Took my car for a simple oil change and left with the window on my passenger side cracked from one side to the other l had to file a police report because the manager said to do so because he was not going to do anything about it!! So I did.. That was my 3rd and LAST TIME going there.. Lesson learned

The best service Ive received from an auto repair. Issue was resolved within hours of me walking in and dropping off. Also a warranty was given and if I happen to need a tow just in case that would be covered. Michael was outstanding at explaining my issue with oil light and possible repair needed. Took my Corolla in for an alignment and they told me my rods were ceased, to make the story short they wanted to charge me 900 dollars to replace everything. I made an appointment at Posner parks dodge and got my car aligned for 145 dollars. These people are rip offs, I noticed everyone always came in for something and at tuffys they would miraculously find something wrong with they car.

I was in town this week from up north trying to help my dad with what I was -told- was just a dead battery. Ran into several unforseen issues with the car. Everyone at the shop was kind and helpful, but I want to send a special thank you to Michael Allen. He went way above and beyond to try and take care of us and really bailed me out of an impossible situation. His kindness and professionalism is unmatched and very much appreciated.

So I towed my truck in at 8am didnt get done until after 5pm. Brought it in for an alignment and brake bleed, the reused to do the alignment until I replaced the upper control arms that he quoted $250 each just for the part. I bought a complete set with tie rod ends from Detroit axle for $121 with a warranty on parts and labor. Instead of a brake bleed he up sold me a master cylinder that I probably didnt need. Then they broke a brake line while test driving it and made me pay for it. So $600 later brakes still dont work and nothing I originally came in for got done. Tuffys is the worst.

Second time, Tuffy the con men have conned me, well this time tried. First time experience you can see my previous review. This time, one of my employees was having A/c issues so took it in for a diagnosis on his own time, without my knowledge. Had I know I would have said dont go near the place.Long story short, after a week, he complains the a/c is not working at all since taking it to tuffys and filling the freon up,, and we need to replace the system with them for $2000. I poke my head in there to take a look at the engine bay,and find they just unplugged the A/c. I plugged it back in, and it worked perfect. Well done tuffys, I wonder if you can sleep at night.

Close this place down! They never have anyone working always have to drop off. Does not make since hire more people. I live 5 mins and can never go because they always has I only have 1 or two people. I don’t care!! Learn how to run a business. I will never try again.

What a great experience I had today I was in a pinch cuz I had an issue with my tire on my way to work I went to their competitor and told me you was a 4 to 5 hour wait I literally went across the street to see these guys and they took care me immediately within 25 minutes I was back on the road with my tire fixed and they didnt even charge me told me to have a great day all I can say was these guys are fantastic and very professional they definitely have my business from now on

I had a great experience there yesterday! I needed some work done on my CRV and Scott was fantastic. He went over what needed to be done told me what needed immediate fixing and what could wait. Went over the prices and stuck to it, did not over charge and was very kind and courteous and did not do anything without my approval. It was raining when i came back to pick my car up. Scott got my car in the rain and drove it up to the shop so i did not have to get wet!! Thank you so much! Your kindness is very much appreciated.

I went to Tuffy because I was told that I needed four new tires and front breaks by my car dealership. Now my car is only two years old and obviously I needed tires but four? Well my sister went in and had such a great experience, I figured I try them out. I called first and spoke with Greg, I was able to bring my car right over and after a much needed inspection, I only needed two tires and an oil change, no brakes 😒😒. My tires were hard to find but Jeff tracked them down within a day and even made sure I was comfortable with the price, even if it meant going somewhere else; that’s how you know when someone has a good heart ❤️❤️. Well I applied for the Tuffy credit card, got approved, and they were able to look up all my information in the system, because my card hadn’t come in the mail yet. I recommend them because they’re honest and so nice; they have my business for life ❤️❤️. I love y’all with the love of Jesus❤️❤️!!!!

Went in for an oil change this morning and they refused to use the oil I asked for. I know my car calls for full synthetic, but thats not what I asked for. You changed it the last couple times using just the regular oil which is all I want. Suddenly today things are different. Ive been in the industry a long time and I know it makes near zero difference in anything but the highest performance engines. Time for me to find a different shop.

