Disgusting service. No one can explain anything, to pay online you have to go through 5 different pages which is sketchy, then when i try to pay (only at the bank) its cash only... ??What exactly are the benefits of paying your outrageous bills?

The worst service I have ever experienced in Lake Couty, so sad that it is a government office. Staff needs to be replaced specially Mari & Tania. They need to hire more people because every time I call no one answers and or I always get told that they are not at their desk, but when I call from a different number they answer very quickly! If I ask for a copy of a bill they take forever to to give it to me. I have to send the request and it can take months to receive the copy of the bill that is past due by the time they reply! Tania & Mari transfer every call to the supervisor and the poor man has to face the customers because of those two ladies horrible customer service skills.

This company has worst customer service, staff is very rude! They are unable to assist you promptly and make you wait hours, for something that is so simple. DO NOT EVEN TRY AND SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND WILL NEVER GET A CALL BACK EITHER!

If you want excellent service, contact Pamela Armstrong, a User Charge Clerk. After reading the other reviews here, I went online and the other two names were included along with Pamela , requesting a response to my inquiry. Only Pamela responded. (The other two were Maricela Martinez and Tanya Blum. I assume these are the two women that other complaints were referencing.)

Very unprofessional STAFF. We I have tried calling several times and no answer and when they do answer they keep me on hold for long periods of time. I have spoken with Mary & Tania and they are very cut and dry. No customer service at all. Everyone has bad days but come on... on a daily basis. Im not sure if they are overworked since they always say they are short staffed but how is that our problem we are just trying to get them paid and keep our accounts cleared. My advise.. SMILE when you answer it just might help :)

Its very unprofessional when you call NSWRD and they have your number memorized and they dont answer the call because they know its you. All you really want is to get the outstanding/delinquent balances paid for them. Then they get instructed by there supervisor to forwards calls to him for our company and then the supervisor never answers... I just feel if there not happy with there job just quit. Understaff is there favorite word. If I only knew who the supervisors supervisor or owner is???? I think I can run there company 1000 times better then all of them put together

Mari Martinez and Tania are rude and petty. They are very unprofessional it seems they hate there job or are overworked which ever it is they have to get there act together. Uncertain if they lack on their organization skills thats why there job is so complicated for them or they just hate it. I understand NSWRD has 60,000 customers and anything is possible if your organize. Being Organize is the key to a successful business.

North Shore Water Reclamation District in Gurnee has the worst customer service in the whole lake county area. It seems Mari and Tania are horribly underpaid or they just hate there job. Considering the high school students that work the front desk have better customer service skills then the actual employees- Its Unfortunate for the company

Tania, Mari, and Pam are rude. They have hung up calls on me they are not helpful at all. They dont like to answer simple questions. They are always understaffed. I went to the office in person once to get information and had to wait two hours to be helped, and wasnt helped. Tania came up to me and gave me a business card and said you have to come back another day, you are holding up our front desk. Another time Tania didnt even listen to what I had to ask she told me I dont know whats going on with you , but you need to get your things together and leaves me speaking to my self while she transfered the call to her supervisor Mari... very rude, bad attitude & smart mouth. Pam was always rude to me until her supervisor had a talk with her.

I swear Mari is the rudest staff ever then when you ask to speak to a supervisor she said she is the supervisor and is in charge. Then when I try to say something she will talk right over me and with an attitude very unprofessional.
