Best prices fixes it right the first time

Great place and great people. The price was the best and lowest out of every place I called. I was in and out quickly and the young man that worked on my tires was well mannered, friendly, and funny...

Initially chose Magnolia Auto because they had great reviews, and they also gave me an estimate over the phone before I had my vehicle towed to their shop.However, the day after I had my vehicle delivered to them, I was called with a new quote DOUBLE what they had previously told me. I understand prices can vary, but to jump from $360 to over $600 is ridiculous. I asked the lady in the office (who was very nice) to please have one of the mechanics call me so we could discuss. No one called me. I also want to mention that the day I was physically at the shop, I walked right by a group of mechanics, and not one of the men so much as acknowledged or spoke to me. Im really hoping they werent trying to pull this on me because Im female.I decided not to give them my business. I had my vehicle towed (again) from their shop to another local mechanic - who did the same exact job, plus more, for under $400.Females, beware of some of these businesses out there. Unfortunately the good old boy system is still alive and well.

2 thumbs up, 5 stars, 11 out of 10. I cant express enough how great of service they offer all at a great price. I had an alignment issue with my truck another shop couldnt figure out and they had it fixed in no time. I will be sure to recommend them to anybody I know that needs their car fixed.

These guys are excellent. They are knowledgeable and explain things clearly. They are very fair with their prices, and they even fixed a leaking value on one of my tires for free.I will be going back for any other car troubles I have.

All around great customer service. I have brought my wrangler up there a few times and was given great advice. Good rates too. Now I only go to this shop and Performance muffler and truck accessories for anything jeep related.

Amazing service and amazing prices. I had an emergency at the last second, and the staff waited until i got there and got another tire installed to close their doors. 5+ rating. I will be back!

Magnolia has repaired my truck, my wifes van, and our daughters car. My daughters car was overheating. I was expecting an expensive repair. Magnolia said the radiator cap was not sealing and replaced the cap. The were very honest and did not try to overcharge me for a simple fix. My truck gave them some problems because the part they replaced ended up being faulty. They replaced the faulty part at no charge to me and my truck has been running fine since.
