I had an error in address on 4 separate packages that I should have noticed prior to them being sent to me. The staff at HMB post office went above and beyond helping me to locate and hopefully intercept and forward to my new address. She even took down my number and said that she would personally help with this issue. THANK YOU! In the past, while living in HMB, I had mixed experiences with this post office. Todays call was very impressive. There must have been a bit of an overhaul in customer support. Again- massive thanks! ( I SO wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me!)

Horrible this post office took my letter I paid for the letter to send internationally on May 6, 2019. They said it will take 2 weeks for delivery. After 1 month either my important letter was lost or stolen. On June 7 I requested to look for my lost item and they do not and claim they can do NOTHING... The Half Moon Bay post office cannot be trusted and deserve to be out of business since they cannot deliver a letter. The contents of the letter is very important to me and the receiver... No email and no electronic delivery can replace the physical contents inside that letter. I no longer trust US Post office in Half Moon Bay.

In the 13 years my family has lived here on the coast, we have received nothing but a warm welcome and friendly service, albeit in person or on the telephone. I would like to see in stock a complete selection of Express Mail boxes. Priority Mail is usually always available in every size from small to large boxes. This is more of a personal observation than anything else. As a family, we like our USPS Half Moon Bay and thank each and every employee for their professionalism.

Get it together H M B post office.I wea today trying to find a reason why i even bother to try an get my mail whe im told by people that is where they sent it. only to be told by you people that there is know mail for me.Well post office where the hell is it. Its there look for it open your eyes please. Do your job.ive been in the service end of nibs all my life an i can tell you this as low as the pay was i still gave it 110 percent .Because thats the way it should be. you all were so damn confused today i couldnt believe my eyes.

Very distressed at safety. 2 days ago the clerk had a mask...around her neck. Today the clerk had a pile of them next to his station, but not on his face.What is it that makes these folks think wearing a mask is optional?

They refuse to leave packages that wont fit in the mailbox even when Im home they will not go to the door. When I go to pick the package up they cant find the package based on the tracking number the person behind the counter goes to the back and searches for up to 20 minutes for my package. The carrier on two occasions has failed to leave a slip about a package that was not delivered. I must assume because theyre federal employees they just dont care. Its hard to imagine any other explanation for such a level of incompetence.

Very unhelpful employees.
