I know that some people might have experienced some issues in this store, but I’d really like to share my own personal one, which was not bad. I had a watch which I needed to adjust to my wrist. I went to many places and I was told that the watch couldn’t be readjust because the pieces that could be removed had been removed already. I came to this guy and he told me that he would be able to do it by opening some incisions to the watch bracelet. It took two days, but I am very very happy with the result. He was the only one who gave me solutions instead of “Sorry, we can’t.” Other stores just refused Help me or did not know how.

Sasha is zero reliable. He received my watch offered to repair it I paid for the work in advance, I went to look for it more than 5 times, he returned it to me after two months with the same damage and I did not return my mone back.

Nice guy, did his best to help me out when my watch broke.

TERRIBLE! Do NOT take anything here. The review above is true as I came here for an engraving on a watch. It took almost TWO WEEKS of run around phone calls and lies to FINALLY get my watch back and not only did I get it back I got it back with a TYPO!!!! Sasha wanted to squeeze in the letter to fix the mistake but that is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE as it wouldve looked STUPID! He didnt offer to give me my money back or a resolution to HIS mistake. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD!

Stay away from this guy. He may be the most unreliable repair man on the planet. (Im not sure how to spell his name, but it sounds like Sasha.)I brought my watch to him, simply in need of a replacement strap. After about two months, he still did not have a new strap for it, and in the process of cleaning the silver he managed to mess up the second hand, so that it didnt return to its proper position (and still doesnt, despite his reassurances).Further, when the strap arrived it was black, not brown, even though I requested a brown strap and the interior of the watch was brown as well. When I refused to pay and just wanted my watch back, he got annoyed at me, as though his unreliable work was my fault.In the end, I took the time to measure my watch carefully, order a strap online, and fix it myself within a week. How a professional couldnt just do that, I do not understand.

I cant pick up my watch 2 month. All time I hear- tommoroy

This store has a 9am scheduled time for opening. As of 10:15 am it was still not open. A phone call resulted in a recording. Not very reliable.
