This is my go to drop off for package shipping over and over again. Superb service and efficiency in shipping my packages. They are shipped on time, never lost. Associates have a great customer service style and very helpful. The manager should also be mentioned, she is very hands on, present on-site and precise managing her store.

This UPS store has ALWAYS been a great experience for me, I have NEVER had an issue.Recently I have had an even BETTER experience. I had 4 packages to return.The local libraries were closed or needed an appointment to print out return shipping labels due to Covid. Ugh, didn’t fit into my work schedule.So I went to the UPS STORE. They saved the day!BRICE (an awesome employee and his team) printed out the labels, (for a very small fee) packed them up, and got my packages ready in a heartbeat! SO AWESOME!I knew UPS was good, but Brice and his team were PHENOMENAL!Next time I’ll skip the library all together!Thank you guys! You’re AWESOME!!!!😊😊😊

This is late but I never got over this experience when I think about it it does make me angered. I needed a notary and I needed them to notarize a document for me. The place that required the notary gave me the documents to sign and told me the places I needed to sign on the papers. The whole document did not need to be filled out as there were sections that didnt apply to me. Therefore common sense would have told you they didnt need to be signed. The notary at this location gave me a hard time because of those sections not filled out despite the fact that I kept telling him those sections were not required for me to fill out. I told the place that required the notary what was happening and they told me all the notary is supposes to do is witness your signature thats it. I went back to him told them what they said and he still didnt sign it. He gave me a very hard time. I went to the public Library in Chester and their notary signed it with no problem and said the same thing all they were to do was witness the signature. But no the UPS STORE IN Hackettstown NJ. Notary decided he would give me a hard time and not sign even though he saw the sections that did not require me to sign because I did not fit into those categories. It was so obvious that he didnt want to sign. I was so angered especially when the notary at Chester NJ signed it without any issue. I made a vow with myself never to go back to this ups store again. I used to go there to send packages not anymore because of the way I was treated. Its been about a year and a half and I thought about it again today and it angered me to the point I decided to write about it. Nothing might not come from this but I had to get this finally off my chest.

The people over at the Hackettstown Store are so amazing!! The will go above and beyond to help you. They really take time to help you, the customer service is great, and the patience Ive seen them give with the impatient customers is more than I could ever do!! They offer services with shredding, faxing, amazon returns, they sell office supplies, they ship all over the place and it actually gets there!! They have the most amazing greeting cards Ive ever seen! All services and of which Ive used and products Ive purchased.. I highly reccomend the Hackettstown store in Hasting Square. The owner loves the town so much and cares about the people when they come in! Definately go check them out. They have a great team and I appreciate all the help they have given me! I really appreciated how Corporate listened to my concerns and gave me the appropriate information that I needed and was trying to obtain from the store before I got promptly hung up on. I have been to this buisiness multiple times. The owner has always been pleasant! The other dude there I think his name is john helped me figure out an issue I was having with a shipment... I am more than happy to support smaller businesses and especially this group of people. Very knowledgeable and friendly ... by far the best!

After two horrendous experiences at post office in one week it was refreshing to walk into the UPS store in hackettstown. Although everyone has a mask on you can tell theyre smiling and enjoying what they do. They got my package on its way quickly and with a few jokes. Bryce and his other associates were amazing. Highly recommend this location!

What a wonderful little store. The associate, John I believe his name was, was incredibly helpful. I had an Amazon return that was set to be returned to Kohls but I really didnt feel like driving over to Kohls and dealing with the madhouse at this time of year. I handed him my phone and within a minute he was able to switch the return from Kohls to the UPS Store. Places like this that are able to get you in and out quickly and efficiently are hard to find and always a welcome sight.

This UPS store is exceptional. The employees are polite, helpful and make sending packages a pleasure. Even during the worst of Christmas rush, when the line went out the door and was filled with confused, ill-prepared and anxious customers, they maintained their professionalism and efficiency, working together to solve any problems they encountered in record time. Great team, great UPS store.

A Friend of mine (who is a very pleasant lady in her 80s) went to this store today (6/8/2020) to send me a Package. The Young Man who begrudgingly waited on her, at approximately 4 PM, was extremely Brusque & Rude to Her and also to a Lady who came in after her.This Store’s Owner needs to Re-Think this Man’s Continued Employment.

