I am a member here for a couple of years now. Ben, at the front desk, is exceptionally kind and helpful! Tammy is my therapist, and she is one in a billion! This place has low cost with high quality returns! I love massage envy!

My only complaint is the length of the service. I wasnt taken back until after 12. After getting undressed and everything, the massage probably didnt start until 12:10 or so, and it was over before 1. I wish the massage would last a full hour.

Tammy was great and the massage was very relaxing. I enjoyed every minute of it. just what I needed I’ll be back!

When you can actually get in they are great, however I have a ton of credits built up in my membership because every time I try to make an appointment they are fully booked

Had a great few experiences when we visited this place. HIGHLY recommend the 90 minute deep tissue! It just really seems to do the trick above the lower alternatives. Dakota and Lauren are great! Its hard to have a bad time here. Great customer service, professionalism, cleanliness, protocol etc!

We have been Massage Envy Members since 2008, and we have used many locations over the years, on vacations, business trips, through moves from Naples, FL to Cincinnati, OH and now PA. We were thrilled to learn there was a new franchise opening in Hagerstown. This is by FAR the best run franchise we have found! There is a huge difference in owners. She understands massage and treats her therapists well. The front desk is run amazingly by Ben. He is a true Manager and does an excellent job putting you with the right therapists and managing the front end. Weve had our fair share of billing problems and scheduling errors with other locations.I sadly gave my favorite therapist, Ruth Ann, to my wife when their leading deep tissue therapist moved out of state. She is amazing! I am very happy with Dakota, however. He has a sweet and kind demeanor and does an excellent job with my arthritic body. I prefer a more firm massage but not as deep tissue as I needed in younger years.We cant brag enough about this location. Although we highly recommend both Ruth Ann and Dakota, if you are new, talk to Ben (or the owner) and explain your situation - if you prefer relaxation and dont want elbows like we do, he will match you with the best person suited to your health needs.

Therapists and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean and clinical environment. Membership fee pays for itself with 90 minutes a month ! Highly recommend !

What a great experience from start to finish, the staff as you walk in are very friendly, the facility is beautiful and relaxing. Sam did an amazing job! I feel like a new woman! I will be returning and requesting Sam! Thank you for taking such great care of me! I will definitely be telling my friends.

Do not go there or give them your credit card info until u have received a service from them, they ran my cc and stole 70$ from my cc card and I received no service, very bad business practice I would not recommend massage envy to anyone, caveat

Love this place, my wife goes there all the time, I go there every once in a while. Absolutely amazing. Erica P. is great, attentive and good conversationalist. For someone who is new to this business she is sure leaving her impression on us, literally!! Perfect pressure, attention all over and plenty of good relaxation!

Place was empty but a long wait. As a business large as them, they should upgrade their website to make sure customers know the wait times and also book a slot. Disappointed. Will update to reflect experience when I do get a massage here.

I went some time ago I thought the massage time started from the time they start the session I think my time started at my appointment time so I was shorted like 15 mins I feel like it you are paying a said amount of time of massaging thats what you should get. If you dont get your full time you shouldnt be charged for the time they shorted you

I work at a warehouse and I try to go here as often as I can. My masseuse Miranda does an amazing job at alleviating all of my aches and pains. I definitely recommend Massage Envy for those who want a day to relax and unwind.

Today I had my very first massage and this was such a wonderful experience. My masseuse was Nicole and she was professional and really helped to loose up my neck which has been super tight lately. I had a great time and will be coming back to this location.

I’ve been getting massages for years and this was by far the worst. Techniques were bad, areas were missed and it wasn’t consistent. If you get massages regularly DO NOT GO HERE.

They are amazing. Incredibly friendly staff that treats you like royalty. Massage is not rushed and the place is spotless. It is a little slice of heaven in Hagerstown.

This was my me & my sisters first ever professional Swedish massage with aroma therapy and both our therapist were amazing with a capital A. Very friendly,helpful,knowledable. Normal massage envy was Winchester Virginia decided to try Hagerstown because I couldnt get a massage that day never again will I go back to Hagerstown. The young lady who checked you in at the desk had a serious attitude and no one was friendly. Worst experience of my life, Winchester Virginia will be my ME experience for the rest of my days.

So calm and tranquil. Massage was so amazing my boddy felt like jelly at first but renewed and energized the next day.

My 90 minute massage was cut short by 15 minutes. I told the front desk and they said oh, I dont know how their timing works back there. I expressed my concern with Massage Envy in their survey and received this response: We received your survey this morning and, while we were deeply saddened to learn that we had not sufficiently met your needs, we were appreciative that you took the time to let us know. While this is in no way an excuse, as there really is none, I hope to assure you that your therapist, who is a fairly new member of our team, did not cut your appointment short intentionally or out of malice, and we hope to be afforded the opportunity to take care of you in the future. If you would like to get scheduled further down the line, we will do everything in your power to correct the mistakes of your most recent visit.While I appreciate their reply, nothing was done to compensate me for the money I had spent for the rest of the massage I did not receive. I will taking my business to one of the other massage establishment in Hagerstown.

Went to have a couples massage by appointment which they failed to tell us they didnt offer and that their Couples Massage just meant that we would go at the same time, which didnt even happen. My fiances massage ended five minutes early and her masseuse didnt read the sheet we filled out at the beginning. Also, we heard the employees talking about how discusting their previous clients were while they were in the breakroom. Completely inappropriate behavior and poor customer service.

It had been 4 years since my last massage and it couldnt have been better. Dakota did a great job releaving my neck stiffness!
