Conrad homes did a renovation on our bathroom. The two workers John and Bryan were excellent craftsmen, careful, neat, detail oriented, on time and nice guys. Mike the project manager answered all our questions and was flexible making some changes to the the project. The price they charged us I thought was very fair. I highly recommend this company.

Conrad Homes remodeled our guest bathroom (photos atttached) and did a beautiful job! Mikes crew were so efficient and hard working and always cleaned up on time. They were a pleasure to deal with and if they had questions, always checked with us, They added an Everclean whirlpool bathtub, shower, luxury vinyl tile floor, brand new white vanity with onyx countertop and painted the room a stunning gray that matched the floor perfectly This is the 5th project they have completed for us and we would never use anyone else. We highly recommend them!!

We just completed a large kitchen and lower level remodel. We are so thankful for Conrad homes. Each person we dealt with from this company were respectful, honest, and experts in their fields-their work was exceptional. No regrets hiring this company and would use them again in a heartbeat. I would use caution with this company, a week ago I caught one of their vehicles out front of my house taking pictures. When I went out front he put it away and slowly drove off not taking his eyes off of me. I closed my door locked it called the company, this happened after hours. I asked them to call me back in the morning explaining why their company was doing that. No phone call I tried 3 other times with messages no return calls. As a woman I’m very concerned, I apologize I am using my sons account to write this review only because I do not have one. My husband even went down there they were closed in the middle of the day. I even emailed them all we wanted was a phone call, still no response and we haven’t been able to contact anyone there. I told them I would file a report against suspicious activity against the company, but still no response. Everyone I have talk too agrees with me they have made themselves very suspicious by not responding to something that could be so simple of an explanation. I feel writing a review warning the customers to be very cautious with this company would be more beneficial than a report that nothing may be done with. So please be very careful of your surroundings with them.

I must say we had one of the best experiences ever after a huge tree fell on our home. We called Conrad Homes to give estimate and repair what damage was caused and they jumped into action. Their work is superb and the customer service top notch. They completed job in a timely fashion and communicated with us constantly to let us know what was going to be done next. I highly recommend them for any job you need done to your home.

We had an estimate done with Meg from Conrad Homes. Meg came back to our house to go over everything and because of her effort and attention, we are very confident in the work we are paying for (no other company did this!). We felt listened to and really well taken care of. We are definitely going with Conrad and we will come back to review again once our project with them is done!

Mikes crew did a fantastic job on our 1/2 bath and new banister. Excellent workmanship, and came when promised.
