Staff is always friendly. Machines are clean. Plenty of dryers and washers, carts and folding tables. Rarely do I have to wait. While you do your laundry you can also pay 1$ to vacuum your car right in the same lot. Also its a prefect area for walk around in. 711 right down the road and other little shops for some lunch.

They have certain good deals on certain days and its not bad the people there are very nice and friendly and the prices for the washing machines are not half bad

Nice laundromat with plenty of machines. Only downside is the dryers do not dry too well unless you put an excessive amount of minutes. I even tried it with about 10 pieces of clothing and I had to use over 40 minutes to dry. This is every time I go. But overall, nice wash.

The washing process perfect the customer service rather interesting. Why? Cause how do you hire someone that doesnt speak English at all. I guess nobody can speak English if they come into bubbles huh and if you do oh well ..

Its very clean, enough machines to use, I like the reward program and Thursday discount really helpful.

There is not a single worker there that knows what’s going on. The manager is wasting their time hiring employees. I have been there twice and both time had issues with money and the the bubbles card. Manager wasn’t available and employees did not speak any English to assist me. Poor management and could be cleaner.

The laundry is nice and big with a lot machines , but very bad costumer service the women at the front desk is very rude I have a issue, the machine wasnt working well take my money but never wash my clothes, I have to put the money again to finished my laundry , but the women didnt due anything about that! My experience at bubbles in Hackensack was terrible, because I felt like my clothes were not clean in the washers machine. I stood there consistently to see if there was water and it wasnt really, also the prices are off the charts I am never coming back.

Worst experience ever. This laundry mate is filthy, the customer service is terrible and the workers are extremely rude. The workers look undocumented and treat customers with disrespect. The worker behind the desk at the time (the one with the black hair) is racist, she refused to break a larger bill or give me change, even lied and claimed the cash register was empty and made remarks about me in spanish as I walked away, then turned around and did the exact thing I requested for one of her own. I will never give this laundry mate another dollar of mine. The staff should be fired and replaced with one that respects its customers and the business they bring.

This place is disgusting, the bathroom is always dirty with no soap or paper towel but customer service is worst. The old lady that works there for years is so rude specially at kids that are running around. The washers and the dryers dont work propertly and they woudn’t refound your money back giving you excuses that they dont have anything to do with that. Early bird laundromat in Litte Ferry is way better.

I had a horrible experience at this laundromat this evening I came in at 9:45pm and the lady refused to let me wash when they close at 11pm. I told the lady I only needed an hour and that by 11pm I will be out the door yet the lady refused to let me wash my clothes due to the fact that the people who clean the place were coming in to clean. She gave more privileged to the people who clean the place than the actual owner of the place who will probably let me wash my clothes. I live right around the corner from this place and I never come in at 9:45. Due to the way the lady treated me I no longer wish to wash at this laundromat even though its so close to my house I rather go miles further to wash my clothes somewhere else where they deserve my money rather than the way that this lady treated me I will not recommend ever washing at this laundromat due to the poor customer service privilege that they have.

I had problem with 3 of the washers affter putting $ they did not work. i told the lady, she told me i was not her fault. that i have to put $ again. when i asked for her name she said she does not give her name out because she has nothing to do with the laundry. this person is a very rud person has no manners, and does not know anything about custumer sirvice.. 😔.

Went today around 9.28 pm The lady there told me that they already close when the signs outside said that they close at 11 PM when I ask her for a business card or a number that I can call the owner she asked me if Iwas going to fold my clothes and then I walk away out of there very disappointed very bad customer service

La lavanderia ha mejorado mucho. Me gusta que las lavadoras tienen suficiente agua, los precios subieron pero es aceptable. Algunas personas que la atienden son amables, pero hay otras señoras que no lo son y aunque los clientes ponen quejas de ellas solamente se burlan y realmente no les importa. Pero si vas y haces tu lavado por ti mismo(a) no hay problema.

The lady who works on Monday mornings is very bad, my machine started working without water and stopped the machine made me take out my clothes and put it on another more expensive machine, fix the machine and wash your clothes with my money and not He returned the money to me.
