I went in to the store with the intention of getting a new phone, and was greeted by Jazz the minute I stepped in the door. He went above and beyond making sure I got the phone I wanted, an appropriate plan, and was extremely knowledgeable about the available equipment and what would best suit my needs. Jazz was professional, and when hit with a snag in the process, extremely patient and worked really hard to get me everything that I wanted down to my preferred phone color and my new Apple watch. I highly appreciate all of the effort that he put in on my behalf, and I will be returning to this store for future needs. Thank you!

Short & simple: Staff told me my new iPhone 8 (model A1863/Sim-free) was not usable on the network. That’s erroneous and I hope that they intend to educate their staff members.That said staff members like Jazz know what they are doing, so luck of the draw two times in a row with the undereducated staff member.

I went to the store to trade in my phone. Despite having other customers, Cory was able to give me info to help me make up my mind. In addition, he saved me money on my current plan. Excellent service!

I visited the Verizon store today and Jay assisted me. I wanted to make the experience as easy as I could because I had been putting off coming in. This is a great store with AMAZING customer service. I have had bad experiences with verizon shops in the past particularly the washington branch on route 31 but this store and its employee Saad helped me SO MUCH. Saved me tons on my monthly bill and explained everything clearly to my elderly grandmother who doesnt really understand this stuff but he made it simple for her without talking fown to her. Saad is a masterclass salesman and i will be using this store exclusively for now on for all my cellular needs. Highly reccomend you go here.

There is a difference. I have been a customer at reliance wireless since they opened. I have always received exceptional customer service.They do the extras that leads to savings. They find ways to get a better plan or phone. I have trust and confidence in them. Highly recommended.

We were possibly searching for a new plan and Jay helped us find what we needed to upgrade our phones and keep things affordable for us.

BEWARE BEWARE SCAM I went In to upgrade my wifes phone and was greeted by Saad who from the start had a nasty attitude but I figured thats just his personality so I decided to go along with the upgrade I told him what phone I wanted and at first he tried selling me some other phone which was at least a year old I said I didnt want that and then he started getting upset to the point where I said all I want is an iPhone 12 at that point he said the price which was way different than online he tried up charging me for his time and at that point I just walked out. Stay away from this place at all costs especially from SAAD.

I had a great experience with Saad. The customer service was great and even though there were 4 customers in front of me, I waited only a minimal amount of time. Fast, great service!

Verizon wireless reliance In Hackettstown was easy to work with. They explained everything. They were able to reduce my monthly Verizon bill. They also promised to wave some fees. I was told to come back with my bill next month and they will credit some items. I’ll be back to see if they really follow through.

I needed to upgrade my phone and the employee that helped me was “Saad”. He was very helpful & ordered the phone for me, called me two days later when it came in and transferred all of my things over. He was very nice & if I ever have a problem with my phone I will go back to him

Please dont ever, ever, EVER go to this place to add a line, remove a line, exchange a phone well within the 14 day period, or any sort of assistance with your account. Its a long story. Basically they say they will or have taken care of things but dont. They say theyll send you an email confirmation of what they have fixed or adjusted with your account. No email, no change im my amount billed, AND WRONGLY BILLED because of them. Ive asked them to fix it twice. They say they did, but they didnt. What horrible customer service. They dont care and on top of that are scammers. Unbelievable. I could go on. Trust me, save yourself the headache I went through. There are plenty of other verizon stores at which Ive never had a problem.

They were very knowledgeable and guided me through every step. I upgraded my phone and my daughters and they made sure everything was transferred and gave us the best deal that was good for our plan! AVOID!! Pleasant to work with but complete scam artists (or just extremely incompetent. I bought a jet pack in order to have wireless when traveling this summer. Knowing that these local stores can take you for a ride, I was very diligent about asking questions and in the end, was lied to about the monthly plan cost of BOTH my cell phone plan AND the jet pack - ended up being higher than I was quoted. I was told there was a promotion going on when quoted rates, and there wasnt. Additionally, they conveniently withheld information regarding cancellation fees of the jet pack. After much headache I was able to get things sorted with Verizon Corporate. I would not recommend going to this location.

Don’t trust them. Go to a real Verizon retailer. I was quoted a much cheaper price then I got after be reassured multiple times and stopping in to rectify the situation. To sum it up I was told I would be paying less to get a new phone and the free one I didn’t need(but I’m sure they got a commission for it) and then I was charged an extra $40 a month ....so not less but a lot more. They are not to be trusted once again.

I went in to get a new phone and was pleasantly surprised with how quick and knowledgeable the workers were! They answered my every question and were patient even when I repeated the same ones. I have been in this specific store multiple times sine the summer of 2019 when I moved into the area. I was helped both times by Ammer who was amazing. He was helpful, answered all of my questions clearly and was absolutely pleasant to be around. Incredible customer service between he and Matt. I came in with my Mother to switch over phones and I was walked step by step on how to wipe the phones, upload the cloud, and of course they are amazing at putting the tempered glass on. Such professional and wonderful people.

Angel was helpful with finding something with in my budget and did not try to up sell or push any products or services. He was knowledgeable and was both forthcoming and willing to find answer to questions if he did not know them off hand. There were minor complications setting up my phone and the experience was longer that expected, however they were on Verizon end and not Angels fault and he took care of the issues and made sure they were resolved before I left. An excellent experience, would recommend the staff for anyone seeking Verizon assistance.

Excellent customer service..i came in after a pushy salesman at another Verizon store would not sell me the charger I came in for but spent 20 minutes trying to bully me into buying a new phone...he told lme that he would cover the balance left on the cost of my current phone which he said was $60. I told him I had paid CASH In Full for the phone at a Verzon store ( howed him the(receipt)and therewas no balance..I headed straight to Reliance and in 5 minutes had my charger! AMMEr was polite and when I do need a new phone I will buy from Ammer at Reliance!

We went into the store on Sunday afternoon and Melissa helped us. My nieces cell phone screen had shattered and I wanted to give her an old phone of mine. Melissa was so wonderful even though my niece uses her phone with a month-to-month Verizon card, Melissa treated us like highly valued customers. The gentlemen at Verizon were excellent! They sat down with me and asked me questions in regards to purchasing a new IPAD for my son with special needs. They lied about the cost of the service and the phone was not free as they said. They didnt assist me with phone malfunctioning. I am taking the problem to the attorney general. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS STORE.
