Jeff @Cavan Solutions Group accepted and responded to my request to serve a difficult neighbor a trespass notice quickly. He went out of his way to complete the service fast and quite literally walked down a snowy WV mountainside because the road was impassible, as well as dealt with his aggressive dogs to get it served. I dont know what more you could ask for as far as customer service and efficiency. Would absolutely recommend!

I hired Jeff to serve a tenant and I think he tried two maybe three times....but Im not sure because he wont respond to any of my e mails. Disappointing! This was my first time using a process server and the last time I will use the Cavan Solutions Group. Caveat emptor.I just saw the reply from Cavan Solutions Group where they claimed to question my business practices. Bull s$%t. Im a private citizen and property manager of three properties. I paid Jeff to do a job. He cashed the check (#5580) and didnt do the job...or at least never completed the job or offered any feedback as to what was going on. And Cavan questions MY business practices? Again, caveat emptor.Oh by the way Jeff, since we never did business and you question my business practices, then please return the amount of my check that you cashed on November 17, 2020. Then I will consider the matter closed......but, we both know, that isnt going to happen, is it?
