Several months ago I called Ricca to obtain a quote on a relatively simple project of painting and installing a new side-view mirror on a relatively new car. Greg gave us a quote and a time estimate and several months passed (our doing, not theirs). Last week we took the part in and today picked up the car. Call me a skeptic, but I was expecting sticker shock when he presented the bill, figuring they would have some way to charge us more. To my pleasant surprise, they came in UNDER budget and were complete professionals in every interaction. Great service at a fair price--thats what I call a successful operation. They put on a good show till there is a problem with the work they performed then all the excuses start to fly these are rock chips and the roads you travel. Owning the car for 5 years previous and that these “rock chips” never happened to the factory paint and being that paint is flaking off the back bumper lve never seen rock chips on a back bumper. So that just tells me that there work is subpar. Also them offering to repaint the bumper for 250 that just tells me that they know they did poor work. It’s just very disappointing that $15,000 in damage and the car still isn’t 100% because Rica auto body will stand by there work

I got into a a minor accident in a parking lot. Other shops quoted over $1400. Not only did Ricca quote me a lower price, but they also guaranteed the job would be done quicker than other shops. When I picked up the car it was detailed inside and out and looked brand new. Friendly staff, awesome results.

Incredibly reliable. Very professional.From the minute I walked in with my 2 toddlers to the time my car was taken in and I was off to the rental company was about 5, maybe 10 minutes. Carl prepped everything so it was seamless. I walked in, dropped off the keys, he called ahead to the rental company for them to get me from his shop. I mean smooth. His fees are reasonable and his work is incredible. He really takes pride in his work.WORK:They replaced a busted fender and other issues with my Lexus. Great autobody shop. I was in a small accident and claimed through the other drivers insurance. The insurance recommended Ricca when they sent the payment for my repairs - since I didnt know about any local shops. The Ricca shop was highly professional and organized with keeping me in the loop about the repairs. Their work is AMAZING. My car looks brand new.

Ricca Auto Body are top notch. I brought my Benz in for a banged fender. They went above and beyond by properly doing the job which required the bumper to also be repainted. They also noticed some areas to fix and did those as well. The paint match and bodywork are perfect. Its a Benz so I like to keep it perfect and Ricca Auto Body does such a great job for a fair price. A fair price for great work. Thats rare.

I drove a hour to ricca Auto body after i was let down by 8 other bodyshops..all i wanted was my rear bumper cover painted but everyone kept giving me an estimate for over 2000..i told them that i can get a brand new bumper cover for under 200 so why so much money...the other shops claim that i needed more than a bumper because my car has structure damage..so its going to take atleast 4-5000 to fix..what a money scam..i found ricca on Google and decided to give them a chance because they have 5 star reviews...they gave me an estimate that was so shocking low that i was able to get my bumper..mirror and fender fix..when I arrived back to the shop they had everything painted perfect and shiny looking..so i guess that i didnt need more work done because of of structure damage 🤔🤔🤔🤔...they even finish it up with a car wash..damm good place..they are fair and they dont try to rip people off by over charging for parts and labor that they didnt do..i drove over a hour to get here when there is 5 body shops 5miles from my house so that should tell you something...dont be stupid stop here for an estimate and i bet that you will not go anywhere else..you can thank me later..

Rica makes auto repair simple. They make sure that you have all your papers in order and deal easily with your insurance agency. Need a rental they will call one for you. They said my car would be ready in 4 days and its was ready and in perfect condition after being rear ended They made sure the car was cleaned also with a hand wash. I highly recommend them for your auto repairs

Ricca auto body did very good job on car Rang Rover Evoque and my car in very new condition. Some old man did not stop at stop sign and hit car. My insurance agent Travelers told me Ricca auto body have good review. Due to my car is new Ricca auto body needed order all new parts directly from Rang Rover and replaced all damages and fixed my car in same condition as before. I am happy with the professional service and personal touch. It made me feel much better. Today picked my car and it is almost like new again! :)

Ricca ordered the parts ahead of time and had the car back to me the next day.Before another satisfied customer recommended Ricca to me, Id gone to another shop for an estimate. The other shop said the repair would take 1 week and gave me an estimate for double the cost.I wouldnt hesitate to bring my vehicle to Ricca for any body work I might need in the future.

