I can add pictures but the add was an HOA issue. I can add for a laugh, why not.I wanted roofing nails for my project. Why? Good thought. Roofing nails give more surface area on the wood. My fence failed mostly on when it went through it (Irma, nail reached its limit so go thew the board.). So, if a roofing nail went through it #replaceit (that’s a big whole, and probably a couple of boards.). This was Irma (Florida) how did yours do?Give me the surface area, (hammer it back in and add another for good measure.) yes a roofing nail is bigger at the head but that is the point) in Florida. The wind and surface area, if a roofing nail failed then it really tried. Nail it back in with a new one on a different spot.I told a Lowe’s employee I need something between an inch/ inch and 1/2 min. I ended up with at least 3 employees to troubleshoot my problem. I got an inch and 1/4 (the middle).No issues, I couldn’t find by myself but let’s make a group and solve it.THANk YOU,I was probably short on it by saying, ( this is it? thank you and walking away).I said it was for a trash can, so enjoy the pictures.

Out of all the lowes this one in Haines city is my favorite because of this one employee JOSE CHALAS at the Pro Services Desk! He goes above and beyond his position. He actually helps n doesnt just stand around like majority of the workers/ loaders there. Jose has super great customer service and is always welcoming to everyone who enters lowes. I always see him greeting customers and lending a hand. I appreciate Jose and his hard work alot! He makes sure you get in and out as quick as possible. I am a Regional Manager /Project Manager for MHP Operations in Florida so im always buying in bulk for my projects! If there is anyone that can get your order correct and is willing to help, Its definitely Jose Chalas! I would reccommend everyone to order through Jose! Keep up the great work Jose and I appreciate you always having a positive attitude unlike some of your fellow Co workers...... You deserve alot! God bless you!

They never have enough staff to help with anything and theyre more expensive than most, if not all other home improvement department stores. I gave them 3⭐ only because the couple times I found a staff to help me, they were courteous and helpful. Otherwise, I would give them 1⭐

This store is a joke. The management? Absolutely aweful! Everyone of them. The front desk employee Lauren is the only reason I do come back. She’s very intentive and knowledgeable. She shows that she actually cares unlike others… they need more people like Lauren and clean house up top!

While at Lowes Store in Haines City the cashier Monica just closed her lane saying she is late but did not ask for a relief to finish the people in her lane. This is very poor customer service and I feel I do not need to shop there if this is people they hire.

We shop at Lowes a lot. It seems we always need something for the house, or were helping someone else with theirs so we have to pick up something they need for a repair. I like them because they are very helpful and answer all our questions. They have just about anything you would need for a house repair or garden work.

It was clean, workers were friendly, easy to find the tools I was looking for. I had to pickup from online orders, walk-in and purchase items, and get things shipped to my house. No complaints.

Some people need to work with some dignity. Make customer service great again!

What to say about Lowes Home Improvement store at Haines City?What an amazing store. It is super busy, especially on a Sunday afternoon, but they do a great job at being staffed to assist everyone. Of course, it has every section you can think of, but even associates from different departments directed us to find items in the opposite side of the store, so it shows they make a good effort to train them. The bathroom cleanliness is great too. Additionally, even though it was busy, pretty much all cash registers were open showing that they were taking care of customers one at a time.Highly recommend it!

Ordered a gas range, first got a damaged one and a week later a wrong one. The delivery companies XPO Logistics and JRJ Logistics are horrible. I cannot understand how Lowes can work with those people! Lowes obviously does not care about costumer service. Bothe companies only have incompetent unfriendly employees. Worst experience ever!

Customer service is the worst. If you can get them to answer the phone, I waited 1/2 hour on hold twice and still cannot get help. I want to pay for countertops so the process can continue. No one can even take my money. Spoke with manager to be told “ no one is in kitchen cabinets today, try calling tomorrow “. Terrible way to run a business!

