Caliber Collision was recommended by my auto insurance when I was the victim of a rear end collision. Unfortunately, my vehicle was declared a total loss, so I dont have a review of their work. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. I was very confident in their knowledge and their work. The building and grounds are appealing and well kept. I was very impressed.

I was very impressed with the whole Caliber team that I interacted with! They were very professional and also cared about what happened (accident) and asked about any updates when I picked my car up. They did great work on my car it did take a little longer than expected but would rather have quality work then have issues not fixed fully. Would highly recommend anyone bring their vehicle here.

My car was taken here after an accident where some kid ramned my car and ruined an amazing car.... my Ford Fiesta ST.My insurance company State farm took it there to get a repair estimate. State Farm was disappointing on so many levels like lack of any communication and plan, but Caliber collision was very responsive, and excellent to deal with. I would recommend them on that fact alone. Very friendly and professional.

We have had two experiences with this Caliber location in the last two years. One repair on my Cadillac another repair on my daughters new Honda. Absolutely everything has turned out perfect, on time or early, and of extraordinary quality. We are thankful for the amazing staff and solid work performed.

There were a few hiccups from the paint job they did. They did fix it and make it right. Still need the windshield cowl replaced. Customer service was good.

I was amazed how quickly Caliber (Ham Lake MN) repaired the front end damage on my vehicle. Past experience with auto body repair is far from par compared with this business. The repair and finish was excellent. The turnaround time was excellent. The front desk person and service advisor, Jared Bogan, were excellent. These people were really nice. The moment I called and talked them I felt better about my options and time line. We were heading out of town after Christmas and on a tight timeline to fix sideswipe damage to the car when someone hit me. They got new doors in, fixed it and were able to impress even themselves, I believe! All along they were transparent that it could take longer and sourcing doors might be tricky, not to mention one holiday week after another. But, they exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Jared was amazing! He communicated via text daily and was very thorough in his communication, very detail oriented and had my car ready early than we had expected. My car was pristine. It was completely fixed, they washed the outside and inside and even topped off my gas! Caliber also communicated with the rental car service and had a car (they even got me an upgraded!) for me before I even got there! Excellent experience.

Got a recommendation to go here and was very impressed. I had minor hail damage done to my 2020 Camry and wanted to get it taken care of. Jared was my service advisor here and took care of everything. He dealt with the adjuster and made sure everything that needed to be replaced/repaired was done to an impeccable quality. Car was done very quickly, and it looks like nothing ever happened. Some old creaks i had from interior trim before i went in was even taken care of!Staff seemed to take care of car as if it was their own. I’d give them a 10 if I could! ! 5 years ago, at this address, we had our car repaired from hitting a deer. Since then, the business was sold and the name changed. We still brought our car in to get an estimate on repairing the door edge paint which had begun to rust. We brought along the paper work from our original repairs and the current mgmt said they would repair the door at “no charge” since it appeared to be a repair failure from the previous owner! What business today has this kind of integrity?!?! When we came to pick it up, they explained there had been a problem when it was fixed 5 years ago but now it’s good! No charge! Caliber Collision has our trust and all future business!!!!

I dropped off my van at Caliber, and I worked with Jessica. I was very impressed with how thorough she was. In addition to the specific area of damage on my auto that I wanted repaired, she identified all of the different places on my car where there were scratches and dings. She clarified which part of the damage would be handled through the insurance claim, and which parts would not. She kept me informed daily on the progress, and was able to help get resolution on a second repair on my van for which I wanted to pay cash. She clarified all of my options, and she worked with me to get a repair that fit inside my budget on the cash portion of the repair. As I picked up my van, I was very impressed with the work, and I was pleasantly surprised that the car was vacuumed and cleaned on the inside to help keep me safe from any potential Covid-19.I would definitely recommend Caliber, and I would also recommend that people ask for Jessica by name when they go to get repairs.

I absolutely loved my experience at Caliber Collision. Scott and the staff took care of me in a timely manner and kept me informed through the entire process. My car was fixed and back in the time they said and its as good as new after being rear-ended. I am grateful that my insurance company recommended them to me I have nothing but good things to say about them.

I was given 1 estimate which agreed on and came to pick it up +$1000 extra. For a simple bumper cover job which should have been a max.$1000 repair. You have a right to choose which shop to bring it to. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

The Abra Auto Body team in Ham Lake were amazing! They communicated almost every day how everything was going and when I picked up my car it looked and felt brand new! They are fantastic

Not sure how there could be anything but amazing things to say about this place. Customer service was fantastic, I was constantly kept up to date about where my vehicle was in the repair process via texts and two phone calls, the repairs appear to be top notch, and they vacuumed and wiped down the entire interior of the vehicle. Simply amazing. I will continue to use Abra for all my future repair needs. 👍👍

Took 3 days just to get an estimate and 10 more days for repairs. They didn’t have the proper tools to remove the wheel locks on a GMC so I had to make a special trip to bring them. When it was finally done an hour after they originally promised the smell from whatever they used to detail the interior was so bad that I had to drive with the windows open. I would definitely never use them again.

Lejla and the crew there have been absolutely fantastic to deal with here at Line-X . Punctuality and professionalism of her and the staff has been great when dealing with things between vendors . On countless occasions they have gone out the there way to take care of customers for us ! Highly recommend this locations for any body shop needs!

Service was horrible. Went there to get a back window replaced. Dropped car off at 8am and was told while making the appointment that it would be about 3 hours. Never received a call that the vehicle was ready. Finally got a call that it was ready at closing time. When the vehicle was picked up there was glass everywhere. There was glass on the floor of the back seat, on the tonneau cover, in the bed of the truck, on the running boards. Was told they would be able to take the stickers from the previous window and put it on the new window and that did not happen. Will never go back here again. I have always used Abra but will never go back. The vehicle belongs to a service member and this was unacceptable service.

Made an appointment in advanced. When I brought it in they informed me they are busy and it will take a couple days to get to. Wouldnt have been an issue but I had to rent a vehicle and pay for it through the weekend, when they arent open. BUT, when they did get to it they went above and beyond with their work. They were also very friendly.

Never got the chance to use them. Went several weeks out so that I could get in first as they had a 5 hour window for the customer to wait for them. They were good about contacting me just to long of a wait. 3hours .

I went in with a large scrap on my car. The gentleman said they could buff it out and they didnt charge me. Will be my first choice when I have a really need someone for collision repair.
