Horrible customer service rude they wanted me to spend a minimal on my card with no sign posted then she (women with glasses) ordering me (LMOA) to go next-door and said don’t come back. Due to the fact of them not being educated.I will never come back never recommend and you will lose business because the employees are very RUDE to their customer not acceptable I will go somewhere else and have better service

Anna is extremely rude and impatient. I got charged 75$ for the hem in a dress and I was kicked out because she was busy (I am a customer too). My dress was wrinkled and folded, when i asked if they could steam it she said they don’t do that there and again she gave me attitude.Will not come back.

She is great everything I took that needed alterations she makes it look no work was done to it. I moved from this area but I dont care I will travel just for her.

Terrible place to fix your clothes.
