GREAT SERVICE AND STAFF! WE HIRED ALL EVENT FOR OUR BIG DAY AND EVERYTHING TURNED OUT SO WELL! THE TENT WAS SET UP ON TIME AND THE LIGHTING AND DRAPERY WAS BETTER THAN WE IMAGINED! ALL EVENT HAS GREAT PRICES, THEY WERE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE OF ALL THE PLACES IN THE TWIN CITIES WE CALLED. SERVICE WAS A 10 OUT OF 10 AND WE WILL BE USING ALL EVENT FOR ALL OUR FUTURE EVENTS.

Great Staff, on time set up, and great products! We rented a dance floor for our big day and everything was great! All Event Staff were very informative when explaining how dance floors typically work and the necessary accommodations needed to ensure the functionality. I recommend ALL EVENT to all my friends and family. We will be using All Event for all our party rental needs in the future!

I was so happy with the great work and outstanding service this company provided for my sweet 16 party. They went above an beyond decorating my special birthday. I was very impressed with company and would recommend them to everyone. My mom was so impressed with the decorations that she has already referred them to my friends parents for her grad party.

I really want to share my wonderful experience with you! We had a outside family wedding for our nephew back in June! Due to a medical issue in the family this wedding had to be Rush-Rush ceremony!! I called All Event Party Rental and talked to Lori! I cannot explain how “awesome” she was to work with, very knowledgeable, patient and had so many great ideas for me! Our wedding was just beautiful, everyone loved it especially the Bride and Groom! There was an archway, tents with lighted drapery, and continuous decorating throughout the yard and garage area!! We used them to decorate for our wedding. The decorations were coming down prior to the wedding and they had to come back out to redo. They were very rude when they had to come back to fix a simple install. Would not recommend them, overpriced for the less than desirable service they provide.

We recently rented from All Event Party Rental in Ham Lake for our daughters graduation party. The customer experience we had was EXCELLENT from the first phone call to the pick up. Staff were polite, efficient and excellent to work with! Tables and chairs were very good quality and in better shape than other companies we have rented from. The drop off and pick up was what worked for us and was a good timeline to actually give us time to set up, take down and have ready for them. It wasnt such a tight timeline or we will charge you more as I have experienced in the past with others. There is nothing worse than having to have them back by 9 am the next morning. Plus the prices were better! I would HIGHLY recommend them for your rental needs!!!

Great Customer Service! We rented 5 large tables for a garage sale and they were great to work with. The were always prompt to answer the phone, friendly, and flexible on pick up. I would have given a full 5 star review, but they just need to get some signage up so it is a bit easier to find the location, as it is at a home, not storefront. I believe they are working on that though. Overall, a great experience!

All Event is a great company! We have used them for several of family events and they are always on time, have great products and the best pricing. The customer service is amazing and I would recommend them for all your party rental needs.

We just picked up chairs and they are disgusting! We had to wash all of them because they stunk and were very dirty. We have enough to do to set a party but now we have to wash 40 chairs because they are to gross to sit on.

*****Stay away from this business******They are unprofessional and unresponsible.The day I schedule to pick up my tables and chairs nobody was home. I called and called and never got an answer. I left a message and they never got back to me. Instead I calledNorth Suburban Rental, they gladly got my tables and chairs together within 5 minutes before closing time.

Couldnt of asked for a better company to work with. They made our wedding amazing and will definitely be using them again.

Tables, chairs and tent were scheduled to be delivered the Thursday before our daughters Saturday wedding. Thursday afternoon my daughter called them and was told a rain storm the previous day had caused a backlog and they would be out the next afternoon. They didnt arrive Friday until dusk leaving us no time to set up the chairs and tables on Friday meaning we were scrambling Saturday morning to set up before the 1 pm wedding. We had to call them Monday afternoon regarding pick up as winds had started to dismantle their tent and we didnt want to be responsible for any damage. By the time they arrived the tent was down and 2 poles were bent. I would not recommend this company as they cannot be counted on to supply the rented items when promised.

I wouldnt recommend this business. They are not professional and make promises that they dont keep. The things they rent out are not in the best shape. White chairs came dirty and rusty. Was not impressed at all. I wish we would have spent more money and went with a more professional company.
