Love, love Mia Bella. I can always count on Mia Belle when in need of holiday attire. Most stores that I can shop locally have very few holiday outfits. Not only do I get excited when my packages arrives so does my 4 year old. Unlike Zulily, I actually get my purchase before the holiday is over. Also when the owner of the business personally emails you a thank email it goes a long way!!

I ordered this dress in February for my daughter’s baptism. I waited two months for it to arrive. I contacted Mia belle within 5 days of it arriving and told them the dress was damaged and I wanted to return it for a refund. This was on April 24th. They said they would talk to the manager. I have made several attempts to contact and no reply. It’s now May 13 and getting close to the 30 day mark and I won’t be able to return it or exchange it. I also ordered a tiara from them at the same time I ordered the dress and have asked where that is. Again no answer, they said it was in transit on their app. That was almost a month ago. The quality of the dress is poor, there is also Fray all over the lace, sequins are cheap. Come to find out, It’s a knock off from China of a popular company in the UK. Had I known I would not have ordered this dress and wasted $160.Poor quality item, poor customer service.

What an awful company! Ordered three bathing suits in February. They came and did not fit at all. It appeared they were defective as the fitting was terrible. You have to return the items within 5 days however customer Service is terrible and you can’t talk to anyone and no one emails you back. I have returned the items 2-3 weeks ago and I am still waiting on a response and my store credit as they will not credit the items! In every email they act like they have. No idea what’s going on and just keep replying what item was returned. Terrible customer service. DO NOT order from this site.

I have purchased several pieces for my Daughter through Mia Belle. I was overly excited about both and they both were amazing. We got a Harley Quinn costume and my Daughter received so many compliments. I loved that I only saw two people online with the same costume, how well made it was and the quality was great. No thread, material wasnt cheap and the colors pop just like the picture. I ordered a size up so She can easily wear more than once. I will definitely be purchasing more items.

Terrible quality, terrible care taken in packaging their goods and even worse customer care. They do not abide by consumer law and make up their own rules. I ordered a full outfit with hat. The hat they folded twice for postage and it cannot be salvaged or worn from the damage caused from the folds. They admitted they caused the folds but said it wasnt damaged and would not replace or refund when initially they offered a replacement right away. Avoid this online retailer is my advice.

They couldn’t commit to timelines, expedite shipping, or anything. I asked to escalate to someone who maybe could help, and that was a waste - same canned messaging. We were so excited to have our girls dress up as the Sanderson Sisters this year. We ordered the costumes on 9/25, and I was in contact through text with a lady who told me know they would make it by Halloween. Of course the expected delivery date passed (10/23) and I started to check on the status the next day two of the costumes were on the way with tracking and one (Sarah Sanderson) said “preparing for shipment” knowing this can happen I waited a day and then emailed and asked if it would ship soon it’s now 10/24, it took three emails to even get a reply and someone emailed saying “sorry it was oversold” I understand things happen. But they did not inform us of this, I had to constantly email to get anywhere. Now it’s time for Halloween and the emails I received were one-please pick another costume and we will ship it. Well I did that bc one of them I could make work for the situation. Never heard back on that email. The others had nothing to do with my situation. It’s been the most confusing purchase ever!!! And now we are out over $40 bucks (no one has offered a refund or replied back to my request) and we still don’t have a costume for our little girl who wants to match her cousins as planned. And of course being this close to Halloween the stores are bare. If it was oversold they had many opportunities to make it right and did not. I would not recommend buying from this company. I would add all the emails(screenshots) to prove this and will if necessary but wanted to warn others 😡😥😒!!!!!!!!

Do not buy from here ! They sent me these defective items ! When I requested a refund their staff wrote an email saying they didnt find any defects ! They refused to give a refund and issued a store credit ! I file a dispute with my bank showing them the proof of defective items ! Crooked company !!

I think the sunflower mask had good coverage on the face. It was even good enough to fit on my eight year old. The wire in the nose section is sufficient. The mask is very comfortable.

I placed an order for a costume in September. Not realizing how long it would take I had to contact them and tell them I was moving. I changed my address and everything seemed to be fine. I took a screen shot of my conversation for the address change. I didnt hear anything from them, I got an email my order was shipped and I would receive it Wednesday and it never came. I then reached out and was told it would be sent back because I gave the wrong address. I checked the screen shot of the conversation I had with customer service. I didnt give the wrong address. They asked how I wanted to proceed with a refund or they would resend. I asked them to refund meBecause Halloween was three days away and I wouldnt receive it in time. And I havent heard from them since. I emailed 7 times and was blocked from messaging them on Facebook.y order total was around 144 dollars. Also, these 5 star reviews are from employees Names Ive seen in emails.UPDATE: since writing this review they messaged me on Facebook asking me how I wanted to proceed but kept me blocked so I couldnt respond...

