The Tech Team staff is the most down to earth IT group that I have ever worked with. They understand our needs and are available to solve our issues 24/7. They work well with all of our employees from the PLC group, to the employees that are not very computer savvy. They are proactive which helps to keep us running smoothly without interruptions

These Guys got a few of my businesses set up and working beautifully on the IT side of things. The thing our staff and I like the most is the responsiveness. This Company is absolutely the best, hands down! I own a Towing Company that operates 24-7. When we had a major outage (whole system) and especially our phones which we live by as the life blood of our business, they rescued us. This was on a Saturday at 11pm no less! They actually fixed what another local IT company had messed up for us, and surprisingly they refused to bad mouth the other competing company. They actually said it could happen to anyone. Needless to say, they have been our MSP for 2 years now and things are working better than ever. Do not hesitate to call this company even if it is to audit your system.
