Hello everyone!Please, stay away from this company. I had the worst experience in my life so far. First of all, it seems like they dont know even basic information about real state! Secondly , realtors are not doing their job properly. I had a chance to work with a lady whose name is Stella.At the end I just lost 1300$ and she made me guilty. Theyre sneaky they put a clause in their lease hold agreement that allowed them to take my $950 deposit. I didnt take the apartment because it smelled badly of mold and mildew upon inspection and Im allergic. Im very upset as now I dont have enough money to move into a descent apartment. They where very nice in the beginning now they are very mean and dont return phone calls and messages...stay away!!@

This place is horrible would not recommend to not even my worst nightmare , I came to this location a month ago I was told you credit does not matter as long as you have no eviction or felony so i said okay so I found a apartment with my realtor and everything sound perfect she told me no worries all I have to do is drop a application fee 12301 NE 6th Ave North Miami which was a inconvenience for me so I go there a week later meanwhile the realtor has 1 month of rent for a deposit to make sure I have the apartment so I go to the address above and the young lady name Ashley said I was denied in my head Im like I dont understand I have no eviction or felony I was was so upset till this day the realtor has my deposit and scared to give her anything else because they are going to steal all my money , Very upset.I have no apartment and they have my money in their bank for free.

This agency is a complete scam. I regret the very second I decided to trust them to help me with my home purchase, which is stressful enough on its own. First of all, the agents don’t know what they are doing. The agent I dealt with, Jenice Sanchez, knew from the beginning I only had 10% down payment and she failed to tell me, because “she didn’t know”- which is actually worse if it’s true- that for condominium buyers that have less than 25% down, ALL lenders require that the condominium has at least 10% of their yearly revenues, budgeted towards their reserve funds. That is standard requirement from any bank, literally all realtors and bankers I contacted after knew about it. Unaware of that, I entered into a contract that was deemed to fail because the condo didn’t qualify for financing, so I lost my appraisal and inspection fees (over $600 they didn’t refund). Additionally, when they refunded my escrow deposit, the check was RETURNED because it was COUNTERFEIT. Allegedly their account had been recently hacked and the account was frozen, which they FORGOT when wrote my check. They didn’t even take care of my bank’s $12 returned item fee. When I contacted them for some resolution, one of the managers, Branny BenYair was extremely rude and uncompassionate. She kept reiterating that she would only refund me the escrow deposit (not any fees or expenses incurred due to their recklessness and incompetency) if I went pick it up again. If you don’t want to have a nightmare of an experience, please find someone who actually cares to fulfill their fiduciary duty, stay away from this firm.

I was looking for a place on Craigslist and found this office. The first person to help me was Jenice Sanchez. She was very friendly on the phone and when she asked me to stop by the office, she was able to attend to my every need to find an apartment. Lets face it, miami-dades prices are going up, but she knows how to talk to landlords and other realtors to try their best at renting at a reasonable price. When I am ready to buy a home, i will definitely be contacting Mrs. Sanchez for help.

My agent was CarmenShe was great at first but then was super un-helpfulAfter finding us a place, the water pipe burst and forced us to find another location. We went back to the office and thats when our nightmare really began.After telling Carmen we would see her that day in her office, we get to her office and they inform us that Carmen wasnt in that day and had called out sick (after she confirmed with us that we would be okay to meet with her that very same day). The Brooker ended up calling her into the office and it wasnt until 45 minutes later that we were finally able to meet with her. We saw a total of one place that day and mutually decided that tomorrows another day and that we would continue apartment hunting the following day. Here I am, an ENTIRE week later, with no phone call or updates from Carmen, despite my multiple efforts in reaching her. I ended up going to another agency where a real professional realtor was able to get us moved in very quickly.After a final attempt to reach out to Carmen, in hopes that she could at least tell me my definite credit score, she rejected my calls and refused to answer. We invested $150 towards this agency and gave Carmen a commission of $375. Worst experience of my entire life. Perhaps the other realtors in this agency are adequate enough to actually hold a real estate license, however I cannot say the same for Carmen.Save yourself the nightmare and the money and go somewhere where they actually care about you and your housing needs. My only mistake was not checking the reviews for this place before going; no wonder why they only have 3 stars.

Shity. Never do business with them. They dont get you result and they still charge you for their services. Robbed me $100 and still didnt get a place. It took me a few days to get a place on my own.

BEWARE!!! If you end up finding a place by another orher means after starting paperwork with them they will retain a $300 fee for your services even though they claim they are a no fee service. In addition, EACH place you apply for has an application fee so if you dont get approved for the first place you have to keep paying until you do get approved. None of this was said at the beginning of working with theme and they play off the $300 like you only get charged if you back out of an already started application but its BS. I did all the work for the lady, ending up finding a place on my own because of my diligence and I was out $500 when I spent a total of 30 minutes in theit office. RIPOFF. Dont give any money until you get approved or they keep it for thwmselves!

My experience was really bad. My realtor Janice Sanchez made me apply for an appt where didnt accept dogs (when i wrote on the app i had a small pet) and the price was over than i was looking for. The agent told me that they had the right to change everything. But they still charge me for nothing. Then the agent complained about the gas she had to spent in showing me the app. She only showed me ONE. Very unprofessional.

Affordable Sales and Rentals Realty helped me to buy my first property. Before I met Stella and Ray from Afordanle Sales Ive had a bad experience with other realtors. Ive had people delayed to respond and postponed to see the properties. Some realtors would show you the apartment only in there time frame 10 to 5.....And what if you have the same schedule and you are available to see listed properties only in the weekend or after 5 ? ...well some realtors will say No.....but not in Affordable Sales and Rentals Realty, they are always there for you! Stella has shown her professionalism and led me through the whole process of purchasing the apartment. They were very helpful and Im very glad meeting them. Hoping to deal with them in the future!

I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Not only are they incompetent, they are not equipped, experienced, or poised enough to handle even the easiest of real estate transactions. They led us on a one month goose chase, underdelivering with the least amount of energy I have ever seen in this profession. We came to them fully exposing our situation and equipping them with the knowledge needed to represent a potential buyer or renter appropriately. I worked in real estate so I was well aware of what information to divulge. We came to the table fully prepared with more than enough of a down payment and thought we were in good hands because we were working with a broker (Stella Shpolyasky). Boy were we wrong. We were given the run around and are under the firm belief that she was not even submitting our offer to alot of the properties we were interested in. She was abrasive, lacked the necessary communication skills, and did not offer any advice. I did most of HER job sifting through listings on the MLS while she arranged showings. Then she allegedly submitted our offers, which must have ultimately ended up in some sort of black hole because we never heard anything about them again or received proper updates. And to top it all off, she tried to steer us to a more ethnic area and told us we should try our luck there which is highly ILLEGAL. We are currently in the process of filing a complaint with the DPBR. Needless to say, at that point we gave her the shaft and located a more competent agent who found us a property in four days. Stay far away from this group. If the broker of this place operates in this manner, thats a strong indicator on how everyone else performs.

The women in there are aweful. They are unhelpful && have no knowledge of what they do have to for rent even when it was just posted 4hours ealier on thier website. They are rude. Everyone sitting around talking to each other instead of helping the guest waiting on someone. This place has the worse customer service && is just plain aweful.
