Nice experience but took too long for just a wash and cut. Took about an hour. She was very nice. Just needs to build on her confidence. Realized when it was finally dry (air dry) she didnt think it out as requested. I need to go back. My hair is thick.

I have been going to Supercuts in Mansfield for about 4 years and I have never had a bad experience. I always use Laura V and she makes it more personal then just a business transaction. She is very professional, friendly and great to talk too. I enjoy my visits as its like seeing a friend.

Ive been going here for a couple of years now and Ive always gotten the cut I want, I make sure to explain as well as have some reference pictures ready as my words arent always sufficient. I request Laura all the time now because she knows exactly what Im looking to do with my cut. Shes also just a very kind person and fun to talk to. Definitely request her as your stylist if you want to walk away happy.

I did not receive the haircut I wanted the lady wasn’t helpful at all! I asked her to not do anything with what she wanted and she still did it she didn’t listen. this is unacceptable. i obviously have the right to say I wanted to do this. But she just went on while I was talking to her and that really aggravated me so I’m gonna have to give this place 1 star. I don’t recommend, I’m not coming back ever again. And now I have to wait a long time just for my hair to grow back. Super cuts more like s***t cuts

Laura has been my hair stylist for almost 2 years and I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair! I remember walking into the salon feeling defeated with my hair and terrified of making changes. Laura was extremely patient and worked with me to find the perfect color and cut. She goes above and beyond every visit and makes sure I walk out feeling like a new woman!

I went to Supercuts today on Route 57 ,Mansfield. They are doing appointments now and it was an easy and enjoyable experience with all the new regulations. I have been going there for over a year and Laura is my stylist. Today was the 1st day it opened and it went get. You get called in have tour temperature taken and asked a few questions due to Covid-19. The owner was there helping out. Everyone was happy and a lot of smiles.They cannot do blowers or waxing. I highly recommend this salon.

Felt very safe and comfortable getting color and a cut during COVID as the salon was very clean and uncrowded. And the cut and color provided by fabulous stylist Laura V are gorgeous.

Id recommend this place. Every time Ive been there Ive had a good experience. The hairdressers are all quite good, and Ive not had a bad haircut after leaving. They usually dont have too many hairdressers there, but Ive also only been there on weekdays. Its important to make an appointment ahead of time on weekends, as they are usually quite busy, and walk in wait times have been as high as an hour. I would certainly recommend this place as a good one for a haircut. And the hot towel available after the haircut is a great addition.

I regularly go to Supercuts to see Rosy. She gives excellent men’s cuts. When I got there I was informed that she had left to be a stay at home mom. I was happy for her, but kind of bummed because now I need to find someone new to cut my hair, which is difficult. Come to find out Rosy had moved to a salon in Washington called Lina’s! One star for lying, good try super cuts.

Went here several weeks ago and had a horrible experience. The lady who cut my hair rushed though the haircut and did a poor job. She was also not wearing her face mask correctly. The entire place was a mess. I won’t be back.

If you dont want the business dont be open. Dont complain when customers walk it. Ill take my money elsewhere.

The policy of registering for a time frame doesnt always work out to the customers advantage. Its almost impossible to call and talk to someone. It shows that they dont really respect the customers time. Although I received a good hair cut, you are ignored when you first come into the salon. The stylist seemed somewhat hostile and defensive, definitely in need of some people skills training.

Waited for 50 minutes for a kids haircut. People who came in after us were helped first. No one spoke to us. We ended up walking out. With their automated system there’s no way to know how long you will be waiting or when you might be next. I will never go back.

This is the first and last time I ever WASTE my time and money at your shady establishments. I dont usually write comments or reviews. One because they always go unheard and two even if they are heard the person thats cashing the checks doesnt do anything about it anyway. Your staff is grossly unequipped to give out mens haircuts. You might as well put on a number 4 and buzz the whole thing. I can see how your business model earns you other peoples hard earned money. Set up as many stores as possible, hire ignorant employees quickly with no clue as to what a simple haircut is, then work the masses. You probably figure not everyone will like it but as long as theres aXXXX in the seats Im making money. Quality does not exist in places like these. Its just a way to fatten someones pocket by providing a service and not delivering. No, these comments will not change anything about your shady establishment but I feel better.

Checked in online only sit and watch people who came in after us get serviced. Only after standing and approaching the desk, after waiting 40 minutes, was my presence acknowledged. At that time I was told wed be next but every cutter had someone in the chair and it would be at least another 20 minutes... unacceptable, unprofessional nonsense... thanks for nothing.

Go to supercuts in hackettstown and see janette so professional, friendly, pays attention to every detail and does an amazing jobif I could rate a 10 star I would I will definitely be going back.

Now Janette Larkin, the Manager cuts our hair so we just refer to that as COGNITIVEFUNGUS HAIR BY LARKIN Too much? We are a rock band whos music is played all over the world and people always ask us who CUTS OUR HAIR....JANETTE LARKIN. HAIR BY LARKIN AT SUPERCUTS HACKETTSTOWN NJ. GO THERE. DONT BE SQUARE. The entire team is friendly, fun and down to earth. Its the only place well go to get our hair cut.

Only once have I gotten a haircut I wasn’t happy with. Came back and got it fixed and it came out great.
