Originally we were super excited to use them. The receptionist was amazing and so sweet and the tech that called me back was great. We only needed our coils cleanedwhich everywhere else had quoted us $150 ish. A different guy came, only need to clean 2 of the coils, took maybe an hour, and charged us $400 plus. And we could’ve cleaned the other 2 vents but didn’t know they were there. After he pointed them out, we could’ve definitely done it our selves. Should’ve called someone else for sure

We were having an issue with our heating system and decided to call Tillman’s because we had heard good things about them. After having some other bigger companies take advantage of us, I was a little weary. Thankfully we were not disappointed! This company is top notch. They were timely, very professional and most of all honest. They did not try to up-sell us anything but even did all they could to help us save money. Our service Tech Chris was very helpful and very professional and explained everything to us. I would recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs!

Alan came out and opened the outside unit. He found the bad part and showed me where it was broken. He replaced it and my A/C is working fine. Very fast and professional.

Chris and Austin replaced my heat pump. Looks like and watch like a great job. :-)

PRICE GOUGING: Another Co. was recommended but that Co. passed the job on to these guys. My AC was leaking water. This unit is relatively new. We were told it needed cleaning out, and since the unit in the condo was somewhat tricky to get to, the charge was going to be $600. I told them NO. Another Co. fixed it for $161. Still had to pay Tillmans $94. BEWARE & AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS if youre not game on inflated price-gouging! LESSON LEARNED. Now at least I know who to call & who NOT to call.

Best HVAC company out there! I have been using them for 3 properties since 2002. They have done an amazing job of everything under the sun. They always go WAY above and beyond and have told me many times, No, you dont need to spend that money, just do this insteadYou really dont hear that anymore these days. These are the TRUE Good Guys. Trust and Knowledge are enough to make me choose them every time, its just a bonus that they are the best price and super reliable.

Our fan motor stop working on the hottest time of the year, and on the weekend, and I called several company no response. Then I called this company and Dylan came 45 mins later after I called and he got it running cool. He is very friendly and explained everything. Very nice guy!

Call for Tillmans for service.The tech Allen was on time and very polite.He explained everything he was doing and told me ways to help maintain the system between services. He found only one problem with my system. He gave me quote for the fix, but then he told me the repair was simple to fix and gave me the name of two part suppliers in area. I fixed the issue myself and saved some money.

Stacys customer service on the phone was top notch and truly listened to the issues I was having with my unit. The service tech Shawn showed up on time and was extremely professional. He diagnosed the issue and also presented several options on how to proceed. I decided to have the unit replaced and in just a couple days, Shawn returned with additional help to install my new unit. Been using Tillmans since 1991 and have not found anyone to beat their service or their prices for a/c units and service calls. They are always there for us even on nights and weekends. Cant beat the service Lucas has provided us for 28 years.

Our A/C unit broke down late in the evening on a Friday. I called Tillmans , who sent someone to my house within 1/2 hour. They diagnosed the issue, which we knew was going to have to be fixed sometime soon, and quickly began the process. Chance Tillman arrived Friday night and efficiently assessed the problem, offering multiple solutions to fix it. He also left my family portable A/C units so we could stay in our home until the new unit arrived. The crew that put the new unit on our roof, led by chance, was very professional and explained everything along the way. All steps of the process were done as stated, and on time. We are very happy with the way we were treated and highly recommend Tillman Heating & Air Conditioning for anyone needing cooling, plumbing, or heating repairs/ service.
