Only good things to say. The 2 adjusters we worked with after Hurricane Michael were Great. They handled all of the paperwork headaches which let us work on our house & belongings right away (not like a couple of neighbors who had all kinds of problems trying to get their Ins. payments many months later). I spoke with Yossi Lazerson about my claim on my property after hurricane Michael. I had been paid by my insurance company and believing that I was treated fairly by my insurance company I told him that I was very happy with my settlement and was not really sure what I was being reimbursed for. Yossi looked at my insurance policy and realized I had exceptional coverage and was being paid far less than in compensation than my policy allotted for. After a review by his company and submission of a claim he more than doubled my payment after proving to my insurance company that there were expenses and damage that wasnt addressed. We had a major flood in our home and Sunrise Public Adjusters respondedimmediately. They handled the claim from A-Z. They exceeded my expectations from the start to the finish. Benji Licht from Sunrise Helped us through the entire process and helped us to get the maximum settlement possible.

After Irma. our house was a disaster. The insurance company came out and gave us an adjustment that didnt even meet out deductible!! Immediately after receiving the letter I called Yossi from Sunrise Public Adjusters. They came out on a Sunday, and spent 2 hours going threw our home finding things that even I had missed. Very thorough and polite while in our home as well I might add.After months of them communicating with our insurance company and our insurance company was of course fighting them the whole time Sunrise stated that we may need to get a lawyer to push the insurance company to meet our needs on our home. The lawyer they recommended was amazing as well!! Just a few weeks of him filing the lawsuit against my insurance company they sent out a lawyer and adjuster of there own. They went through our home. Wrote some things down and left ( they were going off the paperwork that Sunrise submitted to them). Three days later they gave us an estimate that was exactly what Yossi and his team said it should be!!!!!!!Without Sunrise Public Adjusters my wife and I would still be fighting( and most definitely loosing) with our insurance. This company was worth the money!!

When we hired Sunrise Adjusters to help after hurricane Michael we thought we had a business with integrity, we were told by Mendy to call him if we had any questions or problems.The first phone call from Shaundra in the office to explain the status of our claim was more confusung than understanding of what was taking place with our claim. She spoke so fast it seamed she just wanted to hurry and get off the phone. While I know they are busy they have made us feel liike all they care about since we have signed with them is their 10%.Now being close to the end of our claim there have been questions we’ve had, we have called left messages even texted and there has been no response. (we have been respectful of weekends and holidays). I feel there is not good communication between the office and Mendy, for I have gotten different answers to questions.Our insurance cut one check and mailed it to them as protocol and over two weeks later they still didnt have it. I was the one calling the insurance to find out what was going on, only to learn Sunrise had not left the proper address the old address was where the check was sent, therefore a second check needed to be issued. So they now have the checks and tell me once I send them their payment I can have my checks. I told them I would overnight them my payment and ask if they would please do the same that next day with our check. I was told yes…..Recieved no check the following day. So the following Monday I called the office again and Shaundra said they hadn’t recieved our check the tracking said couldn’t deliver because didn’t have access to their building. Finally they went to the P.O. and the accountant said they had my check and would mail out my checks overnight. Again another lie, still waiting. No return phone calls, no explaination, again!Very disappointed how we have been treated, feel like we could have done just as well without them, we have put our trust in them and was lied to more than once. Would never hire them again, feel like we have been stolen from!I have also learned that my policy does have the additional coverage for when you have to do additional upgrades to your home because the code has changed. I mentioned this to them and asked for them to help get these extra funds this is something else they just blew off, and now I am faced with trying to go back on my own and get this money from my insurance. What a joke, they also have continued to call me and ask to take this review off, no they sure didnt want to give me back any funds to try to make it right.
