Ive used Limo Express for the past year - for roughly 5-6 trips, for myself personally and for overseas guests, and theyve been great.Super reliable - including a 5:30AM pickup. Drivers have all been different but each one has been very courteous. Ive used their cars and vans, and all have been well maintained and clean.In short, I totally depend on them for all my trips.

Danielle, who took my reservation, was very professional and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The driver was on time. In fact, he was 15 minutes early. The driver was courteous and had no trouble getting me to my destination. I found the cost to be very reasonable and would recommend Limo Express to family and friends. I will definitely use Limo Express for my future trips.

We recently used Limo Express for a concert at MSG. We have used them a number of times in the past for airport runs/dinners/concerts and once again our driver was professional, courteous, punctual (15 minutes early as always), and knowledgeable. Frank communicated our pickup place to us clearly and once out of the concert it was a seamless ride home. Looking forward to another worry free experience when we use them again.

Had an amazing experience with Limo Express this weekend. Driver arrived early for pick-up in a spotless sedan. We reserved the car for the day and the driver amicably took us all over Manhattan. He was obviously knowledgeable and experienced because we arrived quickly to all of the busiest tourists spots throughout the city. Besides the convenience and luxury of being in a vehicle throughout the day and being able to see so much of the city in a relatively short period of time which wouldnt have been possible any other way, the friendliness of the driver made the experience that much better. Service is always courteous, responsive and reliable--whether I am calling a month in advance for a vacation, or calling from an airplane about to takeoff for Laguardia, requesting a car to meet me when I land and take me to Newark, where my car is parked.The drivers are safe and resourceful in finding the best route. I have used Limo Express for many years for both business and pleasure trips, and have not been disappointed.

I had to book trips to and from Newark Airport for a family of 10. I called several companies and they were either booked or high priced. Someone recommended Limo express and they fit the bill. On time, courteous and very professional. They loaded 15 heavy pieces of luggage and helped my elderly mom in the executive van. Well worth the price. Highly recommended.

I have used Limo Express many times to arrange a car service for a ride to an airports. The drivers always arrive at least 15min earlier than your arranged pick up time and they are always friendly. 07/20/15 - I continue to use Limo Express, in fact just came back to EWR via a private Charter flight. Many of the other passengers had to wait for cars, or direct drivers to the Signature air terminal... not Limo. My driver was waiting for me. GREAT Service.Limo Express has been very professional for all of my trips. The Drivers have been great. The drivers always arrive at my residence early to ensure proper timing. When at the airport the service and/or drivers call to check in and verify my pick-up location (by the curb).I travel a considerable amount and have found Limo Express to be great!

Excellent service! As a new customer (but very frequent traveler), I find myself at a new firm without a dedicated car service. Ive tried others (locally) on a whim and basically got a taxi service--but when referred to Limo Express, I had an excellent experience the whole way through: from the reservation to the frequent updates and call back from the dispatch, the drivers. My driver even texted me while I was in customs to let me know I had arrived, knowing that cell usage is not allowed during that stage at the airport! Highly recommended for peace of mind and seamless service.

Despite the fact that my flight was delayed arriving at Newark-Liberty Airport by 4 hours, upon arrival John of Limo Express was there waiting for us at the luggage carousel. He was warm, friendly and a breath of fresh air after making airline connections up and down the East Coast.

From booking to delivery back to the airport, I absolutely loved these guys. They were so friendly and took such great care of me. I truly felt like a fish out of water visiting NJ by myself from Texas, but never for a second did they take advantage of me or let me feel nervous about my experience there (in the city). One thing that especially surprised me is that they called ME two days prior to my arrival to ask if I was part of a particular party (I was, but didnt realize that merited a mention when booking). They said as a referral, that entitled me to a discount. Nice surprise :) I would definitely use them again, and definitely refer them, and would NEVER cab it travelling more than a few miles away from the airport after dealing with Limo Express.

Whether it is for business travel or a fun night out in the city with family & friends Limo Express is my go to car service! They are always on time - they’re actually even a few minutes early giving you time to load up luggage or prepare for your trip! I get to my destination safely and they always account for the crazy traffic in our area suggesting the best times to leave to try to avoid the frustration of our chaotic roadways. I’ve had most of their drivers and they are personable and friendly along with their booking staff. I’d rather book with Limo Express than getting something like an Uber or Lyft and not being certain of the quality and safety of my drive!