I order 2 dresses on April 25 and I received it on July 21. I really wanted those dresses for a special occasion so I had to buy them in another store. When I received my order I ask for a refund because I didnt need them anymore, I send everything back they received it on July 24 and I still havent received my money back and today date is August 15th. I ordered 2 Halloween costumes on October 2nd, it is now October 29th and after numerous emails I get a response today saying that my costume wasn’t coming because of unforeseen circumstance. Since I have been blocked from Mia Belle Girls Facebook telling this to those asking if I received my costume yet. Here you go. I ordered my costume August 26. I did not receive any tracking information. I did call the middle of September for them to tell me my order had been shipped September 5(11 days after I purchased). I was then told it would take up to 21 business days. So that should’ve been by October 5. I didn’t receive my order until October 19 almost not in time for the Halloween activities that start on the 23rd. It really bothers me they promise these things in a certain time and then you don’t get them and on top of it we’re still advertising beginning of October for costumes guaranteed delivery for Halloween but they don’t tell you it’s coming from China. Google maps address for them they don’t exist and the phone number listed is from California. After looking at other reviews from other platforms I will not be ordering again. Oh and the quality looks like my grandma made it. I have ordered similar things from Etsy for half the price they sold this costume for. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

I ordered my girls Halloween costumes in early September knowing that it would take some time to receive them. I got 3 pieces out of the order but still nothing from the rest. It’s now November 7th and I still have nothing. I spent a ridiculous amount on these costumes which I should not have done in the first place.. extremely disappointed in this company. I ordered September 29 a Halloween costume and was told it would be here in 18 to 21 business days . On the 22 day I reached out they said it was coming even thought it said it was in China . Worst customer service ever! The product I ordered was guaranteed by Halloween then there was a manufacturer discrepancy with part of the costume which they said would be refunded.I still have not received the refund or the costume I ordered for Halloween. The tracking information has been not been updated since November 1st and they are refusing to refund me for the costume until I can return it. Its obviously lost in the mail or they screwed up somewhere and are refusing to own up to it and give me my money back. I will never order from them again!

I ordered shoes for my daughter. They took over a month to arrive and were three sizes too small. When I reached out to the company, I was told I would have to wait for a review team to consider my return. 5 days later I was told they sent the wrong size, if I sent them back and the return process could begin once they arrived. Because of the long shipping process, I asked if they could please ship out the correct order immediately, so that I would not have to wait until the end of July/August to receive a product I ordered in April. I was told no. I was really excited about the shoes, but left very disappointed with the customer service.

I ordered several things on April 23rd and another order a couple weeks later. I have received SOME things today as of June 17th but am missing A LOT! My mom also made a purchase on April 23rd and has received nothing from her order. The items I’ve received that are actually from Mia Belle are good quality. However, several items have been shipped from China and are terrible. I have reached out to customer service and have been told several different stories, including that I would be given 20% refund...of course that hasn’t happened. I understand with the pandemic things would be held up but this is absurd! Their clothes are very cute however due to the lack of communication, extremely poor customer service, and overall bad business, I will not be placing another order with them.

My bad for not reading the reviews on this company before purchasing the face masks they are selling, but wow. The masks took a while to receive, which is totally fine given the circumstances. However, the masks were huge on my kids. I placed a second order (a mask for myself and filters) before my kids masks arrived. I was told by email that I can cancel the order. I have emailed twice to get a refund, but they only send back a coupon code for a discount on my next purchase. Ill pass.

My daughter is 8 and is in gymnastics. They say order a size up which I think ridiculous to begin with why dont you just post the correct sizes. I ordered a 10. It took almost a month to get but when it finally came in, I needed a 12 they basically told me to go kick rocks. I got the outfit on 10/11 I emailed them the same day and I got a response today 10/13. The outfit is cute nothing out of the ordinary or special. To be honest for $35 it looks like grandma made it. Dont buy anything from this shop. I ordered clothes in March and still havent received everything I ordered. The clothes are extremely cheap, thin, and poorly stitched. Two if the dresses I did receive straps are tearing off and my daughter hasnt even worn them yet. Please save your money and buy elsewhere.

Ive ordered from Mia Belle Baby multiple times over the last few years and can say that I do love the clothes and they are very cute however horrible customer service and constantly paying for a full order and only receiving a portion of it with no notifications, refund or response to emails makes them impossible to do business anymore. Ive rarely ever received a full order that Ive paid for. Years back I used to at least receive a response when I reached out about missing items to find out that they were out of stock and never notified me and I would receive a store credit. This past year I not only receive no notification about items theyll never send or refund but no response to outreach about trying to receive the items or a refund. I currently have 6 items that total over $100 that I havent received in orders ranging from 3.5 months to 1 year ago and receiving no response on coming to a resolution. Its too bad, I have 3 girls and was a great customer and still see things I would love to order but wont now and theyve now lost a ton of money on orders I wont place along with friends with kids that Ive cautioned. As a customer it is not my job to have to track my orders and have to ask for a refund for items not received. If youre going to have a business you need to be able to run it and be accountable for items you cant deliver to your customers. You cant just charge people for a product and then because you run out of stock never communicate that or offer a replacement outfit or credit. What a bad business practice. Ive received numerous emails over the last year about customer service issues they know theyve had which made me hopeful for good changes, but unfortunately the service is worse than it ever was in my opinion so be aware before buying. You will love the products you receive but unfortunately will only probably receive about half of what you order and theyll still keep you money for the rest :(

