I found this place for my pedicure and I am very happy Lisa is great and she takes her time with you and pedicure last me forever even with regular nail polish. Very clean place they make everyone wash their hands before treatment! Love it!

I went for a fill in and the guy took forever just to file off the old gel polish and I still have spots of the old polish under the new set. My nails are lumpy instead of smooth and they need another coat of color. They only look good from far away.

The environment is very comfortable coupled with a talented staff. Cindy was great and I recommend her.

Dale did a great job on my nails.

3 weeks later, no chip intact! Friendly service - got there early on a Saturday-call for an appt so you dont have to wait!

I visit here all the time but sometimes they dknt give u what u ask for. This very last time my nails only last 2 days because i noticed the lady rushed. I will return but not allow the same lady to do my nails again

This place is terrible..SUch a bad experience owner she fights with husband.not relaxing at all.And they will not tell you prices until you are at the register. Other people were complaining at the front check out.They will say prices during to covid are more!!!But the menu with prices on tables says a different price!!!!Worse experience ever.So no will never go back again. The main reason is to relax.And this is not the place!!!!!!!!!!

I was very nervous about trying a new nail place, however they work with me and we came to a very nice design and nail polish color I’m really impressed with my pedicure and impressed with the service. The person doing my full set started off rocky, but he took my concerns and it was a great set.

Love this place, would no go to anyone else, I go to Mike, just save a spot for me.😎

This is the 2nd time Ive tried to use the nail salon The first time they were rude and said they were full and not taking anymore clients that afternoon! Didnt try to rebook me for the next day or later in the week! 2nd time I was refused service Because I waz wearing a face shield and not a mask, I explain to the girl that I have allergies I cant wear a mask so I wear a face shield!! I waz denied service again!!!! I will never return! I will let my coworkers family and friends know to stay far away From this place!!! I have never been denied service for pedicure or manicure wearing a face shield at any nail salon since the whole covid happened! Took my business To the next plaza 5 minutes away where I was excepted and wearing a face shield! I think these people dont really want to work! Or they just have their little circle of clientele they only want to work with!!! Either way you people suck!!!!!

For the women below asking whoms the best, I couldn’t say I’ve tried them all to tell you but I do love Cindy. She does amazing nails. You will NOT regret going with her. She listens to what you want and duplicates. I will go with her from now on. I tried someone different and while she did do an amazing job and I am content, I still prefer Cindy. For both hands and feet.

Had an amazing experience at Rosè, they stayed open late to squeeze me and my mother in for gel and dip manicures and pedicures. First time here and most certainly won’t be the last! Best manicure we’ve ever had and Tiffany was so lovely! Thanks guys!

I come to the Haines City area for 4 months every year. This is by far the best nail salon around. They really care that you walk out with a smile and that youre happy with whatever service you had done.In this business not all nail techs are the same but it seems that everyone here knows their stuff. I have gel nails and had a fill plus a full set. I highly recommend Basic Nails! Lets rename it Fantastic Nails!

I was ok with the service today but offered a suggestion that they need to state on the brochure that if you decide to get tips that there’s an extra charge on the choice of length. I was surprised to be asked to pay an extra $5 on the tips for my 12 yr old daughter. This was the first time we were charged extra for length.

I am sad, some how this place went from awesome to bad. The costumer service went down the hills too. Last time I did my nails in gel didnt last even a week. I let them know and i was willing to pay for a new job but they refuse me at the door.🙄😢🙄

Before I start with the Negitive part of this review let me start with the positive side. I have used their service 2x. They were very nice and polite and made everyone feel comfortable. The first day to 2 days later, my nails looked good. However, the first time I went I was tired and not paying much attention to the equipment...The second time I was certain that the nail tech did not use sanitized equipment nor did she open a new package. Both times I requested gel polish in which I paid extra for...both times within a week my nails chipped severely and both times 2 of my nails broke. That should not happen EVER with gel polish. The second time I told the nail tech to please be sure to use a GOOD top coat that my nail polish should last no less than 2 weeks. Guess what? 4 days later my polish chipped horribly. Upon having my polish removed this week at another shop I had to have my acrylic overlay that Basic Nails used removed because it was severly discolored and should not be a yellowish brown after just having them done. My Guess is they use cheap acrylic and 5 and dime polish. Sorry when I spend 50.00 on my nails I expect my polish to last 2 + weeks! I also expect you to use decent acrylic and sanitary equipment!!!I will not go back again.

Went today for the first time just to paint my toe nails and Tiffany did a great job.

Just got my nails a couple days ago and Im sadly disappointed my nails looks terrible. And the speaking different language in front of the customers is annoying especially I asked you to do something.. it was located in a convenient location.

I asked Andy to do a difficult ombre look and she pulled it off Ive been coming here for quite some time and I always come in with the most difficult things and they always make it perfect my ombre nails were done by Cindy and theyre amazing

Went in today as a walk in to get a pedicure and my eyebrows done I specifically asked for Lisa to do my eyebrows when I first walked in so I get my pedicure as I usually do felt like the pedicure was very rushed and basically took nothing off my feet genuinely feel worse then what I walked in with then she takes me for the chair for my eyebrows and I thought Lisa was gonna come over and all of a sudden she starts trimming them and I said I had asked for Lisa and she continued even the receptionist was confused my eyebrows are extremely uneven and I told her to not thin them out and they are extremely thin would not recommend this place one bit I thought after 2 years they would’ve gotten better and seemed to have gotten worse 60$ down the drain for nothing

Currently typing this with one thumb since my other one is swollen. I’ve been to this salon twice but only for fill ins but this time it was a full set and I’m regretting it so much. The guy cut me so badly & now my thumb is infected and i’m in so much pain. I don’t even thing their equipment is clean. Avoid Mike, he is very careless and lazy with his work. Then I went to see what they can do & they started justifying the injury but not owning up to the bad work done. Now I have to buy medicine for it & work with a swollen thumb.

Honestly one of the worst nail salons I’ve been to in a while..to make matters worse they only have about 15 gel colors to choose from and the gel is cheap. I got my nails done and by the next day my nails were all chipping and same with my acrylic. I was charged $50 just for a refill which I thought was ridiculous since I just got a basic fill. Save your money and don’t go to this place.

Very bad experience with Phon. I badly removed my nails with a file or knife and I dont care if it hurt. I cut my nails to the point of leaving them in live flesh. And the worst all the time in your facetime tel. Nothing ethical.
