I would give this company and location zero stars if it was an option. Extremely rude and unprofessional

Extremely unprofessional and rude. No one at the front desk. I was very polite and the woman that was doing my testing did not explain anything to me, spoke to me in a horrible rude tone. The atmosphere was very unprofessional and while in the waiting room you could hear all other appointments going on in the back and whatever the lab techs were speaking about. It was a horrible experience. This wasnt just once, I had been there the day before and it was the same atmosphere. I will never go back to that location, I will drive to the next closest one in Winchester, VA. I cant believe employees can treat people in this manner in a medical professional setting. IT WAS HORRIBLE!

Receptionist saw me walk in while she was checking in someone else. She took them back without acknowledging me and then finally came back out 15min later just to tell me to sign in via express kiosk.

I have been to the Hagerstown LabCorp many times for labs and I always have good experience. The staff is always nice and professional. I also like how fast they move. I’ve always had a short wait time.

I’d give a zero if I could because this place always seems to be wasting everyone’s time & money!

A phlebotomist old lady smells like cigarette! Disgusting! 🤮 she doesn’t seem professional at all to be honest I was afraid of her with the needle in my arm. The way she was doing stuff made me feel like she was rushing me and could have caused an accident or a needle injury to her or myself! I didn’t feel safe.

Rude, grumpy and mean ...absolutely no reason to make a parent stay in another room to draw blood a child blood...I witnessed them treat another persons child absolutely horrible.....parents, drive to Calise for your kids sake! Not even my kid that I give them a bad review!

I had the best experience ever at this LabCorp. They were efficient, courteous, and the phlebotomist was exceptional. She had completed her “stick” before I could even wince. Fantastic experience

They were not very busy today. I was in and out in like five minutes. The two staff members I dealt with were friendly and professional. My new go-to Labcorp location.

Most incompetent group of people I have ever seen. Nothing but aggrevation for last 5 years and never gets better. Same blood work every 3 months forever and never ever do they have your paperwork. No matter how often you give it to them they have an excuse not to work. If you need blood tests long term I would not recommend this business at all.

So when you Google the hours for business hours it says 7 AM to 4 PM . I work at a job that I start at 7 o’clock and I cannot get off work until 3 o’clock so I went in today to get a drug test done to get a part time for employer and they say that they stop taking drug test at 3 PM but the website clearly state that they work till 4 PM . The lady at the front desk was like sorry we can’t take you employee drug test stop at 3 PM . I asked her how am I supposed to know that when your website clearly doesn’t state it and she said yes it does . You have to look at the Lapcorp website it says stop taking OST at 3 PM. How is normal person suppose to know what OST is. She said she agrees the website should say drug test Then I asked her if they had any Saturday hours that were not on the website and she said no you have to go to Germantown. This place has absolutely worst hours and poor advertisement I left work early today to get there by 4 PM and then they still couldn’t take me absolutely ridiculous get better hours . It’s ridiculous to take off work to take a dime minute test that they obviously don’t have time for. Come one make it to at least 4pm. Terrible flexibly to the working class.

The worker there was being rude to me, she talking over to her co-worker saying that this lady is driving me nut. She whispered thinking that I cant hear when I just standing right there.The Lab computer system is down and she want me to go, so she lied that my doctor order generic something she is not familiar with and it have no name. But clearly it stated on paperwork I handed to her. So I shows her the Generic lab order name there on papers she said other things around and talk across co-worker about me. I was being very polite and thats what I get. I forget to ask for her name. Tall, old, white american, blond lady work with a male worker.Empty on my visit so they just sit there do nothing to earn free hours of being rude to client.

1) she did not sanitize before taking blood2) she did not wear gloves when she was taking blood3) the site she inserted the needle was not sterile after she touched it with her unloved handFor patient safety, the sterility procedures here need major work

They tried to get blood from my 2 year old twice and couldn’t. They were pushing on the needle and fishing for the burn. Finally, we said no more an left without our needed bloodwork.
