I dont always write reviews, however, the service here was very professional and timely. I did is threw Allstate and worked with Julian. He was extremely professional and diligent. I would 100% come back here, however, lets hope I dont get into any more accidents and have to come back!

This place is Horrible! I go in for auto body work on my BMW. They say everything you want to hear. “Well have it done in 2 weeks”. 2 weeks turn into a month! Guess what after that month. I get my car back and the next day, there’s electrical issues. How tf, is my check engine light on. My key fob wouldn’t work. Even better it stops starting all together. Take it back they tried to blame us for the mishaps. So after a month and 2 weeks. I can honestly say, Please stick to the Kias and the chevys your used to! If you have a luxury car there’s no rental in the world, that’ll make up for the month and a Half!!!! I lost with her. Y’all suck. I would absolutely say it to your faces but you’ll never see me again ;)

Amazing experience! Dropping off my car was hassle free! They said that it would take 3 days to repair but it only took 2! The repair was top notch and my car looks exactly how it did before the crash. They even cleaned my car completely!

Seamless, timely experience from start to finish. I didn’t spend more than 30 minutes either dropping off or picking up my car. Enterprise had my rental waiting before I arrived. Make sure NOT TO SIGN anything before you test drive your just fixed car.I was in a rush to pick up my son from kindergarten so I just signed and left. Then next few days nothing but problems with the vehicle. It would shut of on its own when at traffic light or stop sign. It would constantly drop RPM to the point when car is starting to shake and about to shut off.Then the RPM would spike up, so if you have a car in front of you, had to keep the brake pedal pressed firm. Now the windshield liquid has finished and the sensor didnt trigger to let me know.....AnywayAuto body repair, thats all they do. Fix bodies.If during the accident your vehicles internal parts were damaged, then...you know..... you get the idea...And then they had the decency to mention that I might had those issues before the accident. They need to take it to a dealer to confirm that the issue is indeed due to an accident.....Nice...

Very courteous service from the time of first contact. The gentleman stayed back past his office hours on a Saturday as I was kind of lost (am new to the area) and then stayed on the phone with me to help me get to the shop. I was kept informed about the job being done that turned out to be fabulous btw!Richard (my service advisor - different person than check in) was very nice and easy to deal with. He went way beyond his call of duty and made it convenient for me to get the car back and ended up delivering the car to me early morning! Richard was diligent with all my needs throughout the whole process. He kept me informed of the progress and minor changes that took place. There were some short comings of minor details but those were addressed immediately. I have nothing but praise for how Richard took care of me.As for the office staff, they were also great. Everyone that walked into the waiting area greeted me and asked if I was helped. Some even asked if I needed a refreshment.

I had to go and get the left side of my car fixed including the driver door replaced I receive a call that my car is ready and I get there and the bottom panel of car is not align with the car and a they had to keep the car for another 5 days after having if for 7 days. Then I receive a call that my car is ready now total 12 days and I get my car I love it it looks great I get in the car and everything’s fine. Not even 24hrs later I try to get into the car the door is not opening and then I look into the cup holder and they left the numbers that suppose to be replaced on my car is in there. I strongly believe that they are not taking there time to fix cars and the price to fix my car was about $4000 so it should of been fixed properly. It’s so crazy that this is suppose to be a trusted place to go to from Geico and they would have all these issues. It’s very inconvenient to come back and forth to a car shop when your car is suppose to be fixed and you already paid.

I was updated any time there was new information, the repairs were done early, the car was detailed when I picked it up, and I was even able to leave my rental car at the body shop and they closed out the rental for me. I am very impressed with the service, professionalism and efficiency at Carolina Auto Body Shop. The repair process was well explained and there was a seamless flow with the car rental service handled by Enterprise.

Although they do offer a “lifetime” warranty, they clearly use aftermarket parts to fix vehicles, and left my car’s suspension untouched after it was “fixed.” This meant horrible shaking while driving on the highway, and the “new” tire also had two large bumps on it. When we went to inquire, they told us they’d just get a new one “from the shop across the street.” Something was left loose inside the door, which makes an odd sound when closing it. They threw away the screw cap for the left side door..Seriously? They charged $3100 for the repair and this is how many issues were present??????? With less than $2000 I could have had it fixed completely and the whole car painted, which they didn’t even bother to paint the door handles of the damaged side.Absolutely horrible quality of repair, without ANY attention to detail. After this experience, we’ll never come back here, no matter how many positive reviews they may have.
