I was in an accident this morning 01/13/20 & had thought that I wasnt covered on my own vehicle. I e mailed Jack this morning to send him the accident report & let him know. Within minutes Jack called me to let me know that I WAS covered to get my car fixed because I had collision & comprehensive coverage. I do not have Full coverage because the age of my car, but wasnt aware that My car could get fixed due to the collision coverage. I also have rental car! WOW WHAT A EXCELLENT WAY TO MAKE MY DAY TURN FROM GARBAGE TO AWESOMENESS ! A personal phone call ! Then within 4 hours of my accident happening, all my appointments are scheduled & ready to get my car fixed. The rental car was arranged by the claims person Jack transferred me over to, & my garage estimate appointment had already called me to see when I can come in for my repair estimate! & let me know that Jack had already sent them over the necessary paperwork to get started. Thank You Jack & youre wonderful Team ! You never know how good your Auto Insurance is until You need them! Ive been bragging all day to co-workers & friends about how my Stinky day started & then ended up GREAT All because of the way I was treated! Cindy S. now a life time customer

I called Jack Martin’s office at 1:40 this afternoon to make changes to my policies and get my dad added. They said to come right in and they would get it done. Dan spent two hours going over everything with me and all changes were made effective today! I’m so happy with State Farm and with the people at this office in particular. I wished I had dumped GEICO years ago.

Jack Martin is one of the nicest and honest men Ive ever had the pleasure to work with. If you want top notch and knowledgeable insurance broker, Jack is the man for you. Jack Martin does a poor job resolving customer concerns. I was misquoted for auto insurance and notified a month into the policy. The change required me to pay double. Now, my personal articles policy has been cancelled with no explanation. For both incidents, Jack has NEVER returned a phone call. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. Very disappointed overall. I think I may have to cancel my home policy as well. STAT AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH

I found this to be a very disorganized and misleading State Farm office. They are sloppy with paperwork and deceptive in how they handle quotes.The receptionist is a silly, wannabe insurance agent that runs interference for a dorky manchild of an agent named Dan.Overall, a very bad experience. Their actions even lead torwards racial profiling. I believe they only cater to a select demographic group that they target as the best customers for that particular office.My time was severely wasted there.
