The best place to get your babies ears piercing. Doctor is confident and does a perfect job. Receptionist area very friendly. Very homey atmosphere. Very clean and nice place. I was upset that my kids pediatrician messed up my daughters ears piercing so I searched online and I’m glad I came across this doctor. They called me right away. I explained everything and they were willing to help give perfect advice. They gave me an appointment right away. Not only will the baby have the perfect ears piercing but the parents will be satisfied too. If you are a nervous parent like me, please take your baby to this doctor. Excellent customer service. I emailed the office, filled out forms and scheduled an appointment with such ease. Upon arriving, we text the office and received a message that they were ready for us. Rachel welcomed us into the office. The office is clean and smells amazing. Dr. Mendez was informative and reviewed the process and aftercare with me. I was nervous that my daughter wouldnt do well since she is 9 months old and so aware of her ears but we have been working on staying still while I clean her ears and I guess that helped a little because she did great. The piercing was quick. Rachel and Dr. Mendez are really amazing. I gathered myself quickly after the piercing was done and Rachel told me to take my time and feed baby if I wanted to. That was excellent advise and I do recommend that anyone getting babys ears pierced should be prepared to nurse or bottlefeed baby right after. My little one nursed and fell asleep right after. She woke up in the car with a smile and a balloon that they gave us for her which made her smile more. Overall, it was a great experience. Definitely returning once its time to change her earrings.

Dr. Mendez was very informative about the after the care and had a variety of selection of earrings to pick from. The receptionist was very nice and attentive. We took our 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced per her request. She wanted to have it done the traditional way. After some research, we gathered that going with a professional as opposed to a teenager at a mall was the most adequate way to go about it. Dr. Mendez was very thorough and patient, he explained the entire process to us, as well as our daughter, and made sure she was ready and willing to take every step of the process. He was very careful and cautious, but he also provided his insight as to the location of the piercing. He presented us with a large variety of options for earnings, and after my daughters choosing, he went on and did her piercing. It was fast, before she was able to have a reaction, the earing was in.I highly recommend Dr. Mendez for his caring, patience, professionalism, and most importantly, his ability to handle and manage kids. Do not go anywhere else. This is the perfect place for piercings.

They did such an amazing job! I got my ear lobe pierced here and I dont regret it. He cleaned everything in front of me and showed me exactly what sizes he had available. He was very kind and patient considering how nervous I was for my first piercing. He even gave me a little care package for how to care for my new jewelry and an informative pamphlet of the healing process! I cant wait to go back and get a new piercing!

I highly recommend Dr. Mendez for any of your child’s ear piercing needs. From our initial email and their immediate response to the moment we walked out the door we had the best experience. They replied to our email quickly and set up our appointment literally within the same day. As soon as we arrived they were so welcoming, their home clinic was impeccably clean. They took the time to go over all of the care for our girls, and did an amazing job for their first piercing. We had many sterilize earrings to choose from and best of all, they performed a needle piercing instead of a harmful gun piercing. Rachel has been so generously helpful with answering all of my questions & concerns! It has been difficult to find a specialist who would get on phone to just help answer simple questions, let along back and forth correspondences. Rachel was willing to help & provided prompt responses. I was so worried & scared about my current pierced ear situation as this was my first piercing, but this experience with her definitely helped ease me.

Very nice place. I drove 1hr and 36 minutes just to take my 7 month old baby girl, since where I live (Ct) needle piercing is against tattoo/piercing insurance policy. The whole visit was about 10 min. Dr. Mendez was very nice and thoroughly explained how to care for my baby’s ears. Very clean and professional office. The receptionist was super nice especially since she gave me a balloon for being a good girl since I expressed how the piercing hurt me more. Lol I highly recommend it. I’m very satisfied.

Today I took my 6 and 5 year old daughters to get their ears pierced and couldnt have had a better experience. My 5yo has been looking forward to it for weeks and definitely hesitated but saw how amazing Dr. Mendez was with her sister so she went forward with it. Now I have two super happy little girls and we had a wonderful experience. Dr. Mendez was gentle, kind and patient and I highly recommend him for ear piercings!

My husband and I wanted our baby to have her ears pierced with a needle by a professional and not just take her to the mall with someone using the gun. The Dr. was very professional and knowledgeable. My baby has no issues, her ears never even got read. We were given a soap and instructions how to clean her ears. It’s been about 2 weeks since then and everything is well. We totally recommend this place.

My wife brought my 1 year old daughter to get her ears pierced here after reading all the information about how it would be done. It has been 3 weeks now and her ears look fantastic. They were never even red or irritated at all. They are healing so perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

Took my 3.5 month old daughter to get her ears pierced and could not be happier!! The office was super clean and the doctor and staff were extremely friendly and answered all my questions and were GREAT with my baby! He used a hollow needle to pierce her ears which is way better than the gun! Also, gave me the cleaner to clean her ears with!! Highly, highly, highly recommend!

I didnt want just anyone piercing my daughters ears. To be honest I was a little hesitant about the doctor not wearing a mask, overall we had an amazing experience. I strongly recommend him!!!

Went here to get my 2 month old ears pierced. Few things, this place of business is actually in a residential home. This was the first red flag for me. I thought I had the wrong address, anyway I rang doorbell and a nice lady answered the door. She told me this was the place. I went inside then I met the guy that did the piercing. Were currently in a pandemic and my 2 month old hasnt gotten all her vaccines so I asked the guy if hed be wearing a mask, he then proceeded to hand me a pamphlet on why mask arent safe. I discussed it with my wife and decided not to get the piercing done. I was not comfortable with putting my daughter at risk. I really wanted to like this place but a no mask policy was a big no for me.

I did not get my child’s ears pierced here but the office sends you a consent asking if you are ok with the “doctor” not wearing a face mask as it inhibits health. This is completely unethical during a global pandemic and puts children at risk. I would never trust a place like this to perform any procedure on a child.

I went there to get my infants ears pierced and was shocked that it was too small of an office to do any social distancing and yet none of the workers wore masks. Its the hieght of the pandemic with numbers on the rise and youre dealing with infants who cant wear masks and dont have a full immune system yet. Then when the doctor walked in the room to pierce her ears I asked if he would wear a mask and he said no. This is my first experience with a business in New Jersey where nobody was wearing masks. To each their own I guess but I wish they would have told us that in advance so I wouldnt have wasted all the time going there.

We had our 6 month olds ears pierced here last month & Dr. Mendez was great! He used a needle not a gun (which was hard to find btw!) and he didn’t require our daughter to have a tetanus shot just to have her ears pierced like her pediatrician’s office🙄 (with a sterile needle nonetheless). The whole process was super quick and probably took about 15 minutes. Our daughter barely even cried! They also give you a little kit with cleaning solution and instruction. Wonderful experience, highly recommend.

We got my 2 month old daughters ears pierced here months ago. I didn’t want her to get pierced with a piercing gun and I was very pleased that we found somewhere that uses a needle. My 10 month old niece even went a few weeks later to get hers done at the same place.
