KE Connect is a fantastic company to work with. They have very reasonable prices compared to other charter bus companies, and on top of that, they have very nice buses. All the people that I spoke with, from Jim to Rodriguez, were very kind and very helpful. The bus that our group took to Animal Kingdom from Orlando was very good, and the bus driver was very nice, unlike many other charter bus drivers that Ive seen in the past from other companies. Unfortunately, our first buss engine started dying about a quarter way back from Orlando to Hollywood (it happens especially with these huge charter buses), and the driver did everything he could to get it working again enough to get us to the nearest service plaza where we waited not even an hour and a half before another charter bus came all the way from the KE Connect headquarters at Hallandale. Things like that happen, and this company showed how great its customer service was when it did everything it could to make our life easier when the bus started dying. I highly recommend using this bus company to anyone. They have amazing customer service, and both buses that we were in were very nice and comfortable on the inside.