What an awful service for the love of God, ive trying to get new french doors installed in my house. no one seems to know whats going on. no managers, no supervisors to go to. they came to my house and measured the size oft he door needed but there is no way to get a hold of the installers. i would gie it a zero if i could the worst lowes ever

Awesome customer service and help from Rolando today! We needed some tiles cut for our kitchen backsplash, and he was able to cut them in the store for us in a matter of minutes!! I was able to install them around the outlets and windows immediately when I got home in order to finish the project. Thank you!

Completely disorganized.Ordered online, had to wait in the Returns line (although theres a Will Call line) only to find out that they couldnt find the item ordered.What should have been a 5 minute transaction became an hour visit.Although associates were friendly, they were basically useless.

I spent 2 hours there today, there is no one that is knowledgeable about flowers and other plants. Twice I was there in 2 weeks and both times was told to come back at two because the person to talk to will be in then. The hottest time of the day! Why would you come to your store and walk around picking plants at that time.There were 10 people in line and only one. cashier! Someone needs to get on the ball and back to the service we got from Loews in previous years.

Friendly and helpful staff. Had everything I needed and more. After spending the last 7 years in GA it is nice to be back in FL where when I go to Lowes the people actually help you and are polite.

Returns are switched around and the line was very long. Im pretty sure all the registers were open even. Keep in mind if I was going in for light bulbs, paint, fridge ect., it would probably be five stars cuz I normally love Lowes but just because I had to wait for so long, its the only reason why I put four stars. (Maybe unfair but...)

The only issue here was the self checkout lanes werent open early and only one cashier working first thing in the morning.

Experience was horrible. Everything in the plumbing dept was out of stock, even the most common parts like a 1/2 inch cpvc connector. In the drain area, all packages were broken open. I foraged through many boxes to find loose parts then took a photo of a bar code for the cashier.Tried to get a box of fine thread 2.5 sheet screws. Of course, did not have it. I now try Home Depot first. They are better stocked. Even the Haines City Lowes us better as far as inventory than the Poinciana. The Poinciana Lowes is in desperate need of nre management.

Everytime I walk into this store I regret it. Terrible customer service. Lights on and no one is at the register. You cannot use your lowes gift card at the self checkout. When you walk in with your kids good luck getting waited on in the paint line.

I bought an ac in December and just started using it recently then it decides to stop working. I called asking if I can just exchange it and was told no its been too long. I understand if I actually wa using it the whole time but come on who uses an ac in the middle of winter.

Do not get your fence installed by lowes. They could care less about making sure your needs are accommodated. This is NOT free, we pay lots of money and still get treated like we dont matter. Sales agent Ann Allison does not help and is wrost to communicate with and brushes off lightly the issues we have been dealing with.. I been waiting 9 months to get our fence installed and then when there ready to install, we learn they brought the wrong fence material for the back. So here we have an un finished fence that could take another 8 to 12 weeks to recieve. Never will I reccommed them not in a million years. They sub contract the work anyway, its really disappointing and disrespectful.

Price gouging always, because no competition and that shows. Lucky if you can find someone to wait on you. When you do find someone to help they cant speak English. If there was a different store in the area I would go there

The garden center here is out of this world, beautiful, well tended selection of plants to choose from. Great service from the staff when we asked for directions to specific products and everyone we saw were properly masked in adherence to Covid safety precautions.

I would have given it five stars but the prices are just a bit high.

Prices were good but one cashier was slower than Christmas with an attitude. Tried to double charge me for my wood because I had them to cut it. She wanted to charge me double per sheet that had been cut. She does not need to be a cashier.

Waited 17 mins to get assistance from Lowes. Had to flag down someone to help me. Jose was nice but unable to assist, so unable to find what I was looking for!

Regular old Lowes store. Nothing makes it special, nothing makes it bad. They seem to always have what we need. They always seem busy too, maybe could use an extra cashier because of the number of people shipping here. Theres always a line to check out.

Always easy to find stuff but there never seems to be very many employees to help you out answer questions or at that point be knowledgeable.

