Simply put, with the massive amounts of staff overturn, and park manager changes. This place has gone downhill fast. Even as a current resident. Id suggest those who are curious to look elsewhere.You will be written up for throwing your garbage away, you will be written up for power washing your house, your garden will be ripped up under the pretext of them being weeds. You cant have anything outside of your house (Unless the park likes you, this park plays HUGE favorites and its not even funny.) The new owner has NO IDEA what he is doing. The park even breaks into former residents house, they are actively looking to evict prime real estate within the park.Do not choose this park. The price may be decent. But do not settle for central park until they finally find a proper management

I would like to say a big Thank You to Randi and Vicky for working so hard and keeping this property so clean. We booked a vacation rental for 8 weeks at the park to finish out the summer. When we arrived, our vacation rental was spotless and felt brand new!The crew here at Central Park is very kind, friendly, and top-notch!

Been living here for about two years now and I really like the place and the people! I just wanted to say, for someone who washes clothes every other day literally lol, the laundry room is always kept immaculate! I just want to say thank you to Randi and Vicky who keep the amenities in the park clean and tidy!

We just checked in on Saturday. Sarah at the office was very helpful on finding the right lot for us. Also had a problem with the circuit breaker not being enough amps for my RV and they changed it out immediately. We dont close on the sale of our house for another week but we are really looking forward to our stay.

Ive been renting a spot here for the last few months. And I really like it, there are multiple lots for any size RV/Tralier. They have a pool (never use it) a laundry room (never use it) also other things like tennis court and other games. Is aways quite or has been since Ive been here. The garbage is curveside picked up 2 times a week. They keep all the areas clean. The ladies in the from office are nice as well, the rest of the crew are also polite. And the price is very reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Best RV park in Haines City! Super friendly and helpful staff, plenty of cool amenities, a lake to fish, convenient to everything you need, reasonable rates, I could keep going. One of the best RV parks Ive ever stayed at! I hate I had to leave!

I am a resident of sun communities in Haines City and have been for 3 years after acquiring the trailer from a family member who had lived here for some duration longer than I. I have seen this park go through two separate managers who by based on what I’ve seen have pulled the covers over corporate’s eyes for quite some time.This park is nothing like the other Sun Communities parks I’ve seen advertised. Based off appearance of the park and their run down facilities you would guess that the yearly budget is just being put into someones pocket instead of improving the quality of life.Lot rent is increased like clock work every single year with little to no visible reason (I.e. providing employees with ample tools to adequately do their jobs, or replacing the decades old ground and power lines for the units which constantly go out in various spots throughout the park). Management staff has been rude, evasive, condescending, and nonchalant about nearly every issue I have brought to their attention as it pertains to my unit in specific as well as issues that have arose throughout the park.Police presence is nearly a daily thing in the park and over the past two years it’s become nearly impossible to feel comfortable letting my children play throughout the park. Very disappointed in the overall health of my community and honestly not sure I’ll be here much longer.Would not recommend to anyone other than a single male just looking for a place to lay their head at night.

Awesome quiet place to live

Very Clean and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

We have lived here for a good while. Honestly, unless you dont mind being heavily overcharged for electric and dealing with the office staff not doing anything to fix it, its great. They refuse to move us lots all because they dont want to redo paperwork. Literally have tried to ask them 4 or 5 times now. Always no. If my RV were to catch fire due to electrical problems, no doubt then they would switch us lots. By that time, Id be suing them for property damage due to their electric line malfunctioning.

I live there. Very nice park. Very clean. People are real nice. They keep you busy for your own health. Plenty of activities. I will give this park 4 and a half stars. Only because everyone knows that no one is perfect. I highly recommend this park to anyone.

The guy who lives here ripped mr off after I trucked his RV all the way down there from NC.

We stayed for 1 night and was very dissatisfied with the park. We arrived at 6pm and our reservation packet was not set out for us. Thankfully, the Sun resort represented gave us the site number. We were not able to use the washrooms because we didnt know our access code due to no information.We were not able to hook up to hydro because there was only 50 amp available. Most parks offer both 30 and 50. The park is extremely congested. We paid for full hookup and had no hydro. To top things off, while we were trying to park, a person tried to squeeze by us and side swiped our trailer.

Great find we are enjoying our stay and intend on being here for Christmas this place is so inviting the people are very nice Yvonne in the office puts the icing on everything she makes you right at home they keep everything so neat and clean we cant find anything negative.

Clean quiet and friendly.

At first we were a little skeptical of what we were getting into but things have turned out very nicely. They messed up our reservation and had to move us to an “emergency” spot which turned out to be great. They also tried to charge us almost $300 more when we checked in but when I showed my statement showing 0 balance due, I was not charged the extra, so I was pleased. One thing I was disappointed about was trying to make reservations for next year. I was told flatly that I could not request the site we are on - no discussion, no explanation. Other than that, it has been a quiet, uneventful stay.

We were quite disappointed. Our site had a large hole (it was the location of an old stump, but it was like a bomb crater). All park traffic was routed by our site; many exceeded the posted speed limit; there was no enforcement. There were some very loud motorcycles; no enforcement. Dog owners did not clean up after their dogs; no enforcement. Dogs were tied out and left to bark; no enforcement. Phone calls about reservations were not promptly returned: One was never returned; the other was returned a day later.

This place is over priced for what you receive, i stayed in the sun park in lake land very nice place and very friendly awesome prices too, also the deputy dog who is in charge of park rules is rude, i was told by him, i dont give a dam who likes me i dont live here anyway, before i even rented a spot, very creepy place, i would stay somewhere else,

Small hard to use showers but very clean. Crowded lots. Not much to do. Not like the web site very disappointed.

This is a wonderful park with a great staff to top it off. From management to maintenance, front desk and even the guests are the friendliest bunch you could hope for.

We were in town on business and needed to stay here for several days very friendly folks but it is an old Campground with narrow access roads throughout the campground RV spaces are not on an angle they are 90° to the street making backing in with a large RV challenging if your neighbors are parked there when we got ready to leave we could not get our RV out facing the right way and had to completely Loop the campground going the wrong way on a one-way road because our neighbor went out of town for a couple days and left his vehicle parked so that we could not get out to go to the correct way the place is clean staff is friendly but it is tight for big RVs

Very nice resort. New theater and a lot of space. The resort is for all ages. Great place for family fun.

Great place love it for vacation or to live its awesome they have it all pool clubhouse everything that you would like to do its there all in one place security its awesome too you feel safe and could sleep well knowing that your kids and family are in a secure place

I live in the 55 age park. If I want 2 go swimming why are there childen and dogs allowed in our pool.

We are looking forward to being a yearly residents.It is myluch better than theam world.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! OVER PRICED, NOT WORTH IT!! After living here for almost 2 years, thecorporation (Sun Communities) started bringing in these modular like homes, and are basically trying to get rid of us with older homes by making up reasons to evict. They have also raised my lot rent 3 times in less than 2 years. Unless you have money you dont know what to do with, I would recommend staying anywhere else. Put em out of business.
