I highly recommend Iris.I have an anniversary ring that unfortunately stopped fitting and had to be enlarged. I went there a couple of days ago. I met with Joseph who is so nice and very helpful. Amazingly, I got my ring back within a couple of days. They did a wonderful job. I couldn’t be happier. This ring has a lot of sentimental value to me. So thank you so much Joseph!

Went to get a watch battery replaced and they also had some beautiful jewelry there! The gentleman working was friendly, efficient and quite funny! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this establishment!

Im in the Navy and I saw this ring and thought wow its super cool its an anchor and it represents what I live for well. Saw the EXACT same ring on base for 25$ and the ring i bought from here was 70$ after my awesome 10% discount. Owner said he has the best prices but clearly thats not true. Check around, and save yourself the money. Not happy at all

I went to Joseph recently to buy a chain for my youngest son who is a teenager. And Joseph gave me a good deal for it and gave me a life time warranty and free cleaning. Joseph did a fantastic job and he is really genuine. Don’t listen to all of the negative reviews. All and all though Joseph seems like a good and honest guy.

Visited the Manager about 1 week ago to size my ring that I bought for my wife to make it a little bit smaller, the manger Joe gave me a good deal and cleaned the ring to make it shiny with the sizing I absolutely loved Joe’s service and he didn’t even ship it out. I also bought a 20 inch Rope Chain which is dipped but he even gave me a guarantee with another free cleaning Joe is a good guy with reasonable prices thanks Joe keep up the awesome work.

Not sure why Google is censoring my review...I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere to any real jeweler. Mall jewelers are fake especially this guy at Iris. Sounds like some people are happy with fake stuff and sounds like the owner made a post saying hes from Tallahassee. I am not against positive reviews. If you had a positive experience that is wonderful. But I am giving you my honest and very nasty experience with this jeweler at Iris. Below is my experience unless google censors it. Everything truly happen and I should be allowed to keep my review up for people to decide whether to deal with this scammer or to do what I am doing and never going back:Owner sold us fake jewelry trying to say it was real and the cop stationed in the gurnee mall is shady too. We took it two 3 different real jewelers to make sure it was in fact fake. Each one said it is a fake. We tried to get my refund back for it. The owner Joseph refused and had a very bad rude attitude. So we called the cops to look for some justice. Big mistake. The cop stationed in the gurnee mall the whole time said hes not taking sides then right after he said that he did what he said he wasnt going to do and he took the scammer owners side and said hes always been the victim and he never had problems. The cop was so defensive which tells me he probably cheats as well and got a great discount on the ring for his wife or any jewelry he wants. Lesson learn never have the cop from the mall try to help you resolve the issue. Have a neutral cop from outside the mall to handle it. Poor cop and just trashy owner. Hes a fraud.I had proof that I paid 700 plus for the ring in my bank statements. I was told it was real so I kept making payments. But the proof was quickly dismissed by the shady owner and shady cop. The only reason I was I found it was fake was because it was poorly made. They poorly made it which caused the piece to fall out. After all the problems I decided to go to a real jewelry to determine real or fake. Like said 3 had confirmed what I thought which was a shady owner named Joseph that sold us a fake.The lesson I learned from all of this if you want real jewelry go to a real jewelry place. Never get your jewelry from a place like this in the mall. You be scammed believing its real when its fake. Another lesson dont go to the gurnee mall cops. Go outside to get a neutral cop that isnt shady and isnt so defensive to take the owners side. My suggestion dont bother at all with this shady rude owner named Joseph. Just go to a real jeweler to get your moneys worth. If you just want fake jewelry and not care if its real then go to Joseph he will help you out and give you fake jewelry. My question for everyone that is trying to rave about him do you know its real or fake? If you dont get it checked asap because chances are the 700 plus even 1000 plus was sold making you think it was real and it turns out you were scammed and that jewelry you think is real is a fake.How many more will be scammed by him? Looking at the reviews I can see there is another review that said they were sold fake jewelry too. Find out if yours is too and let everyone know because the more that come forward the less likely he will try scamming people out of their hard earned money.

I went here to get a watch battery changed. My mom gave me my grandfathers pocket watch on my wedding day and it wasn’t working. I took it in and Joseph was super helpful. He changed the battery and suggested that it get cleaned and serviced, since it was so old and hadn’t been done. He also gave me a chain for the watch, and he did it all in 45 minutes. He was super nice, super helpful, and I would go there again. Hands down the best. Don’t believe all the negative reviews; Joseph is good people and will do right by you.

I had a trip to the Chicago area from Tallahassee for a vacation. I visited this place because I wanted to propose to my girlfriend and wanted to buy a ring, I bought a beautiful gold and diamond ring from the manager he gave me a good deal on it and tested it to prove it’s real love to is place would shop at again.

Went here a few days ago and got exactly what I asked for, the negative reviews are just a bunch of Karen’s 10/10 great service would definitely come back.

If I could give this place negative points, I would. I went here because I needed my watch fixed. I had just been to another store within the mall to get my battery changed but they completely hacked my watch. They referred me to this new shop (seemed like they had their own little side deal going on) and I trusted that this place would be able to fix it. They said they could change my battery and fix the rough edges the first shop created when they took a screwdriver to my watch and it would look good as new. They sent me away for half an hour to fix it. When I came back, multiple parts of the back had been ground down. It looks terrible now. And the owners response to that was that no one looks at the back. Will never go back here. Dont let their words fool you! They have no idea what theyre doing.

Ive been coming to this store for about a year now, and I have enjoyed the services provided. This is the only store in Gurnee Mills that provides cheap battery replacement, and does so the same day (for most watches and most days). I have noticed that only bad reviews are left, and the manager is nice; he always tries to make the customers happy (I see how he talks to other customers as I wait for my watch). I wanted to leave this review to inform others that, just because a few bad reviews are left, it does not reflect the majority that NEVER post reviews; only bad reviews are ever left.

I had the pleasure of visiting this store while traveling to the area. Joesph helped me with exactly what I was looking for. After some unfortunate events that resulted in an refund, being that I was not from the area and could not physically go back to the store, Joseph provided me with excellent customer service!
