheet rock seams and paint our walls. Big job! They were very accommodating to come while we were on vacation since it was in the main living area. Came home to beautiful ceilings and everything cleaned up! Ad a rental house to paint. I explained very clearly to Ryan that I was unsure of the condition of the walls but I would need 3 rooms color changed and touch ups and painting for the rest of the house to make it new tenant ready. I asked on more then one occasion if he needed to see it but he declined. I told him I was ballparking the footage and he first text me $850. Once he got home he sent me an email with the estimate which was now $925 even though no new information was exchanged. He kept pushing for me to sign an estimate to get it scheduled. I signed the estimate as instructed and then got pushed off to his wife when I inquired about payment and scheduling. I had to call her a few days before to find out what time in the afternoon they were coming. She said they now wanted to get in at 6:30am. I again asked about color matching and viewing prior and she said no. Once the painter was in (it was not Ryan and he has never even seen the place, let alone the work) I never heard from them again. This was on Thursday. My new tenants arrived on Monday with the property manager to discover no touch ups done. I followed up and his wife said they would have had to have repainted as there were too many touch ups. Then they send me a bill for $1300. I again called and Ryan said that because I signed the estimate which says prices may be more, he can charge me whatever he wants without calling to discuss anything. So his guy didnt complete the job as we discussed. They didnt call to discuss the scope of work being more than they realized, didnt confirm the measurements. I have tried to discuss this with him a few times and he just said he doesnt care, he charge whatever he wants and now he is going to put a lien on my house. He runs an unethical business practice because he thinks he can charge whatever he wants without your consent because his quote says prices may change.

Great Advice - Conscientious WorkWe werent sure about type and color for our deck. Ryan and crew gave me great advice and I am super happy with the results. And they double checked everything and touched up where needed. They did a great job fixing the screens on our gazebo too.

Our experience with Schwartz and Sons was excellent and we highly recommend them. We hired them to do a fairly large job of painting our 2 story +walkout house and detached garage. Ryan walked around with me answering questions and provided a very quick and competitive bid with different options. He did a thorough job of power washing everything before starting the work and even cleaned up the loose paint chips off of the driveway. Then they caulked around all the windows and doors and painted the house and trim. They did an excellent job. Ryan was very prompt and courteous and cleaned everything up at the end. Overall we were very satisfied with the work and would definitely use him again in the future.

WOW! Ryan Schwartz came out and pressure washed our home. It was DIRTY. Ryan worked HARD for about 6 hours and did the house (two stories), the garage, the wrap around porch and blew all of the leaves into the alley. He is worth every penny. He was soaked and did not stop all afternoon. He was really nice and respectful. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs power washing service! If I could rate him higher than a 5, I would do it!

My bedroom looks so fresh. They did such an amazing job and they made sure everything was clean before they left. Very professional.
