Mr. Franklin was amazing. He went out of his way to come into the office to notarize a document that I needed at the last minute. I called him early in the morning and he fit me into his schedule less than an hour later. He was really nice and professional. I highly recommend this business.

I contacted this notary to have mortgage documents signed by my mom who lives in Mississippi for my house in California. After the notary service he was suppose to send the documents to California next day delivery. I called the notary James Franklin multiple times over two day and he was not responsive. Being that I had a deadline I had to contact another notary and have the documents signed all over again which cost me extra time, money and a delay since my mom and I had to sign the same day but in different states. I would not recommend using this service from this notary and instead opt for someone with some professionalism.

I was on my way to the airport and needed a POA notarized before take off. Mr Franklin met me at the airport and he notarized my paper right there and then. He uses the money he makes for a non-profit he runs on his 6 acres. He has many volunteers and grows food for the hungry.

Great man, not only was he very professional with his notary service and willing to meet up after regular business hours, but most importantly he seems to be making a very positive impact in his community and seems to really have a great outlook.