Abandent any hope of customer service if you physically shop here. Better to buy online. 10 people are working the online orders. Only one cashier for shoppers. Ive visited this store 5 times in the last 6 months, same problem each time.

This place is so understaffed and these people so underpaid it should literally be criminal. Takes 2+ hours to find help and when you do its an angry person who tries to page ten other people who arent here before they agree.

Not too much to say its a lowes you know what you are in for. Though stock always seems to be good and the employees are generally nice and helpful.

Would have been 5 stars but asked a couple associates for help and was directed to aisles if the store that not only didnt have what I was looking for but also wasnt even close to the type of items I was looking for. If it had been one associate I might have thought they were new and just didnt know the store layout yet but it was more than one associate.

In store customer service definitely needs improvement. Floor associates are hard to find and when you do their interaction seem to suggest the customer is actually a bother to them.

Nobody is ever around the isles. Asked for assistance and I understand the other guy was on break, but dont make me feel like Im bothering when I asked for a minute of your time.

When it comes to home projects, I’m not easy to deal with but Yan in the flooring department was super patient with me. He went above and beyond to help me find all the tile pieces I needed. He even sat on the floor with me looking through boxes! When he saw his location didn’t carry all the tiles I needed, HE called another store and had them hold it for me. Thank you Yan for making it simple for me, you’re awesome!

Salespersons and front end staff were all great! We purchased a bunch of items along with a washer and dryer for our new home. I didnt have my card and had forgotten to call the credit company about making a big purchase out of state. Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to help me successfully complete my purchase. I really appreciate everyone at this store!! Management take note you have an awesome team who goes out of their way to help customers! 10 stars if I could!!

If you need hardware or plumbing the place is a ness. The bins are empty for popular items so you have to ask and wait for them to get them down from upper shelves. Give the appearance that their restocking program is to wait until someone needs it. Bolts, nuts and washers are all mixed together. Had to sort through multiple bins to find matches.It would also appear that they have adopted the Walmart cashier model. 2 registers open and at least 6 customers per line.Use to love going to Lowes now its last resort. Just sad.

I went to get a price for their patio door. I had someone call for assistance but no one came. This was my second trip into the store. I quess associates in doors and windows doesnt work on weekends.

I recently visited the Lowe’s store at the Haines City location (37051 US-27, Haines City FL 33844). I would like to recognize Mike B, manager of the lawn department. I went in looking for a new lawnmower. Mike was ready to assist us from the very second he saw my fiancé and I looking around. We had a lot of questions and Mike was very informative and patient with us. We went through gas lawnmowers, products needed to keep up a gas mower, electric mowers, and the variations of all of the above. He went above and beyond to educate us on the pros and cons of all of the products that were beneficial to us and would get us what we were looking for. He even went to the extent of informing us on treatments for our grass and how to achieve the lawn we are looking forward to creating. I would go back to this location just for him and recommend him to anyone in the area. Thanks Mike!

The flooring guys in the store were super, however the contract installers dropped the ball as Lowe’s claims to be able to install in stock carpets within 72 hours. They wanted to do it 21 days later. Check for install dates before buying....

I always find everything to fix anything in my house and of course, I love the succulents and cactus selection in the garden area. Most of my plants are from here.

Place an order for a washer. Was told I would be receiving a call later that evening for a delivery time. A lady called and told us the ticket was messed up and had to re do the ticket. I asked if we will still get the washer tomorrow and she said yes but did not know when the time of the day would be. Called this morning to find out what us going on and was told that it would nkt be delivered today it would be on Friday. Ask to speak to a manager and was told no manager is responding. Finally a manager answers the phone amd pretty much says there is nothing they can do but he can take 10% off. No one knows what happened or who messed the order up. Poor customer service all around. The delivery company Lowes uses, damaged the door to the laundry room. They took the door off and when they finished putting the washer on the laundry room , they took off. Now I have to wait for the delivery company to get back to me to get my door fixed. Will be using home depot from now on.
