We love our new kitchen! Our sales person/designer Rich Kuntz was excellent! He was so patient with us and helped in making our dream kitchen become a reality!! Great quality, and excellent customer service too!

I was very excited to go to Cabinets to Go to choose the design of my new kitchen.As we were going through the process And talking to Tomya, we saw and were offer an amazing deal and plan for our kitchen. At the moment we made it clear to Tomya about 5-6 times that I have a really small kitchen and didn’t want to lose any space. She agreed that no space would be lost and that we would love our kitchen. One week after we talked and payed every cabinet, we started having problems. The cabinets arrived a week late! After when the installer came he put all the cabinets and realized that the cabinet that goes in the corner was too big!!! (We gave Tomya the measurements exactly how the Kitchen is . Length and width). We called Tomya and told her the problem and also emphasized that we were losing a lot of space in the kitchen. She was very rude and treated us as we could not afford anything and she was doing her best to give us something. Then, tell me how I will get 11,000 dollars?...Since we were the one that took the measurement “wrong,” we had to go back to the Cabinets to go location to pay MORE for the cabinet she got wrong. We were suppose to take the cabinet back and she didn’t even want to speak or see us, and asked the installer to take it to her. In fact , when we started noticing that we were losing space in our entire kitchen, she said nothing could be done. We measure and saw that we could fit a 12 inches cabinet of spices in a space we’re are losing. She didn’t include a spices cabinet because it “wouldn’t” fit, but yet we have space in the corner and the middle ( when you put it together it’s 12in, we are losing) to fit one and are also losing a complete corner (24 in x 24 in)and leaving empty since to her knowledge we don’t need the space. Not only that, we have a cabinet in the floor that doesn’t even have a door to cover it, as Tomya said it’s not needed because when the Rock (Quartz), goes on top everything will be cover and nobody could see it. But hmm, tell me how am I suppose to prevent from thing not going into that empty space? Or in whose mind is that correct?. My husband and I expected so much more from this company, but yet you try to speak with a supervisor, manager “ they don’t have one.” So who it’s going to solve my problem? Nobody I just lost a lot of money for a kitchen that it’s not right and had to experience Tomya a disrespectful women who thinks her clients are always wrong, and even said we were un knowledge and stupid next to her.P.s. Tomya also made a mistake with the cabinets that are next to our stove. The drawer that pulls out hits my brand new stove and doesn’t even open half way. The door on the bottom opens the wrong way and hits the oven window.We started this tragic experience 7/31/2020 to 8/24/2020 and are still waiting for the frame that they are going to replace ( waiting 10 more days). After, wait for the guys to come measure for the Rock(Quartz) which means 15 days more to install it. First time going there. They were very pleasant and helpful. I like when professionals get what your quirky words mean. Rick was great. If youre looking for cabinets, that are quality with a lower cost. Youve found your place.

Horrible customer service at the Hallandale Beach store. When I chose the cabinets styles and color which I liked, and asked for for an estimate the sales lady reminded me they close at 6:00 and it would take at least an hour to get this done. Told me to come back another day. I don’t think so! I’ll find another place. Specially after reading the reviews. Grant it that it was 5:15, but I was there standing waiting on her after she answered a call and was on there about 10 minutes. I guess staying 15-20 minutes after 6:00 would be a problem.

I am very happy with the cabinets that were purchased from Cabinets to Go/Hollywood location. The quality of the cabinets is very good, and the cabinets themselves are beautiful. We purchased the Malibu White Shaker Cabinet. We received excellent customer service from Debra, Brian, and even the guys that delivered the cabinets to my home. The install people were excellent as well, they went above and beyond their call of duty. The head installer Mario is great. Mario and is assistant Shawny paid attention to details. They made sure that the cabinets were properly installed and every details was met. These guys did what they had to do to make my install the best. My kitchen layout was not an easy layout, and these guys worked late on Saturday night until 10:00 pm to make it happen. Excellent job. Would recommend Cabinets to Go Hollywood Florida to anyone that will ask. Thank you.