Checking the website, their phone number is from California, their address is from Hallandale Beach, FL in Southern Broward County. We live in Brevard County FL which is 5 counties north of Hallandale. (So its not that far) We ordered just 1 flower girl dress on June 5th, 2020 and it was processed and shipped on June 6th. Tracking says it was shipped from Hebron, Kentucky and it took 3 weeks to go to New Jersey. Has been sitting in New Jersey since July 1st. After 2 months, still nothing to show for our money and we get told in an email that its due to long waiting times at customs. Customs? If we had known that we were paying for cheap dresses from China and had to wait months for a flower girl dress that we will not be getting on time now, we would have shopped somewhere else. They need to tell people where they ship from so customers can determine if the wait wont interfere with their upcoming plans. Definitely do not recommend this website!

It was so ugly that I wouldnt donate this thing to anyone. 2) I ended up buying another costume as the costume came in late. It said it was to deliver in 15 days and I received an email on the Sept 19 that it was on its way. I reached out to the company 11 days after ordered and expressed my concern via email that I needed this product by October 4th and all of sudden the status conveniently turned into processing at warehouse in China. Of course they gave me the run around that it takes 18-21 business days and it was in the description and since it is now processing that they couldnt do anything to stop it. The product page for this particular costume said it would be delivered in 15 days as I was very careful to make sure it would come in in time for a photo shoot. Then with all of my complaints, the product page was conveniently removed from their site and I reached out to them to inquire and they stated it was taken down because it became sold out due to it it being one of their most popular items. I dont think so. I told them that theyre not a good company and that Ill be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and to my credit card company. My husband ordered my daughter and I matching pjs as a Christmas gift before Christmas. The order said guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. The pjs did not come.They were about a month late and weren’t even the right sizes. They would not refund and would only offer an exchange after the items were returned. He returned the items weeks ago and we still haven’t received the exchanged clothes. When he asked about a week ago what the status was, they said they are awaiting a tracking number. Still nothing. Extremely disappointing.

I bought a crown meant for a little girl. It was pictured on a little girl and meant to go with the frozen costume. The crown is so incredibly big. There is no way my daughter could wear it. It is still sealed in a plastic package and they are refusing to return it. Terrible customer service and false advertising.

I ordered four items in March. Received two items and have now added the shop app which shows ONE item is out for delivery since May 4th. However the ONE of TWO items I am still waiting on says they dont have an address to deliver to. The other item I am still waiting on has no information for me to see what is happening with the outfit. My address is saved to my Mia Belle account so not sure why they have not been able to deliver, or why I have not been contacted by anyone to confirm the address. I sent an email yesterday and another this evening which have yet to be answered, I have sent a facebook message which has also gone unanswered an instant message telling me to send an email.The outfits on this site are adorable, yes pricey, when I recieved the two of four my daughter and I were so pleased with what we received.I am soooo disappointed with the customer service and the fact that I will likely never receive the other two items, and have likely lost the money spent on the other two outfits as well.I have tried to contact USPS since they are the delivery service but since I dont have a ZIP code I cant get through. I live in Canada we use postal code.Update...I filed a complaint with BBB. The response I received was that Mia Belle baby is unreachable due to it not being a company in business.

Told “Feel free to reach out if it has been more than 30 days and you still have not received your order in full.” I requested the order be cancelled, to which they stated “Im afraid we can no longer cancel an order placed over 24 hours. Sorry about that.”I then explained the advertising was misleading and I wouldn’t have ordered, and would instead request assistance through my credit card, to which they responded,” We understand and respect your decision. ” Yet, I still was not provided shipping information. Ended up having to dispute with my credit card.

Never again! Ordered girl/doll outfit almost 6 weeks ago and still no shipping email. Have contacted company several times & only response is “it will ship soon”. It’s a Halloween outfit for our daughter, who’s birthday is on Halloween, and she asks every day if it will arrive on time. And every day I have to tell her I have no idea if it will or not. Terrible experience & will definitely not shop with them again - PLENTY of other options available for just as cute, high-quality clothing, with much better customer service & faster shipping.

DO NOT order anything from this company! I ordered a $50 pair of boots for my granddaughter and they took five weeks to arrive. I ordered a size 8 and was sent a size 23 which converts to size 6.5 U.S. When I contacted them they said that a size 23 is equal to size 8 and I was sent what I ordered. I sent them a screenshot of a conversion chart that clearly stated size 23 is US size 6.5. After many attempts I was finally able to speak with a live person and was told they use their own size conversion charts that don’t match what is universally used. They wouldn’t refund my money and only offered me a store credit or size exchange. I honestly wouldn’t have a clue what size they would send or when I would receive. I checked them on the BBB site after the fact and they are horrible to do business with. Steer clear of these people!

Ordered a costume online and it said it would be here before Halloween. Weeks and weeks later... No costume. They wouldn’t let me cancel the order so we will see what time it comes tomorrow. Doesn’t look like she’s going to have a costume for tonight or school tomorrow. I won’t shop with this company again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else.
