I just called Jeff a few days ago to set up a service appointment. He came early with everything needed to do the job. My grill had never been serviced. He cleaned it perfectly and found a flaw in how it was assembled. He fixed that and the grill heats up perfectly now.

The BBQ cleaner did an incredible job cleaning my custom Vent-a-Hood kitchen hood. It was filled with oily, vent-clogging grime that was affecting the quality of the ventilation.
