Amazing instructors. Amazing environment. Our daughter gets excited whenever its jiu jitsu day. Jay and Jeff are awesome with the kids. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to get their kids or themselves introduced to the sport.

Best school if youre looking to get involved with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the Connecticut Shoreline. Xtreme Martial Arts is a Vitor Shaolin Academy affiliate, a 3 time world champion in BJJ and regarded as one of the best grapplers of all time. The owner Jay McMinn is a black belt in BJJ and an accomplished grappler. I have been involved with the school for six months and Im very happy with my progress. I highly recommend the school if you wanna get involved in the sport or simply want to start a new training regiment.
