This call center person was one of the nicest and helpful gentleman I ever spoke to at a call center. Dales Garbage Collection Inc confirmed my appointment the day before and called 20 minutes before they arrived. The two gentlemen who came to pick up my sleep sofa introduced themselves and shook my hand. They were quick, efficient and careful not to damage anything as they moved my sofa.
