Where do I being ! We were pleased to know that Everything kayak & bicycle had the kayak & color that we were looking for . I called put a hold on one and told them I would be there Saturday May 29,2021 to pick it up . We were excited and happy for the road trip an we drove from central alabama almost 5 hours to do business with them to show up to feel like we was burden to Everything Kayak & bicycle employees. I was looking forward to possibly doing more business with them but I couldn’t get my kayak bought , loaded and paid for fast enough to get out of there . I will never do business with them again I will carry it else where. Poor customer service. We didn’t feel welcomed!

Very detailed, knowledgeable of products. I have a different kayak that what they sell but recommended me to other competitors. I drive down from Atlanta to New Orleans very often. I have to stop by this place just because the love they have for kayaks. Thanks crew for always a wonderful experience.

We love Everything Kayak! My husband and I were introduced to kayak fishing by some friends and when we were looking for kayaks of our own, this was the place consistently recommended to us. So, we went there MULTIPLE times while trying to figure out which kayaks were the best fit for us. They guys here never seemed to be bothered by our numerous visits and questions. We rented two kayaks from them to try out before we made a purchase. When we returned them, our trailer tire went flat in the parking lot and they even aired it back up for us so we could go somewhere to buy a new one. Once we decided which kayaks we wanted, I sent them a Facebook message and by the time we got there, they had our new trailer setup (also purchase from EK) and kayaks loaded for us. All we had to do was hookup and pay!About a month ago, I had a minor issue with my kayak and sent their FB page a message explaining my problem since it was early and they werent open yet. Within 10 minutes Ed called me and told me exactly what was going on with my kayak and what I needed to do.In addition to amazing customer service and a broad selection of yaks, they have a ton of competitively-priced tools, accessories and bait and tackle. Weve purchased almost all of our accessories, like our dip nets and Park n Poles, from them because they were the same price or cheaper than Amazon and other online retailers. Were very happy with our purchase and tell everyone about this place. No complaints at all!

This an awesome store, whether you kayak or do fishing kayak you must visit this store. From car top racks to life jackets they got it. Not hard to find, next to the Gulfport outlet mall.

The staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. My husband had a flat tire on his bike that was previously “repaired” so we wanted to try somewhere different which is what brought us here. They opened the door for us, answered all our questions, repaired the flat, and even went the extra mile to do a quick check on the rest of the bike.Excellent customer service and there were some pretty cool things in the shop as well!

Staff was nice and professional. I tried out three different kayaks in their indoor pool. Shop had a good variaty of kayaks to choose from in stock. Its nice to be able to try out a kayak on the water before makeing purchase. Plan on purchasing three kayaks from everything kayak of gulfport in near future. I have personaly hear good things about this shop. Since moveing to gulf coast just shy of two years ago.

First 2 times there,,job was done well,,,last time,,,the most important thing I asked for was not done,,bike tech was off that day, when I picked up,,took bike to another shop to have brakes done, a little further away,,but it got fixed

Customer service is over the top. Needed a PowerPro micro pole set up and the shipping on the pole was crazy expensive. Turns out the owner was headed my way so he delivered on his way through Tallahassee. Unexpected but great appreciated. Great service, competitive prices. Im a fan!

This place is awesome! I got to test multiple kayaks in their pool on a Sunday and they were very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. They helped me think about the right accessories for my needs. I just called and asked for a part from hobie and they gave me the option of mailing it directly to me. They literally have everything you need and if they dont have it that day, they will find a way to get it for you or point you in the right direction. I highly recommend this place.

Great staff and owner! I deliver kayaks to shops all over and have a lot of favorites but everything kayak is unique in that it offers an excellent selection of yaks and gear as well as hands on service from a knowledgeable team. A lot of the mega stores have the boats but cant offer the service, this place exceeds at both!

Great place for everything you need for kayaking. Kayaks, gear/accessories, and a good selection of tackle available. The test pool is great too, you can test anything they have no matter the weather outside.

Always willing to explain new products and stock a large variety of gear. The tackle selection has grown tremendously.

We bought our bicycles elsewhere Trek/Schwinn and Brian tuned them up perfectly. Found out the Trek’s tube was the wrong size (purchased that way) which was why it wasn’t filling properly/wrong pressure. Brian took care of our bikes promptly and made adjustments sorely needed. We are heading out to bike the beach! Thank you!

If you need anything for a kayak or sup, this is the place to go on the coast! Ed custom built my Hobie to my exact specifications and the staff is knowledgeable and involved in the kayak community. Definitely would recommend this place for someone looking to get into the hobbie
