Everything was perfect!Eric helped us from the very beginning to select the tiles and explained carefully what to expect during old tile removal and installation of the new ones. He checked with me constantly to make sure everything is done to our satisfaction. The installation team arrived early, removed old tiles without damaging walls, mirrors or doors and then installed the new tiles as expected. They worked very clean and efficient.I highly recommend Not Just Carpet!

I am not happy with my carpet at all! It’s pretty lousy looking. The workers definitely carpeted over something in my spare bed room.. (if you are missing a tool I know where it is). The padding is also not as plush as the carpeting we removed. We were also pushed to certain carpeting vs what we actually would pick. This isn’t exactly the stores fault but if you are looking for ANY kind of recommendations please don’t come here! I now have carpeting that belongings in a law office in my master bedroom and guest room.

Living out of the area it was a daunting task to identify someone to purchase and install carpet in my Florida condo. I found Not Just Carpets through a Google search and I knew nothing about them--except for the posted reviews. I totally agree with the great 5 star reviews. From my first call and discussion with Eric, they were what youd want from a store. Everything was on-time and on budget, from the first measuring at my condo to final installation. Eric helped me navigate the nuisance barriers that my condo has. There was complete follow-through, plus he didnt try and sell me on more than I needed. I wouldnt call anyone else.

We could not be more impressed with Not Just Carpet. I had met one of their employees named Shawn in a doctors office waiting room. I had a few questions for him because I was planning on installing wood in my house. I ended up checking out their showroom where I was assisted my Eric. Let me just tell you that you will not find customer service as good as theirs. They worked with me to pick out the right product for what I wanted. Their price was actually cheaper than everywhere else I had checked out. They delivered as promised and I cannot say enough good things about this company!
