Martins Automotive has always taken excellent care of me and my familys vehicles. We have been going to Martins nearly exclusively for 20+ years.I have had to use other, well-reviewed mechanics around Edmond and OKC both for my own vehicles (when in a pinch) and my work vehicles. While I admit that Ive had a mix of good and bad experiences with other automotive shops, I can honestly say that my best experience elsewhere wasnt any better than what I regularly received at Martins and Martins is consistently that good.Any time I have ever had a miscommunication or mistake crop up with anything that was done at Martins, they always handled the issue promptly and with care! How a business solves problems says as much about them as anything else and I believe the folks at Martins Automotive truly care to do good work and try hard at that on every job.

Fantastic. Id give them 10 stars if I could. I usually go to Becks garage in OKC, but they are always a week out and its 45 minutes away. i decided to look locally, and after being screwed over a couple times by a big name shop here in Guthrie, I was recommended to Martins by someone in town.I have now taken my Tahoe in for service twice in the past 4 months. Both times they were booked solid but were able to get my car fixed up and running with in earlier than they originally said at a very reasonable price. The woman working the front desk is very friendly and knowledgeable.Highly recommend. They have earned my business and they will be my go to shop for all my future repairs.
