My MacBook Air fell and the screen broke yesterday. It was while I was doing an assignment for work and I was so worried about all my files and if I could get the computer fixed in a short turnaround. I first went to the Apple store and they told me they could take me without an appointment😭. I called this establishment and they told me they had availability to see me and that they had the screen for my computer available! I dropped it off yesterday and was able to fix my fixed computer today! Amazing service. Fast turnaround for the issue I had. And very professional in communication what was happening! Highly recommend.

Took my MacBook for repair, as it would turn off once disconnected from charger. Not only did they repair it in a timely fashion, they also throughly cleaned out the inside of my machine and gave me an idea of what the issue was…..not just “battery problem”. Would definitely go again and recommend for others to do same!!

Please read this before going here!I came here to fix my broken MacBook Pro screen...4 times.I have received a damaged computer back not once but three times.The first time I came here, my screen was replaced with some cheap knockoff screen that had plastic for the basal. I could lightly press on the basal, and it would push back. It wasnt installed correctly and had a screw breakthrough the basal after a day of having my laptop back.I returned and had a (now former allegedly-Ill get into why I dont know if this is true or not) employee who had no problem taking the computer back to fix their mistake. Their excuse was that a rookie installed the screen.I get my computer back the second time, and all is well until a few hours later, the lower half of my screen starts glitching. I was confused as Ive never had this issue with my computer before. So, I took it back to the shop...again. The employees replaced my screen, no problem.I get it back once again; everything looked great in the store. I was happy never to come back there again. Surprise, surprise, I get another damaged screen. With the backlight showing through the seems (which I overlooked till I got home), and guess what, the lower half of my screen was glitching again. At this point, I was frustrated as I had remote work and couldnt afford to keep going back and forth. I also had to leave for University out of state, which also ended up being online. So you can only understand how vital a PROPERLY functioning computer is. I went back and was told no screens were in stock, and I would have to wait a few days. I wouldnt have minded the wait. However, since I had to leave out of state, I could not leave my computer with them. So an employee and the manager agreed to extend my warranty until I returned to Florida (aka, till December). They wrote it on the back of a receipt and told me that they would also note it in their system.This is where it gets ridiculous. If you want to get disrespected and lied to straight to your face, this is the establishment.I am back in Florida, ready to fix my computer and have it running with no annoying screen glitches. I go into the store, and I didnt recognize the employee, so I explained my situation, and all I get is dead silence, excellent service right off the bat... I explained that the receipt couldve been misplaced or lost; I could not find it. Isnt that what the note in their system is for. The employee says there is no such note in the system, and that damage is pretty much my fault? I ask to speak to the manager. I am the manager, no... no, youre not. What social media fantasy are you trying to play out? I was receiving a nasty attitude, so I gave it back. After minutes of going back and forth and pleading to speak to the actual manager or owner of this place, I kept getting the same response that he is running this place. Dude, no person who wants to keep their business with repeating customers would ever treat a customer with a nasty attitude and non-blinking eye contact, scary. Another employee steps in and clarifies that he is just a tech, lol. They told me the management switched and the old employees were let go that know my situation, who knows if thats true.They then start looking for issues of how this screen situation could be my fault. To avoid fixing my laptop. I still never got directed to a manager nor the owner.Ive never felt so disrespected, upset, and scammed leaving a business.They said they shipped my original screen off, so I couldnt get a refund and refuse to fix the damaged screen that I received.Maybe Ill finally be able to get into contact with the owner on here.I wish I had an image of the first incident, but I didnt think this would be a repeated issue.Save your money and go elsewhere.I’m not sure why it says this business is women-led when the owner is a man and so are all the employees.

The front staff has friendly customer service, the techs were quick and knowledgeable, and they only charge for work done on the device or any exploratory labor when a problem is found. Would absolutely recommend as someone with thorough tech/repair experience. Also, while searching for my specific issue, they were able to clean up normal dust buildup on my machine.

I had a 15 Mid-2015 Macbook Pro that had a swollen battery. They were able to quickly replace the battery (in about 24 hours) and the machine is working perfectly. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and informative, and the price was very reasonable, as the repair is a pain to do.

I inexplicably bent my iPhone 7 Plus (without cracking the glass!) and was concerned it would eventually stop working. I found Fix Apple Now by the great reviews and popped in to see what they could do. They let me know all my options, and the pros and cons of each. I smashed my IPhone screen when I was on vacation in Hallandale, called the I Phone Apple Repair Shop at 6:10 and was told they closed at 6:30. I was nearby and decided to come over. Wow! These guys are not only super polite and sweet, but they also know what they’re doing !!They even gave me a discount because I brought in multiple devices. They repaired everything, changed screens on iPhones and MacBooks and were a lot less expensive than Apple store which wouldn’t even give appointments anyway. So yes you may not have an Apple warranty but I’ll take their 4 months one any day over having to beg Apple to give appointments or get lied to on the condition of the devices by Best Buy. And the diagnosis was only $25! Everywhere else it’s at least $50-75!Go there. Don’t think twice about it !!

I came in because I had spilled water on my laptop, and Brian worked super fast in cleaning and drying my laptop off. He was realistic on what may happen, and recommended I back up my computer just in case, but did a really great job and tried out all the buttons and different settings to make sure my computer was working perfectly. So far so good, would recommend 100%

Quick, efficient and friendly service! My sons iPad wouldn’t charge so I brought it there to be diagnosed and repaired. They handled the iPad with care and let me know of all the outcomes that could be expected. They were able to diagnose that the charging port was damaged. I got back the repaired iPad the next day.

U guys used a 3rd party screen for replacement w/o telling me for my iPhone X screen replacement and now that I’m having glitches - I couldn’t get it repaired at my service provider repair center due to this... also I do not have the receipt any longer.. this is the shop next to Moises Bakery correct?

Quick, professional and reliable. Brian was able to fix my laptop after I spilled a cup of hot tea filled with honey all over it. Apple told me over the phone that there was no fix since most likely the internals were fried, but Brian managed to return my laptop in pristine condition less than 24 hours after I had spilled the tea on it. Highly recommended!

By far the worst. Dropped off an iPad 6 model for a glass replacement. Upon checking it in my button worked perfectly fine. Later that day I received a phone call stating the button was damaged due to “glass clipping it” then I was told that the touch print login would not work.Then also told I would have to pay for a button. I brought the device in fully working just cracked screen. It’s not my responsibility to pay for a button that came in working. Ask the technician what they did because I am pretty sure it was broken and not by glass pieces. Furthermore it’s not my responsibility to pay as it was working upon check in. Definitely Apple Crooks Now.

Completely honest business. I requested a quote for recovering data from my broken hard drive via yelp. The owner responded very fast with a quote of $250 if they CAN recover the data, and $25 if they CAN’T. The hard drive is a Seagate internal 3.5in 1TB.They called me a few days later, that unfortunately they were not able to recover the data, as it required a more sophisticated lab.They gave me a recommendation on a lab that they think can do it. I came to pick up the hard drive and they were very nice to waive the $25 fee.Although we weren’t able to do business at the end, I am very impressed with their honesty. Because of that honesty, I will not hesitate to use them again for my next tech failure.

These guys are the best!I came in with my mid 2014 Macbook Pro with some weird trackpad issues thinking the part needed replacing. They were quickly able to identify the actual problem (battery was swollen and needed replacing) and find a solution that would fit my time constraints.All the while, they were helpful and honest with everything that might happen depending on the type of fix I chose to go with, since their preferred fix (getting an original part) couldnt be done in time before I left Miami.And they had my laptop up and running in an hour!I cannot recommend them enough.
