Modern location. We had a last minute reservation for the medium conference room. They had all that you ever need for your business. The facility was super clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. 100% recommended!

I just moved in to the 221 Building earlier this month, what an awesome space. I love the modern design of the lobby, conference rooms and kitchen, everything is brand new. All my office neighbors are very friendly and respectful. The front desk is extremely helpful, whenever I have a meeting theyll great my guest and give me a call to let me know theyre waiting in the lobby. The fact I can use my phone to reserve conference room space to have meetings/appointments is a huge bonus.

Beautiful remodeled offices with a light airy feel. Very professional companies only with a great staff. Extremely reasonably priced with a very secure building. Excellent location and everything has been taken care of quickly by the staff.

I rent their conference rooms sometimes. I like that they dont put their own logo plastered everywhere so it looks more impressive when my clients visit. Like the place is mine.

Horrible management and the front desk lady has no clue how to deal with people. Our company look at an office space and told the front desk manager we like to move in tomorrow. She said simple process month to month and no lease. The next day when it was time to move in she said we need to do a back ground check and that takes 24 to 48 hours. We clearly stated that we would need to move in tommrow amd was not told anything about a background check until move in. Should you not disclose all information before you mislead people about moving in the next day? Why not provide all information to the prospective tenant before the move in date is that not how it works in the real estate world. We went to Regus and lease and moved in the same day. These people have no idea how to run a executive suites business do not waste your time dealing with this waste of space people. We ask to speak to management and she stated she was sure you are what a A__.