They are normally friendly, the heavy set guy was very arrogant and demanded I buy tape from them after he opened the box of the amazon return i was returning. I understand he has a point that their services in not free but he opened the sealed box not me. So I went down the road less then two minutes to staples, they taped and shipped for free. Go to Staples they are much better and do not nickle and dime you over everything. The gentleman with the tattoo sleeves that works there is always pleasant to work with, I wish he helped me that day. Bottom line its fine to charge for a service but you cannot charge me for that service because you caused me to be in the situation that warranted the service being required.

I had the pleasure of meeting Wolfgang and he is so kind and courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I will make a point to do business with this location exclusively from here on out. What a great experience.

No impressed with the customer service at the Hackettstown location. The guy with the tattoos charged my husband a dollar for a strip of tape and was rude about it. Yesterday I waited at least 7 minutes in the drive-thru without ever being acknowledged. Had also called about their notary service several months back and the guy on the phone, right off the bat was like Not today!!! before I even started discussing the service. Three strikes, theyre out!!

Just called to ask a question over the phone this morning, and what a typical employee would answer in one word, this employee took her time to help me find a solution to Next Day Air in every way possible! I wish I asked her name again at the end of the call, but she was the absolute sweetest! I told her I will be stopping by Monday to ship my chocolates, and she suggested the cooler (which I didnt know they had available) and was very helpful!! Best customer service over the phone in a long time !!! :)

I cant say enough good things about this stores customer service. The owner is absolutely FANTASTIC.I sent an email to the store with a strange request. I was looking for a hard to find item as a gift for a sick friend, that I was able to track down in Hackettstown. Now, I live in Wisconsin and cant just jump in the car to go and quickly grab. And, the biggest issue that came into play, the store I wanted to purchase from, doesnt do shipping from that store.The store owner took it upon himself, taking time out of his day, to travel to that store, and look for the item I was in need of.He did not need to do this. But out of the kindness his heart, he showed how good a human can be.Me in Wisconsin, him in New Jersey, and he goes out to help a customer in need. Terrible customer service...came in to get a document notarized...one customer ahead of me...was told to have a seat while she took care of that customer...6 or 7 customers came in after me...she proceeded to take care of their issues while i sat there waiting. Not once said a word to me as to why she took care of those customers needs while I was there. prior to them..I was there 50 minutes...THATS RIGHT 50 MINUTES...without as much as a word from her. I finally got up and walked out.. zero excuse for lack of customer concern.. Will never go back into that store again.

Ill slightly raise the review but stand by what happened. This store has gone down hill and my situation should not of happen where the box was opened. I believe you that it was not malicious but it was still out of line by your location.

Early this morning, my car was over heating and i pulled into this stores parking lot. As i was trying to see what was going on and where my coolant was leaking from. A heavy set man comes walking out from the store and doesn’t even ask if i need help, he automatically assumes I’m doing maintenance on my car. I told him politely i was having a issue and i over heated. I sad i would clean the fluid on the ground with snow and water when i was done. Honestly For being a frequent customer of ups and using them for all my shopping needs. His service as a person was horrible and arrogant. What goes around comes around when it comes to having bad luck or car troubles.

Extremely rude and abrupt. I accidentally had to switch something in the package and apologized. The man threw his head back dramatically huffing and puffing, acting like a big baby. He shouldn’t be interacting with customers like that and I highly recommend taking a course in customer service :) won’t be coming back.

I called to have signs made for my store and had the best experience ever. I was quoted the lowest price around, then the owner made them and personally dropped them off for me within a few hours! Best service and pricing around!

I called about shipping some large paintings overseas on a tight timeline. Wolf was very generous with his time and very knowledgeable about the process, and some things to watch out for. The package arrived as planned. Great experience.

Went today to get a small and quick copy order done. After 3 days of frustration with staples I was so happy to deal with people who knew what they were doing, solved problems quickly and had me out in 10 minutes. I will never go back to staples!!!! Had a great experience with this location unlike the Ledgewood UPS. I believe his name was John, but he was so helpful and willing to take the time to go to my truck and not only measure the things I needed to ship, but also make a box to perfectly fit the item for the best shipment cost. Amazing customer service is worth my time in a review at least and Ill be a returning customer!

#1 Dont believe their phone estimates for packing and shipping. They quoted me $70.00 and the final cost was $92.00.#2 I shipped an item that was once repaired. Upon arrival that repair was broken plus it had another large crack. UPS denied my claim saying I had given them damaged goods.#3 Expect curt service with waiting time.They will never see me again at their store.

Ive shipped lots of guitars and heavy amps over the past few years, none ever cost $210, most were $100 or less. I am very disappointed with UPS on the cost. Service was okay, not great.
