File my taxes on February 11th. Did not hear anything back for 5 weeks in that time I contacted their office 4 tines 4 times I was told we will call you back tomorrow when we know something More. Finally today I was informed that they attempted to contact me February 16th and supposedly left a voicemail which I never received that my account was ready for payment so my taxes could be filed.

Friendly staff and an expert in taxes!! We love them. They have fone our taxes for years. Will never use anyone esle.

I recently needed my tax return for something and while going through it I found an error and can’t seem to get my calls returned by Sue Richardson. Searching other years for info I have found several mistakes as well as my current taxes are not on file according to the State! This is quite upsetting that a CPA has made these mistakes and will not call me back timely! I’ve learned a valuable lesson and will never use this CPA again! Now I feel I need to go back and look at every year and report all errors! Not to mention have my taxes for years redone! REVIEW YOUR PAPERWORK WELL BEFORE PAYING!

I had a very positive experience here after trying to file by myself and then having an employer send documents late I needed an amendment to fix the disaster. They more than corrected and I cannot reccomend enough. They really looked out for my best interest! Entire group is great!!!

I contracted this office to file my tax return. After a couple weeks, I called to check in on my return. I was given general information, but nothing specific to my return. In the following couple of weeks, when I would call for information, I was frequently told that someone would call me back to provide me with information, but they never did. When I went to the office, I was given general information about certain laws and potential delays, but never any information specific to my account. After several weeks of attempts to contact someone, I had to call the IRS to get information regarding my return. I was told by this office that my return had been submitted, but the IRS had no record of it. My return had not been submitted at all.I honestly hate giving bad reviews, but this was ridiculous. Never going back...

Sue Richardson accounting put in the wrong ss# the first time she did my taxes. So after the irs sent me a letter sue Richardson file them again. So the second time she filed them. She left my wife’s ss# totally out! And then filed them again. It took almost two years before I got all of my money back from the government. Sue Richardson did not offer me my money back. Quite frankly I didn’t think she cared.
