I received their literature in the mail after my property appraisal was increased by Miami-Dade County. I reached out and spoke with one of their consultants to ask how the process works. The woman I spoke with was not forthcoming with information and rushed me off the phone. They are very pushy about getting the signed agreements back. I would seek counsel elsewhere.

I hired this company to represent me and my rental property in the 2020 VAB & PA hearing for Miami Dade County and they did a terrible job. They lowered my taxes only $50! In 2019 I represented myself for the first time and back got back over $750 in taxes and my property value was lowered accurately and significantly. Dont waste your time! Youre better off representing yourself or using another company that cares. They dont call back, and they get defensive and only make excuses when you call them out on their bad work.