We met Cabinets to Go through HGTV. When we decided to remodel our kitchen, we visited its facilities at Hallandale, Florida where we were taken care of in an efficient, friendly, and truthful way by Mrs. Oniria Diaz, sales and designer executive. She was so patient with us and helped in making our new kitchen become a reality, The materials for installing the new cabinets in our kitchen were transported to by Mr. Khambreal Cumberbatch and the facility was run by Mr. Rainel Quevedo and Mr. Daniel Zayas. Oniria, Khambreal, Rainel and Daniel are very professional people, they performed their work very efficiently and cordially. The products we purchased from Cabinets to Go have a particularly good quality. We highly recommend these people and these products. Pablo and Graciela

ONLY ORDER IF YOU HAVE 5 MONTHS TO COMPLETE.The sales person was really good, very patient, but they should tell you that is at least 4 months, not 3-4 weeks. Installers did a good job.Here are the negatives: Order was placed in December, some parts were damage in delivery, so everything was not installed, been waiting for over 2 months for a damage part, talked to customer service several times and their response was: it will ship when it ships, is on a priority list (because they sent the wrong part already).They have too many orders to pull.Cabinets are not bad, but their customer service is not so good.

Absolutely lousy customer experience and incompetent associates. My wife and I went there 4 weeks ago and were saddled with a newly hired (and completely untrained) associate named Pamela.We brought all measurements and images of our existing kitchen, including detailed measurements on the desired cabinetry for the remodel but poor Pamela was just so overwhelmed with incompetence that she wanted to meet again the following Saturday. We went ahead and set the time and I even called her on the Thursday prior to confirmed but when we arrived there on Saturday morning she fumbled around her computer for 10 minutes only to finally admit that SHE HAD DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for our design and yet had us drive 30 minutes to the store. She naturally blamed management, no overtime, underpaid, blah blah blah before promising to make things right and prioritize our design.Fast forward two more weeks and we still haven’t heard squat from Pamela. How utterly unprofessional. I’ll gladly take my large project elsewhere and would NEVER recommend these clowns to anyone!

The absolute worst experience EVER! I will never shop there again nor will I recommend them! Everyone from the store, up to the corporate office is incompetent. DO NOT use this company to remodel your home! I began this remodel over 3 months ago and we are STILL NOT FINISHED! There is no follow up with claims nor shipments of claims. I have been waiting almost 2 months for 1 piece to finalize this project! The entire situation has been an absolute nightmare! I honestly want to cry!

Very tight space for delivery

We walked in, signed our name on the sign in sheet and waited to be tended to . Others came in after us signed in and were tended to before us. Were African American, the others werent. You draw your own conclusion

TRUCK DRIVER REVIEW::::Just a few suggestions. #1 slide your tandems all the way to the rear. You will need to pivot into this dock. #2 if you do not drop your trailer you will be blocking the street and IT IS A STREET. Get your trailer to the dock, drop it and pick it up in a jackknife position. Easy peasy! Signs say no overnight parking I did and was not bothered. Helped to avoid the morning crazyness but keep in mind the piano store has parking here also. Also the staff were really nice.

Manager Bryan at the Miami store simply did not return any phone calls and failed to schedule delivery of the cabinets. In the meantime we postponed travel waiting for the cabinets. No excuse for the poor customer service.

The Absolute worst customer service from the sales team to the general manager. The manager was condescending and dismissive towards my valid concerns about the original design concept, order status and installation. The sales associate Fernando was completely unavailable once the order was made. My calls went unanswered for months. The installation was a disaster with the cabinets literally falling off the hinges once they left. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this company with a clear conscience. You’ll have better luck at IKEA.

The cabinets are terrible quality. The customer service is sub-par at best and they never tell you about the return policy. We received the cabinets which are extremely light as if its not even wood. When we decided the quality was way lower than we were told we attempted to return them and they want a 25% restocking fee. It’s all chinese garbage STAY AWAY.

Wife hated our old cabinets and wanted new ones fast, so we called Cabinets To Go, whose friendly and knowledgeable staff helped us pick us cabinets we love. They were installed within the week, are high quality, and look great. Would definitely recommend to someone in the market for cabinets!

Mediocre customer service but their cabinet prices are ok as long as you get their financing offer of zero interest for several years . Their prices for countertops and everything else are too high.They use outside contractors for installation whose prices are inflated and you must pay $100 and one of them will come to your house to do measurements and they to convince you to use them I strongly recommend you have your own contractor and have then make the exact measurements and layout.

Poor customer service. No respect no one came out to help we waited for 30mins for help until other people came in hector the manger helped them so fast. Until we made a stink thats when we still did not get a sorry or anything. We said we were going to report him he smiled in our face and gave us his business card and said go ahead.