Took my car to Ricca to get some work done on the hood of my car which was ruined by some meddling kids. Carl down at the shop made everything painless from sorting out a rental vehicle to getting the work done in a timely manner.As for the work itself - I couldnt be happier. They color matched the fender to the hood itself and the work is flawless. The deep scratches and dents were properly worked out and are now unrecognizable.I would heartily recommend these guys to friends, family, and anyone else that needs a good body shop.

These guys are the best. They were very help ful and understanding when my mom took our car to get repaired after we got hit by another car. My mom was skeptical about taking the car to get repaired knowing women for the most part get taken advantage of when dealing with car repair. But these guys were great. Very commendable. Great job.

They did a awesome job fixing my Subaru it looks brand new. The guys there were very friendly and professional. I got a quote within 10 minutes. The price was much cheaper then other estimates I had gotten. They worked around my schedule and did a great job. Great service! I got both of my car doors keyed - they took a look at it and said that the scratch was not deep and will fix it for free. Got the scratch fixed in 10 mins. Just left a $20 tip. Very friendly and helpful - 40 years in service.

Someone did a number on the rear bumper of my 2013 Infiniti Coupe in a parking lot and Robin gave me a very fair quote and they did the work so well that you would never know that anything had ever happened. I went to about 10 auto body shops in the area to get a quote on fixing my 2016 Tesla Model S bumper trying to find someone I could trust to do the job. Some of them took pictures and my info and either never sent a quote or sent it a week later. Some didnt really want to deal with me because I was paying out of pocket and apparently all they want is insurance jobs which tells you where their head is. A couple said they would possibly fix the car but insisted on taking the bumper off to replace it which I did not want them to do for technical reasons since that would cause me other problems to fix - basically they would not even try to fix the car without taking the bumper off, not sure if for lack of skill or equipment.Carl at Ricca was the only one who looked at my car carefully, listened to exactly what I requested and gave me the most honest answer I had gotten from any other place, he simply said, Ill try. Based on that fair and honest answer I gave him the job. He gave me an appointment and I brought the car in, long story short, I was not expecting perfection under the guidelines of not removing/replacing the bumper. And not only is Carl a great, down to earth guy but he is truly a craftsman because what he delivered was nothing short of perfection. They literally took the car back in time to the moment before I screwed up the bumper. Bottomline is I could not be more grateful and I highly recommend Carl and Greg, their crew and this place.

I am extremely satisfied with the experience I had dealing with Ricca Auto Body. Before going here, I went to other body shops around the area to get an estimate on my rocker panel that had been dented and the paint scraped off from going over a snowbank and I was given very high priced estimates to have it fixed. After a search on the internet and reading other reviews I decided to give this place a try and I am very happy I did. Carl gave me the most honest answer to having it fixed as well as the most reasonable price for it to be done (which by the way was A LOT lower than the other estimates I received). My car was done exactly in 3 days as they said it would be and it came out great like nothing has happened to it before. They also included a minor scratch on my car even though I did not inquire about it. Carl, Robin, Mike, and Shamir are trustworthy, honest, and personable and I highly recommend this place!

I spent around half hour waiting for one of the owners just for him to tell me, ill send you an estimate by email something that i never received and also never call me back.He spent the time trying to look like he knew what he was talking about and calling people by phone, when he had a customer at that moment in his office. Also, complained about his employees, saying that they dont have education etc. If you dont trust them why should i trust your business?

Had a problem with the exhaust system on my 2004 VW passat and Carl Ricca was quick to diagnose, show me pics of the problem, and repair it the same day for a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this fair and friendly family business.

I gave them my car last year and they said it would only take 2 weeks to fix it but ended up taking 4 weeks I didnt want to rush them so they mess up my car so i didnt say anything.
