Just spoke with Nervaana and it did not go so well. I was simply asking about their drones. I can hear chatter in the background, she said vaguely she wasnt sure and ended up hanging up the phone. She sent an email like she said she would but did not address my question properly and mentioned I had to speak with the VP and totally deflected the conversation. Tried calling again and it was rejected. The poor communication and service left a very sour impression and I wont be contacting again since thats how they like to do business.

Bad customer service/ not organized / take for ever to get the order /always out replaced first order and it took 2 weeks for them to call back and ship and on the second order its been 10 days and no one called to take a payment or discuss the order . bad business switched to other suppliers who have better prices and fast services