We’re 100% satisfied and very happy with the quality and appearance of our cabinets, countertops and flooring from Cabinets To Go. Our very personable and knowledgeable designer/sales representative, Rich Kuntz, put together a kitchen plan that is not only extremely functional, and a pleasure for more than one person to work in at a time, but also a beautiful kitchen which is the very first impression upon entering our condo.The cabinets are well made, with flawless finishes, drawers and doors close quietly on durable hardware, and the pulls and knobs are like jewelry to the room. The Cascata sink and faucet are elegant and almost sculptural in appearance. And the quartz countertops, backsplash and window sill have a look that reminds one of sliced oyster shell in grays and whites.We never expected to find the perfect flooring materials for our entire residence there, but we did. When we began our search for flooring, we visited many stores and websites, saw only a picture of a product that we both fell in love with on Pinterest, and searched for it but couldn’t locate it. While sitting with Rich in the design phase, we were excited to find the product right there in the Cabinets To Go showroom! This vinyl tile looks like travertine, is easily maintained like terrazzo, won’t show wear in traffic areas like carpet, has a lifetime that will far outlast us, and looks beautiful. Our entire renovation crew commented on how nice it looks, and how easy it is to clean up. (Paint spills or splatters clean right up with no lingering evidence.) Having lived with terrazzo and tile floors for so many years, we immediately noticed how much softer and quieter this product is with its noise diminishing underlayment, which means it’s easier on feet and knees. It’s the perfect flooring for a Florida beach home.All in all, we are 100% satisfied with the guidance, design, professionalism, friendliness, availability of representatives for contact and follow up, products, measurement and installation process, appearance and yes, even the cost of the entire Cabinets To Go journey. We highly recommend them, and would gladly work with them again! And especially our outstanding designer, Rich Kuntz! Thank you again!

Bad experience, I went there and Sales person (Paris) told us something just to sell and after all the cabinets has arrived the story completely change . I have called in to complain about it and they said they could not do anything then just return the cabinets, after I have waited for almost a month to arrive all the cabinets is just easy to say return. I REALLY DO NOT RECCOMEND !

I started a kitchen in October 2015 with the Victoria Ivory cabinets from Cabinets to Go (CTB). From the onset, there was an issue beginning with the installation of the first anchor cabinet, which was damaged. This delayed my install more than 2 weeks. I am waiting on I think the 6th set of replacement doors (so many Im losing count) and it is now October 2016. The last order for doors was made in June 2016 & I did not get them until Sept. Of the 24+ doors I still need, more than 1/2 were damaged, which was witnessed by the store manager who even said the doors were unacceptable. I would caution anyone about buying these cabinets or any similar made like them. There is a production issue with the seams on the doors. The joints separate in the 4 corners where they are assembled. Furthermore, many of the doors had cracked, chipped paint, were dented and simply damaged. The only thing CTG has done to this point is to keep shipping doors. When I picked up the 3rd set of doors at the warehouse near my home, the person there unwrapped each one before handing to it to me. Of the 23-24 sent, less than half were acceptable and even he said no before even handing them to me as he was inspecting them. At one point, I had returned damaged doors to the warehouse & the order of replacement doors included the same doors I returned with more damage. (I marked the doors & had photos, which is how I knew CTG gave me back the same exact damaged doors.) I am very disappointed. This company promotes itself as a quality product for less, & while the cabinets are easy to assemble, unfortunately they are not what I based my purchasing decision on on.These issues were NOT evident in the showroom cabinets. If you buy cabinets from CTG, CHECK THEM OVER CAREFULLY. Be prepared to spend a lot of your own time rectifying the problem. For example, before the last order of doors, I was asked to send pictures of all the damage. This took several hours of my time as I had to take more than 200 photos of the damages. Ive also had to document and video every order received. The one saving grace thus far is that the customer service person I have been dealing with is very nice and patient. Still waiting for CTB to do the right thing. Simply continuing to ship doors is not acceptable, especially when they are still damaged.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The lifetime warrantee is only if they continue to carry the cabinets. If they discontinue them 2 years after you bought them youre screwed. Thats what happened to me.

Rich Kuntz was very helpful from start to finish. 2 years ago he drew up plans that today Im still enjoying. The flooring and cabinets look great. Reading some of these negative reviews perhaps you just didnt get ahold of the right consultant. My experience was great.
