Great place to work.

This place is not for shopping nor is it for eating. It is a call center facility. Parking is confusing and far away. They do offer bus rides to and from the parking lots. The bus driver was very nice and helpful and the people working in the building were also very nice.

Worst company ever. Doesnt even offer a parking spot to their employees and they cooperate with the police officers (snitch) so they ticket everyone that parks near the buildings. I know that the unemployment problem in PR is hard but please, keep this in mind before accepting a job offer here. The facilities here are also a big problem; super unprofessional, rooms fills with cables, desks everywhere, its like working for a Chinese company. Well they are the Chinese of the call centers in Puerto Rico. Do NOT recommend. If you are a supervisor here and read this, its a SHAME that your company doesnt guarantee parking spot to their own employees. This needs to be fixed, fast.

Unprofessional, disorganized and messy. Only for young people withouth experience, its a call center recruiting place. Unprofessional, they send mass mail citing for interview. They do not answer calls to confirm, they do not attend or orient one when you arrive. I waited 45 minutes to learn that I was not cited for the position I requested, it was an open call.

To collect the insurance, the same day. To cancel is tedious. Ive been trying for a month and nothing, they keep charging me and my cell phone is out of warranty. AAAhhh, and fixing the cell cost me less than the deductible.