Worst experience ever.They change the horn of my car Altima for a Nissan Sentra horn that was broke.How that happened?When I got there to do a Oil change, the beep of my car good and then sound like a Sentra but broke sound. When I claimed I did not had any probe of that and they says horns breaks all the time.I was gonna do Oil change on my MB too but I saw a Nissan Sentra coming out of their garage, (coincidence, I dont think so)Well the mechanic did not lock the door so the alarm dont sound that way I dont cry about it.I decide to not do the Mercedes with them and I wont do business with them.They take pieces from other to re use them.

The oil change alert popped up the other day on my dash and I found out that my usual go-to oil change shop had actually closed down since my last oil change service. Bummer! So, Im googling for a new place and come across this service center and decided to give it a shot. Boy, am I glad I did! I showed up first thing on a Saturday, without an appointment, and realized that might mean a bit of a wait. However, the person who had an appointment at that time was late and the manager, Greg, decided to do me a solid and squeeze me in. Oil change service was fast and I liked being able to see into the bays from the waiting area. Everyone looked very efficient and hard-working as they worked on the vehicles I could see. The best part was the fact that I had actually had been having a very minor fuel system issue with my truck and, when the service was finished, Greg perfectly described the issue without me having even mentioned that there was even a problem. He was able to describe exactly what the symptoms I had been experiencing with my truck and how it could be fixed. The quote seemed reasonable and Ill be going in to get it taken care of soon!

Was going to this location for a while and have given them a lot of our business. Things have not been the same since Danny left. The first replacement was a grade A A-hole and we stopped going. After we heard there was a new manager, we started going back. (We need to have the oil changed in our vehicles at least once a month.) The new manager is nice, accommodating, and very professional. The Service manager, however, decided our car could not take conventional motor oil because Oil Evaporates. WITHOUT OUR CONSENT, he replaced the oil with full synthetic due to his assumption that our 3 year old car was still under warranty... and then took $20 off the price as if he was giving us a deal. Had a coupon for a $19.99 oil change and tire rotation and we left only after paying $53. We will NOT be back. Send your service manager back to Jiffy Lube where theyre known for this kind of bait and switch activity.

Needed a quick oil change and called this Tuffy location in Haines City. The manager didn’t have the oil I was looking for, but told me he could get it ASAP. After a phone call, the oil and filter I needed were delivered in 10 minutes and I was in and out in 30-45 minutes with no appointment. Great service, I will be back again!

They were nice and knowledgeable. I didnt feel pressured and I like that they had both men and women there.. if they were within the price range I would have chosen them. they give air fresheners for oil changes and if you check to get a credit card with them you get a free basic oil change!!

I highly recommend Tuffys. They replaced my radiator and now my car rides like its brand new. Their prices are affordable and they offer a warranty on all services. I also love that they were able to fix my car on Saturday, because I work during the week. Im very happy to have found them.

I went in thinking I had a small issue, but after the car was checked, I realized that it was a good thing that I took it in because I had a bigger brake issue. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Greg answered all of my questions with a smile on his face. It was a very long job but I was told truthfully that it would be long, which I appreciated. The job was an expensive one but they do have financing. The mechanic also fixed my jimmy-rigged battery terminal for me. Now that made my day.

I needed an oil change and since I am retired i didnt make an appointment. I took my car in the morning and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I had a coupon for an oil change, tire rotation and new wiper blades. They also checked the tire pressure and fluid levels. I was done in about 45 minutes. I will continue to go there and highly recommend them to family and friends.

Robert did an awesome job for me today. I gave him a call when I needed a tire patched up. Even though they were busy, he still squeezed me in and fixed my tire in a descent time frame. I went in fully expecting to need a brake job. Carlos met with me and suggested their free inspection first. After they inspected it, he said the brakes were fine and all I really needed was a cleaning and readjustment. Easy peasy... I was in and out in about 45 minutes and they saved me around $100.00 by not doing work that didnt need to be done. I will be back!!

I appreciate when you can go into a business and its about you as a customer. Dropped my Ford off this morning for a oil change, Greg the manager was there to help. He was very friendly and personaliable. Vehicle was done before I expected. When I came back I was given a few pointers about things that were suggested to be replaced, but they didnt try to convince they needed to do it. (for example- my windshield wipers need to be replaced) I will be recommending them to anyone who needs a basic oil change or work done on their car.
