This place has been consistently short staffed and with really long waits for the last 2+ years. the express oil change has taken 2 to 4 hours the last 4 times. They no longer give you a print out with maintenance findings and recommendations so I dont feel they are actually doing the inspections. staff are nice but they need help!

Had several things done to my car to keep it from breaking down. Pat Peck is where I purchased it and they treated me very well so I wanted to have it serviced there. They provided me with a vehicle while they did the work and everyone I spoke with was very nice. I will go back there again. Thank you !

Salesmen was great but the sales manager was lousy. He lied to me about options on the car. I was told that there was wheel locks, splash guard, cargo tray and nitrofill tires. He said that he couldnt lower the price any more because the options where already on the car and they couldnt take them off. Come to find out that two off the options where not on the care and I had to bring the care back the next day to have the options added. Also the car had two pretty bad scratches that had been repaired and wasnt disclosed at the time of sale. It we had of known that this we would not have purchased this car. The repair was pretty lousy so they want me to bring the car back to correct the repair job. This was my son first car purchase and it is too bad it was a bad experience. He will never buy another car from this dealership. I have purchased four vehicles from this but I am afraid this will be my last.

This Honda as a service location is mediocre, ghetto, and time consuming at best. Their service call representatives are incompetent and know very little about phone line transferring or even proper phone etiquette. Made me wait 20 minutes on hold to even not speak with a service advisor.If they can’t even hire good representatives why as a customer would I even trust them with fixing my vehicle? I advise folks to go to another location.

Third time stopping in for low tire pressure light in the last month and a half. The last two times I had to buy a new tire bc of nails. This time around they tried to convince me before even looking at the tires that I just needed the air topped off and light cleared but I told them about the previous experiences and wanted all 4 tires checked. I waited 2 hours in the lobby and my car was only in the shop 4 minutes (I watched and timed it). I have reason to believe my tires were not checked for nails like I asked. They did exactly what I asked them not to do and only topped the air/nitro off and cleared the tire pressure light. Two hours of wait for 4 mins of work. I’m really starting to regret my brand new car purchase from here last year. The buying process was great but service dept doesn’t care.

I was mislead by staff on repairs/changes that were necessary. While ultimately it was my default for being ignorant concerning car maintenance, I falsely assumed I could trust the necessary repairs they stated were needed.

Ive recently been helping an elderly woman with her finances. I pointed out that shes buying a 2007 car worth about $7000 and its costing her over $25000 dollars. She told me that she realized that but she had already signed the loan contract and there was nothing she could do about it. I have a hard time believing Pat Peck and friends didnt flat out con this uneducated woman since they evidently didnt let her know that she could have bought a brand new car elsewhere for less money. Such are the business ethics in South Mississippi. If you think youre getting a great deal you might want to verify it before you sign the paper.

If you drive a Honda vehicle, this is a good place to keep it in shape. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain what is going on with your car.

Service is excellent. I pulled up, got out and told Jonathan i needed an oil change. Boom... Done!!!! Jonathan pulled all my stored info from my vin number. I went nside to use the clean restroom, came out, enjoyed a complamary cappuccino, relax in A comfortable leather seat. While watching some TV. My phone beeped to let me know what was going on with the progress of my service. They got snacks for free.While you are here waiting, go see Heather Hope in sales, tell her Oatman said hi and shell show you the new Hondas. Everyone is is super cordial and they always remember me.
